Mid Towne Inn & Suites San Antonio - Сан-Антоніо

The only complaint I have about our stay is the hotel offers room service from an outsourced restaurant - the food was terrible. Bland, overpriced and they didn't tell me when I placed the order there was a hotel delivery fee on top of the tip. Also if they are going to offer service to a hotel they should at least send plates and condiments.

My wife refused to take a bath becouse of the condition of the tub. The landscaping around the facility was overgrown weeds, The airconditioner tried but failed to get our room to a comfortable temperature. I was not completely satisfied with the service of the hotel. They post one rate on hotels.com but when you get there, it's another rate. I feel that they should have honored what was paid through the website.

The whole hotel had a horrible smell we had to let our room air out just to sleep in it. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check-in was quick & easy. There were no additional charges. The room met my expectations (except that the HBO wasn't working). Breakfast was simple but good (loved the waffles!). Check-out was also quick & easy.

My stay at Roadway Inn San Antonio was one of mixed emotions. Hotel staff was very friendly n helpful, the pool served as a much needed oasis fom the south Texas heat. The location was not easy to deal with, not to mention the temp was hot.

AND WE DID'NT ASK FOR A STANDARD BED WE ASK FOR TWIN //////AND DID NOT GET IT WE ALSO HAD TO SUFFER WITH A SMOKING SMELLING ROOM [[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ TRAIN WAS VERY NOISY ........ I DID ENJOY THE BREAKFAST

Hotel was nice and staff was friendly, and room was clean. The neighborhood was a little shady, but overall a great value. I will stay there again soon.

This is an older property that has not been well maintained. The WiFI did not work ever and the breakfast area is too small for more then 6 people. There are much better options out there. Also the price advertised on the sign outside the hotel was less than the Hotels.com price not cool. I would DEFINITELY come back to this hotel! They were very friendly, the service was great, they helped us find places we were looking for, and even pointed out a GREAT bar right down the street. The room was clean and the location is great. I dont know what else to say...next time we go to San Antonio, we're staying there again!

You get what you pay for. For the price its what I expected. I did hear the train once but it wasn't bothersome. They only had two electrical outlets, one in the bathroom and one with everything pluged into it.
