They should serve breakfast earlier than 6:30 a.m. for people like me that leave before 6 a.m.

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. I'd definitely stay here again. Conveinent location to the South Side.

I LOVE this hotel. Everyone is so very friendly. I actually checked in on 2/14 and on the 17th I was to check out, however, I had a change of plans. I was allowed to extend my stay (By three days!) and even stay in the same room! THANK YOU MISS YOLANDA!! You are the BEST!!! It's quiet, everyone is extremely friendly, the beds are DELIGHTFUL...Rooms […] are so clean and they actually have smoking rooms! BIG PLUS. I came here after my brother passed away, so I could pay my respects properly and meet all his friends. This stay made this hard experience easier! Thank you so VERY much again! Good clean hotel, good free breakfast, highly recommended!

The only problem we had with this hotel was the mattress. My husband and I kept sinking to the middle of the bed since it was worn out. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep. We told the clerk at the desk and they were going to report it to the manager.

We stay here when we come back to the area to visit friends and do not want to impose. Our room is always spotless....the hotel quiet and comfortable. Although there are other hotels in the area......this is the place we will always stay,

Staff was very nice and the location was convenient for travel.

The carpet is really bad compared to all other Hotels that I have stayed in the recent past. The chair in the room had exposed metal that tore at our skin and clothes each time we went past it. This is the lowest in all the Holiday Express Inn that we have ever lodge.

The Holiday Inn Express we stayed in was a very nice hotel. Everyone was very friendly and check-in and check-out went quickly. The room was nice and it was clean. The only problem was there was a power outage in the area which caused us to lose the AC and lights part of the night and morning. Best night sleep we have ever had at a hotel. Clean, nice and quite. Would stay there again.

Room and Hotel were fine, don't remember anything exceptional about them. Internet was on the slow side.

Breakfast was ok, the eggs where horrible tasting and overcooked, other than that breakfast was ok. Everything else was 4 out of 5 stars for service and room conditions. Close to Kennywood Park.

We visited Kennywood, and this hotel was very close. Reasonable rate at the time.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. We even used one of their meeting rooms for a party once. Great hotel.....so convenient. Always clean and the staff is always great.

This hotel was clean and comfortable with a friendly, accommodating staff. Great place to stay for business travel, but probably not so good for vacationing. Breakfast had lots of variety with both hot and cold foods. Very comfortable lobby area for lounging.

We were happy to be able to stay in a non-smoking room. Bed was very comfortable. Air was very good. Our room was not cleaned by housekeeping, but we were promised reward credits to compensate. Better than we expected....a little far out....but clean an quiet....would stay again....

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel this year. Holiday Inn is doing a nice job of upgrading their hotels. My only complaint -- the bed was too soft and a bit lumpy. We only stayed 1 night, so it was not a big deal. We will probably return on our next visit to Pittsburgh.

No soap or shampoo in the hotel room. Went to take towel off of rack and rack came off the wall. Otherwise, hotel is what I expected. Not the worst and not the best.
