Clean rooms with good amenities (gym, pool, restaurant, beer wine store etc) Pillows on bed not greatest but that's minor overall. Spend the extra for a million dollar ocean view.

Was off season on Island got a ocean view staff at front desk is exellent housekeeping mgr is exellent she let me have a late check out restaurant is exellent good food nice staff nice facilities

We stayed only two nights in off season. The hotel is clean and quiet, well positioned close to the water and off the busy highway, but shows signs of aging and needs small items fixed. A special note about its restaurant: quiet, discreet and with good quality menu (at a higher price). Breakfast was a little too slow to bring, related to the few costumers […] present. I liked the view of the ocean. We walked from our hotel to the sandy beach when the tide was out. Beautiful view day or night. I was happy with the receptionist/desk clerk, especially the one that shared my joy awaiting my grandchilds arrival. Need more staff in Bistro restaurant.

The only drawback to the bayside was the maintenance of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub button was obliterated, and more chlorine was needed for the pool.

The hotel was nice and the staff very helpful however we had breakfast in the restaurant and it was poor. The eggs in my eggs benedict were very overcooked (like hard boiled eggs). There was nothing to amuse our small children until their food came (most restaurants have a kids placemat and give them some crayons). The sausages on the kids menu were […] very spicy. I think it is time for a room update with bedding, etc. I felt the lighting in our room was not adequate. However it is a nice spot, the room was quiet and clean and we ate in the pub which was good. This is our second visit to this Inn.

We stayed one night and found the hotel to be comfortable and convenient. It is close to the beach and right next to a great mini golf course. One improvement that could be made, however, is to add mini fridges to the rooms. We were traveling with our children so it was inconvenient not to have a fridge.

Our room overlooked the ocean and the scenery from our balcony was breathtaking. Our room was very comfortable with updated furnishings. Very clean and exceeded all our expectations. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Not only would we recommend Quality Resort to anyone, we plan to come back and stay here again on our next trip through BC. Parksville is delightful city with a fantastic park close to the hotel and several good restaurants. All in all we could not have been more pleased with our stay. This is a good hotel. The rooms were nice with a view on the water. There is a good restaurant in the hotel. Staff is polite and helpful and there is a lovely, and to our delight, apparently under-utilized, pool. Only imperfection: no comfortable chair in which to sit and read. two options: the bed and a straight-back chair. Very nice hotel. Will definately stay again.

Parksville is a small seaside town and doesnt really offer much in way of hotels for business traveller. This is the best value for money hotel in town. Adequate bed, pillows and amenities. Beautiful view of Qualicum beach. The fitness facilitiy was more a "hard core" gym with a full range of equipment, weights etc. I had a quick dinner at the in house restaurant overlooking the bay. The Seafood Chowder was the best I've ever tasted! Very reasonable prices.

Upon checking in we were bumped to an ocean view and full breakfast vouchers overlooking the ocean!!! Was a great deal.

A good property with friendly staff. Location is superb. Indoor pool nice. The whole place needs updating with many 90's features .... Or 80's ? Our room included comp breakfast which was excellent. A few choices served in a spectacular setting on the water. Not a continental styro foam breakfast but real food and awesome hashbrowns.

Ottimo Hotel , ottimo posizionamento, personale gentile, camere pulte. Vorrei dare 2 consigli : A= prenotae una camera con vista oceano, è meravigliosa e si può assistere al fenomeno della bassa e alta marea.
