We booked these rooms for a girl's weekend in the Twin Cities & were very pleased with the hotel, cost & location & had a great time.

We were very happy with our stay at Best Western Eden Prairie. Location next to large shopping mall and lots of food choices nearby. Excellent continental breakfast. No evidence of the paint fumes in previous reviews. If you want large rooms, it's not for you, but everything else is great. Nice pool.

A really nice place to stay, easy to find and close to all conveniences. Will stay again next time I'm through here again.

Pros - decent continental breakfast (waffles!), pool area was clean (small, but a pool nonetheless). Close to mall and to Cities. Comfy beds. Cheap (decent for the price). Cons - paint fumes (they were painting the hallways while we were there). No elevator (would have been handy with 2 small kids, suitcases, playpen, etc.)

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff very friendly and accomodating. It is the third time we stayed here and will certainly stay here again when in Minneapolis.

The room was small but reasonably clean and quiet. The lady at the front desk won't win any friendliness awards but she did her job. Would stay again on our way through Minneapolis.

I was told I was in a no smoking room but the receipt would say smoking. It smelled so bad of smoke, my daughter was sick the next day. There were cigarette holes in the carpet. The sink had paint stains that looked like someone threw up. Workers were painting so it not only smelled like cigarettes but paint fumes. This has been one of the worst hotels […] I have ever been to. I'm angry because I was told it was as good as the ones other team families stayed in. It didn't come close to comparing. If I could get reimbursed for the huge disappointment I would ask that it be done so. Читати далі

Enjoyed our recent stay. Friendly people and very attentive to any needs we had. We would stay here again.

The rooms were nice, but small. They were busy painting, so the fumes were a little strong. I would recommend this room for a couple, but with children, it is a tight fit.

The convenience to the interstate and other major roads in Eden Prairie was great. The recent remodel was nice, but paint fumes were still quite strong. I was glad they had a continental breakfast, but wished they had more hot options than just waffles. The hotel had the best rates and although the rooms are a bit small, there was a fridge,coffe pot, etc, continental breakfast (you could also make waffles on an iron) I found the beds very comfortable and the staff was also good!

Very clean and comfortable. Also serves breakfast until 10:00 which is nice for those of us who like to sleep in.

The rate here was great. My room was clean, comfortable, great location for my buisness needs, and shopping closeby. The room was on the small side though and the furnishings were somewhat worn and need updating. But, I would come again.

We wanted to check in early as we were meeting our son. Hotel let us check in. Room was neat and clean, not overly big, but had two chairs besides the beds. Location is fantastic and within walking distance of groceries, gas stations and several restaurants.

The hotel (Best Western) in Eden Prairie was adequate for our needs. Continental breakfast was very good and kept refreshed. Pool was a bit small but adequate.

I stay at this hotel all the time as I have regular business in Eden Prairie. Is this a top-tier hotel? Of course not! But, for dollar spent, you can't beat it! The staff is EXCELLENT, especially the manager. He is top notch and always remembers me each stay and makes sure I get a room that suits my needs. The rooms are clean, well maintained and […] offer a fridge and microwave. There is a very good indoor pool and sauna. You are right across the street from the mall and close to all the restaurants and major highways, but far enough away to not be hammered by road noise. Only downside is no elevator, but it's minor. Bit hard to find, good value and great waffels.

The front lobby was also used as a breakfast place and there were only 3 tables to sit . It became crowded. Other wise it was satisfactory.

Location was great for us. Easy on and off of hwy. 494. Room, pool, hot tub and building were all clean. Nice simple breakfast included. Friendly employees. Great for the money. Will definitely go back.

This was a great hotel with just enough amenities for a smaller hotel. The locations was very quite with lots of convinces near by. All together a great little hotel.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful. I felt as if I were a part of their family while staying. I forgot a water bottle in the lobby and they were kind enough to hold it for me until I could come back later in the day to pick it up. If I stay in Eden Prairie MN I would stay here again. After spending an hour trying to find the hotel because of bad google maps directions and road construction we finally arrived. Check-in went seemingly well considering we booked on Hotels.com and everything was prepaid except our pet fee. I asked to pay the $20 pet fee up front in cash and was told that it would be better to pay it upon check out, […] ok fine. Went up to the room (third floor and no elevator) and there was a leak in the bathtub faucet so it was filled with cold hairy water. yuck. wound up with a nasty spider bite the first night and the air conditioning only worked so so. The only nice part was that they had a nice grassy area to walk the dog around in. Checked out on Sunday and paid my pet fee in cash, I asked for a receipt and was told that they can't give me one for a pet fee...odd, but I went on with my day. Checked my online banking on Monday to see that they had charged my debit card (of which I never gave them) for the $20 fee. It is just $20 but it is the principle, I made my intentions of paying in cash clear at check-in time. I called the hotel and was told that they authorized it in error and it would take 3 days to refund, I asked to speak to a manager so I could express my dissatisfaction and was told he wouldn't be in until 3pm. Called back then and he was still not in. Called back Tuesday, Wednesday, and finally Thursday (today) and still no Manager...and still no money refunded to my account. I called my bank and they have a waiting period for fraud cases so that is a no go until Monday. The same lady that took my cash on Sunday was working today and I tried to express the importance of this issue of down right fraud and she was so rude, so, SO rude, and told me I didn't have to stay with them ever again if I didn't want to and she would do nothing for me. And to top it off, the manager won't be in until Monday. Worst hotel stay of my entire life, took my money and gave my the nastiest insect bite I have had in my entire life. I would n Читати далі

Very small, but clean rooms. We stayed on the non-smoking floor, but it still smelled of smoke. Very affordable.

The only thing bad about the hotel was, there's 3 floors and no elevator. Bad for the elderly! Climbing 2 floors with luggage was not good for us. Also the location for the ice was on the first floor only! Up and down. Otherwise the room was clean and bed was comfy!

Hotel was nice and comfortable but it took us forever to find the exit because of construction going on in the area and when we called the motel to try and get better directions no one would answer the phone. We tried several times! The room had a musty smell but they were clean.

The hotel staff was very accomodating to let us check in early because we had just flown into town. The breakfast was very good and the room adequate.

This hotel is very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. The location was very easy to find and very near everything of interest in the area.
