"WE HAD A GREAT STAY"
We went to Albany for the Joyce Meyer conference at the Times Union Center and I definitely made a great choice with this hotel. It's on a quiet/private location yet close to Walmart and Target if you need to pick up anything you missed to pack or prefer to cook your dinner. Place is clean and hotel staff are nice. "Residence Inn, Albany NY - Great Location"
Conveniently located off I-90 but surrounded by trees, not views or sounds of the road. Good sized indoor pool & whirlpool. Nice sized patio with big grill. There was a hot breakfast but it only consisted of round fried eggs, sausage & home fries. They also have make-your-own waffles & some good blueberry muffins. As for the room, we stayed in a king […] studio. It was very spacious, large enough for our 2 portable cribs & enough space to still have family over to visit. Everything was very clean. We didn't end up using the stove or dishwasher so I can't comment on that. The kitchen did not have a coffee pot though. They have feather pillows but had some regular pillows they found for me & even delivered them to our room. I would definitely stay here again when we come to visit family next time! Читати далі
"Convenient location and private"
We stayed in a 2-room suite at the Residence Inn. Location is 1/4 mile from the I-90 exit but it's on a rural farm road so it has a more secluded feel than if it was on the main drag. Our college son slept on the couch pullout and it felt comfortable. Staff brought in sheets, extra blankets, extra bathroom products and lot of pillows for him. "Excellent, clean hotel. Highly recommend"
We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nicer than I expected, and even though the outlet didn't work in the bathroom area, the room was pretty perfect. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Great price, awesome experience from check-in to check-out. Very friendly staff and the suite was huge and luxurious!
"Residence Inn Albany E Greenbush - nice choice"
This is a newer Residence Inn with interior corridors. Our queen suite was more than adequate; I don't see a need to upgrade to a 1-bedroom for a couple. Breakfast was average but convenient. This hotel accepts pets, but does charge a pet fee. Close to highway and shopping/restaurants.

I have never given a hotel all stars, but this is it. The only thing I guess it was missing was a restaurant for the evening on the premises. It is well-located amongst trees and near shopping. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed cooking a simple meal of bread, salad, soup and fruit we made in the room. It was nice to wind down a bit by eating in the room […] and watching our own DVD on our laptop. All was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. This is the standard Residence Inn. The room was what I expected - very comfortable. There were 4 of us so we used the hide-a-bed. That too was comfortable. 2 items of concern: we needed to go to the front desk in order to get a total of 4 bath towels and wash cloths.
