No amenities. TV had one channel. No coffee. no ice. no pool. Cheap and convenient to airport.

Bare bones, no amenities, bed new but not super, deposit for phone -- but very clean, dark drapes, pleasant room clerk, safe and good price for an airport hotel.

The room was OK, however, the bathroom was run down. Toilet seat cracked on surface. The maid service kept bathroom very clean and always had clean towels, also kept room very neat.

I was looking for an inexpensive Motel for a few nights-thought "how bad can it be" The old adage- you get what you pay for is personified by this Motel.

I loved it here. Everytime I go to S.F I always stay here. Convinient for everybody. Great pizza place down the street the mall was walking distance. GREAT PLACE OVERALL

Absolutely the worst room I have ever seen. Water smells like a sewer and the carpet is nasty. Everything very very bad. Why is this place not condemned!?!?!?

My stay at this hotel has been unpleasant.. First off thy took out our microwave and fridge plus the room was hot. Second the door wouldn't stay closed and when you go to the owner about it they do s sloppy job and it breaks again. There is mold all overthe walls in the bathroom and on the shower curtain.. The unavailability of wireless Internet was the most daunting factor. Staff was usually not in office although you could ring them at any time. Although the building was very old my room was clean and comfortable with extremely high ceilings and huge bathroom and closet space with good traditional bathtub setup. Suitable for long term tenants. Ample […] amount of electrical outlets with TV, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was very scary. It has a glass on the wall, that can see through the next room. I was constantly looking up to the glass and wondering if someone was peaking.

The cleanliness was marginal and there was no service or amenities. The location was the reason the hotel was chosen as it was between the two locations that we had to attend. The manager was very nice but the housekeeper was very rude.

All it would take would be a little paint and clothes hangars, towels fro the Dollar Tree etc. It needs some repairs that could easliy be done. If they would make these changes, I would stay there again. Bed slept good and it was quiet.

It was cheap. I was in and out so no big deal. Prefer to have a place that is not in need of repair, a crummy TV with just a Spanish language station, no shampoo, or good enough light to have a shave.

The tub facet was leaking terribly, and the T.V. remote control was not working properly (only the volume control and the single advance channel changer button worked). If the T.V. was on channel 10, I had to bush the T.V. control button 98 times to get to channel 108, and I had to point the control with laser like precision. I was told by the front […] desk that it was functioning normally. I had to go to the store to buy shampoo. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The front door did not have a door chain. They just don't care. The room was dirty. Stuff that is easy to fix wasn't. The deadbolt lock didn't work. You return your room key to an outside box where anyone can borrow and copy it. I will absolutely look at reviews from now on before paying for a hotel online. If you need a cheap sleep, go to SFO long term parking $10 on Airport Blvd in Burlingame […] between the Red Roof and the Hilton and sleep in your car. The diner at Red Roof is open 24 hours and so is their bathroom. In the morning go to 24 hr fitness in Millbrae and pay the day fee $15 to shower. They just don't care. Читати далі

I didn't have a good experience. Manager was real rude. Not satisfied. Not open 24 hours. Never pick up phone calls during the day, morning,and night.

This place is seriously overpriced, for what you get. The hotel buildings appear to have been converted from horse stables, built of cinder-block and strangely slanted roofs. They have not been cleaned or maintained in quite some time, and look shabby and rundown. The bathrooms have strange cupboards high up on the walls, which is very odd. The rooms […] are so-so clean, and not vacuumed; I left a scrap of paper on the floor, and it was there throughout my stay. The management is mostly (non) visible, and are not friendly nor welcoming. The front office REEKS of badly cooked Indian food that makes one want to vomit, or at least get some fresh air immediately. The room is filthy; the walls have not been painted or cleaned for ages. Most of the electric outlets are very loose; it is hard to get your phone charged in the morning. Everything is shabby and run-down, and looks as if it had not been renovated or painted or repaired in many, many years. The towels are threadbare and could be used to sand wooden boards, they are so scratchy. The walls are very, very thin; I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night using the toilet. As for the plumbing, it is not very well fitted; every time someone else flushes, the shower water turns boiling hot. This place is NOT worth what I paid for it. For my one night stay this was great, close to the airport. The king room was huge with loads of space and big bathroom. The exterior of the hotel does not do it justice. I booked through Hotels.com on the phone and the gentleman who helped was fantastic! The only down side was tiny reception area so when I was awaiting for my friend to pick me up I […] had to wait outside close to the street and the lady at reception her english was not great and the reception smelled of indian cooking! There was so much room to move. Bathroom was huge and ceilings were high. I didn't feel cramped at all. A nice place to unwind. Close to the airport.

The lack of internet service is an inconvenience. Where is the lobby with coffee as advertised? Okay for a very brief visit where you just need an overnight accommodation.

It's not the best looking place but there's just so much space...it's ridiculous...which is a good thing for me, by the way. Very quiet space and neighborhood...play in SF, eat out at the nearby Carl's Jr, and then snuggle in San Bruno with my best friend. 'Tis the good life.

It was cheap and it was close to a bart station, but thats all it had going for it. The place is clean, but really run down. The sheets had cigarette burns in them and the ceiling was literally buckling under the weight of water damage. If you need a place that is cheap and last minute, this is adequate, but not something I would recommend.

Don't usually write reviews but thought I'd make an Exception. Don't stay here unless you like stained carpet, out dated decor, chipped enamel in sink, and planes literally taking off over you head. The place is old garage conversions and has chipboard ceilings. This place is creepy.

The carpet was sticky and filthy. The chairs had what I hope was spilled food on them--gross. Bed was clean and I didn't get any bedbug bites. No obvious roaches. The microwave had a big hole in it. I was disappointed that there was only a shower--not a tub. It was quiet and for my purposes--just a place to sleep for the night--it worked out.

Clean hotel. Own shower. The Hotel itself was useful if all you really plan on doing in it is sleep. There was no wifi, something that I specifically asked for. Otherwise it was just a hotel room to sleep in. The TV seemed to have issues in that it turned on about an hour after I turned it off, I had to actually unplug it. Otherwise everything else […] was fine. Empty Fridge, Microwave in room. (I did not use them but they were there). Staff was nice though I did not really see them much. Location is a plus, on what seems to be a major bus route into San Francisco. Close to airport via the BART. Overall I give a 3 out of 5 for the hotel.
