The front desk clerk was the greatest, very friendly.

Excellent experience, had a great time during my first visit to Park City. I plan on going back and I will stay here again as well. Great shuttle service to and from main street as well.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The place was very spacious for 3 adults. Customer service was on point. We loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi offered (open until 11pm!!!) Close to bus stops and Park City and The Canyons. Within walking distance to Sammy's Bistro which is a must for good eats and drinks. Very cute and was convenient to restaraunts and skiing. The price was inexpensive for the area and hotel was clean. Hot tub and pool were great after a day on the slopes.

I'm an employee of a major hotel chain and was impressed by the friendly, courteous staff and comfort of the accommodations. When skiing/ snowboarding most hotel rooms feel cramped but Park Plaza rooms had ample space.

A perfect place to stay in Park City without paying the usual high lodging prices. They provide a free shuttle to Park City Mountain, which is only five minutes away. Would stay there again.

When we first came in had to wait about 10 min bc the phone would ring and the person would answer the phone instead of waiting on us. We were on the first floor and could hear people above us all night floors creaking. Tv was an old one and just was really bad. the fireplace didnt work and the last night the heater didnt work. the bed was not comfy […] either. Just wasnt impressed. Читати далі

I was not aware it is also a time share facility and checck in took way too long because of a customer not being able to make up his mind on 4 or 5 rooms needed. After that it was smooth sailing. The shuttle driver took us where we needed to go and was happy to return and pick us up very promptly. We had a wonderful stay. I would upgrade from the 'Murphy' […] bed though, not too comfortable. Good stay; reasonable price, great location. The woman behind the counter was distracted by everything that came her way. The last thing she wanted to do was check me in. Four separate instances of people coming to the counter and taking phone calls seemed more important to her. It was ridiculous. I looked for cameras to see if it was a gag. This hotel is atime share hotel according to guest we had a conversation with... he had a time share there. The humphry bed was only a step up from a couch bed. it wasnt the best bed to sleep on or do anything on. my bed at home is more comfortable and for the price of the room an extra 20 would have gotten me a better more open room with a much more […] deireable bed. There was no curtain so we had to use the blanket from the bed to shove in the blinds to keep the light out. No breakfast either which is fine. i was there for anight out not for breakfast. This room was very tight and anyone struggling with clusterphobia will suffer, We stayed in the studio suite. otherwise check in was painless and it seemed private. Читати далі

The hotel was okay. We enjoyed the convenient location and the free secured parking available. Price was also reasonable. The only complaint I have is that it could be very noisy at night with the people upstairs walking/moving around in their room right above us. Therefore, it is not good for light or moderate-light sleepers.

My husband and I had a delightful stay. Everything was great except the paper thin door that allowed us to hear every sound our neighbors were making. Babies and clanging dishes at a very early hour is no fun!

Went with my sister and a friend from Idaho for a weekend in Park City. The hotel was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was too hot when we called down to the frint desk she said sorry theres nothing we can do we have turned the heat on for the winter. Why does the rooms have a temperature control if you can't control the temperature.

It's not exciting or glamorous, but it's cozy and comfortable. Unlike the Marriott which is just down the road and about 30% more expensive, I actually had a decent view with this room, as well as an outdoor deck. Also unlike the Marriott, I felt like I got a good value staying at this hotel - I think it's a great choice for Park City.

What a great place, We loved the hot tub and pool. We went to the resturant across the street, the food was great and the singer was amazing, We will be staying there again.

This resort is mostly for people with timeshare ownership. I believe I was able to stay here because there were rooms not booked for timeshares at that time so it was treated like a normal "hotel." I stayed in the studio room. It was definitely only for 2 people at the most. The air conditioner was not working. Luckily it was September and the evenings […] were cool and so we just opened our window. Also luckily it wasn't a busy location so we could leave our window open without being kept up all night. We were only staying one night and did not mention the broken air to anyone. Also the ceiling fan did not work or wasn't designed to work over the bed. We could hear noises from our next door neighbor as well. I'm not sure if it was the blinds blowing from their open window banging on the wall but that "bang" noise went on sporadically for a few hours later at night. Not within reasonable walking distance to Park City main street. The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were in the open middle of all of the rooms. People walking along the halls to and from their rooms have a view of the pool and hot tub. The DVD in the room worked. There was a hot plate, microwave, & coffee maker which I assumed worked but I did not use. The under cabinet fridge worked. Читати далі

Don't let the name "Park Plaza" fool you into expecting a luxury resort or high-end hotel. It's not a resort, nor is it a high-end hotel. That being said, it's a fine place to stay. We stayed in a "studio" room, which was tiny, but perfectly serviceable for one night. We had some problems with the shower, but maintenance came and fixed it right away. […] Good customer service there. The climate control in the room wasn't great. The ceiling fan was helpful. The air conditioner was just in the wrong part of the room to be of any help. The hotel isn't exactly in the heart of things, but we found it was very easy to use the (free!) bus to get around. Great place to stay. make sure to at least do the junior suite. 2 bedroom is nice as well. Indoor pool is nice for winter times. Close enough to Main st.

Hotel concierge was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was clean and the pool water was not cold. Breakfast included good cereal, bagels and muffins, and fruit was in the menu. Overall a good experience. There were lots of small kids. Good hotel for families with kids.

I stayed 4 nights solo in a little suite at the Park Plaza. The room was small, but very nice and had a functional little kitchenette. No flat screen TV or luxury stuff, but everything was very clean and tidy, for a good price. The parking was easy, location was good, and the jacuzzi scene congenial! Our third trip to the Park Plaza in the last six years. We have been very pleased every time. We stay in the mini-suite with queen bed, couch, & full kitchen. Bathroom a little dated but everything is clean and the service is excellent. We love the hot tub, pool & sauna. Several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Roughly 1 mile to Main St., […] Deer Valley and PCMR. You can be dropped off and picked up by the Park Plaza van, take the town bus, or drive yourself. It was an OK hotel: pretty old, though. Located off the main activity (Main Street). Loud air conditioning. What spoiled the impression was that somebody knocked very loud at our door after we went to bed. Also the music next to the pool is pretty loud. For someone wanting to go to park city specifically it's a fairly decent budget hotel. It's clean however bed is not comfortable. Service personell I dealt with wee very curteous and helpful. My only frustration was that I wanted to be close to downtown slc and hece plugged that zip code however this hotel was on the first few decent options designating […] close to my search option and description didn't explain that. As this was my first trip to slc and I was not familiar to locale hence I ended up with this hotel by the time I realized the problem it was too late to change reservation Читати далі

We needed a place for 5 adults and this was a great room with two bedrooms, two fold out couches and three bathrooms and a full kitchen. It worked very well for us. My only complaint would be that we were able to hear noises from the floor above us (like walking or jumping), but it was only during daytime hours so it was ok.

We loved the hotel and the service. The Kids loved the pool. A very nice family hotel as well as a place to get away. We were able to cook dinner in the kitchen. The set up is very nice. When we first checked in we were given a room that was not cleaned from the person before, we called the from desk and they changed our room right away.
