"2 Days in Vegas"
I would not normally stay at TheHotel since they charge a huge $28 dollar per night resort fee. The reason I did book TheHotel was my gf an I would have two kids with us on one day an really wanted them to be able to use the great pool at the Mandalay Bay. Ok if you can get over the $28 per night resort fee then other then that TheHotel is a great place […] to stay in Vegas for a couple nights. The rooms at TheHotel are perfect, I love that they have a separate living area an bathroom. The rooms are very spacious for 2-3 ppl an even 4 if one happens to be a kid. The big bonus is two bathrooms, I've never seen that in a Vegas hotel, it helps so that two ppl can get ready at the same time or use the bathroom in privacy if needed. I would love to say I will stay here again based off the great rooms we had an I probably will I'm just not in love with the huge resort fee. Also TheHotel management was kind enough to give us a late checkout, an not a typical one hour, they gave us until 3pm to check out with no extra fee I thought that was really great, it gave us time to eat at the buffet before we left an not feel rushed. "Five Star EVERYTHING"
Top notch customer service from the time we arrived. The room was sophisticated, classy, immaculately clean and very comfortable. Everyone from the bell man, concierge, desk staff, room service and housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating. The "beach" is fabulous! Once we arrived we never left the complex. "Very satisfied, had a great time!"
The pool was great and the room was a lovely suite. The only problem was that our room started to smell like cigarette smoke really bad because of some other people smoking on our floor. "Excellent Rooms"

"Not what it used be!"

Everything was great with one exception. The Wifi and computer access sucked. It was hard to get caught up and do things on my lap top when I was in my room. "Great service, but had to fight for it.."
The staff/management took care of a few charges on our bill that we thought were unfair. They stepped up and I would return with my family. It is at one end of the strip, which is tough and the hotel is slightly older than other hotels in the area. I am a big fan of hotels that do not have casinos as part of their lobby. The Hotel offers a clean, modern, quiet lobby with a bar (that has a jazz band some nights) and restaurant (really liked their breakfast). This Pet friendly hotel is decent . The front desk service is not very efficient. Takes a long time to check in. The rooms are good but very dark since there s no view because of the tall walls built outside the windows. "Very impressive experience"
Only stayed here one night, asked and was upgraded to a penthouse suite for a small fee. The experience was incredible. "A resort you'd see more at a beach setting"
Overall a nice resort, just disappionted with all the extra charges for anything in the room such as coffee for $4 a cup! I would have also like to see a few more resonably priced restaurants within the hotel. There were no shows in the resort either which made us always having to leave in order to see one. "Great stay"
We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. We met up with another family and upon checkin we got a slight upgrade and resort credit since they couldn't get us on the same floor as the other family we were with. The room was great and the service excellent. There was some construction going on, but it didn't bother us at all in our room. We stayed at The Hotel […] which was super. "Poor Check in and check out service"
Rude and unprofessional clerks at the front desk when you check-in and check-out. They are aggravated to be working and it shows. Standing on a line of 20 people and the front desk clerk says he is going on break, when they are already short staffed.Дійсний відгук від користувача Hotels.com

Overall experience was decent, but not worth the cost. Each room had 3 TV's - none of them in HD. This turned out to be a major issue because I had planned to show a slideshow to some friends using an HDMI adapter from my laptop. "Another Great Stay"

Overall judging the book by its cover, the decor, room, etc were to our liking. However, upon further inspection, dust littered the glass shelves in the bar, and most importantly, the quality of the bed was so lacking we did not get much sleep. "check with hotel res before you leave home"

"SPA like feel in Las Vegas"
Great escape during a long conference stay. Room was very clean and roomy, smelled great and I would recommend THE Hotel tower over the traditional Mandalay tower. Really great spot. "Great service"
I was here on a StayCation and it was great. Some of the tables were dinged up and calcium around the nozzles of the tub but the over all appeal was nice.
