This was a business trip and the ease of getting on and off the highway was a great plus. The staff were nice and easy to work with. The facility was in good shape. The wifi service was good.

Our stay was pleasant and the hotel staff was courteous. The hotel is getting a little run down and needs some maintenance. The doors on some of the cupboards are not hung straight. A good place if you are just looking for a place to lay your head for a couple of days. Just make sure you get a room with an operational shower.

Great location! Way over priced! Needs major maintenance! And customer service training! Shower barely warm, beds very uncomfortable, lock broken on door, do you want me to continue?

Bare essentials, clean, professional staff, somewhat quiet area (right next to a highway access road). My only gripe are the loud hallway doors, however after 11pm there wasn't too much foot traffic. For the price, can't really complain.

This hotel offers the basic package. It is a nice, clean, budget oriented place to stay. I would stay there again. The only complaint I have is the coffee served at the complimentary breakfast was not good.

The lobby area was really nice. The staff was pleasant to deal with. The room was pretty good, but the carpet needed cleaning.

Okay place to stay, especially when all other hotels in Anchorage are full. Better rates than in Anchorage, about 20 miles from airport.

The stay would have been fine except for the kids running trough the halls at until 11 PM. I have kids too and if I were told that they had to be respectful after hours they certianly would be, but the management would do nothing about the noise. Given how thin the walls are at this place seems that some rule about noise would be appropirate.

Had late check in which was handled well. First morning the water was lukewarm for shower. Continental breakfast was not much. Orange juice was very watery.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay and had no problems there. It was clean, the staff was polite and helpful, and the continental breakfast was good. The only problem a person might encounter was the traffic noise, but we live near noisy train tracks at home, so it didn't bother us. This is a good hotel at a reasonable price. It is located about 15 miles north […] of Anchorage, which kept us out of city traffic, but was close to taking interesting day trips, like the Chugach State Park and Thunderbird Falls. Decent hotel for a overnight stay. Didn't have a air-conditioner (although they offered a fan though) which i don't think is needed. Room was neat with microwave and refrigerator.

Hot water went out. Laundry facilities out of order. Soda machine on floor out of order. Inner security door catch falling off. Stairs had musty smell, terrible coffee. Overall dirty run down appearance as if about to go out of business.............

My stay at this property was quite so-so. It is not a bad place, but it is spartan and worn. There are no ammenities like coffee in the room, microwaves, or refrigerators. The morning continental breakfast was pretty weak with only bagels, muffins or cold cereal--no fruit options.

This is a newer motel - some in Anchorage area are rough. Good value for a July stay just north of Anchorage. Nearby Italian restaurant a pleasant surprise. Mororcycle friendly.

The hotel room was clean but very small. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the tv in the other rooms and anytime they were in the bathroom.

The room was tiny tiny tiny... but then again this place IS called "micro"-tel. It was as expected, a fairly generic hotel room. Clean enough, no real complaints, except for the very noisy neighbors easily heard through thin walls.

The hotel is about 16 miles from Anchorage. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice. It has a large supermarket and many restaurants nearby. It has breakfast with bread, cereal, juice and milk, nothing fancy but it's a good start for the day. Pricewise is reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.
