This was my first experience with hotels.com and was above the expectation. My stay was nice.

would recommend for cheap short stay,clean ,rooms a bit dated but comfortable,few tiles missing in swimming pool.good location for metro.had a good nights sleep there rooms qaudruple glazed to keep out noise from trains and planes.breakfast good.

The hotel is well located the rooms are confortable and clean the breakfast is very good for a 3star hotel. Overall is e very good hotel for buisness people or vacations for siteseeing. Great location

Very good 3 star hotel. Swimming pool very nice but basic...perfect for a cool off at the end of the day. Good location, staff very friendly, bar food value. Definatley a good value hotel, cheap price but worth a little more even.

The hotel staff provided excellent service and were always happy to help provide information, order taxis or discuss Lisbon in general. The food at breakfast was absolutely fantastic offering a wide range of choice (ranging from continental to cooked). There is internet access in the lobby and two small shops offering a wide range of goods. The walls were extremely thin and so it was very hard to get a good nights sleep with loud people in the corridor and next door. I even had smells from the corridor coming into my room! There was also a loud humming noise all through the night from I presume another room's lights or air conditioning which made it hard to sleep.

Clean room and hotel lobby area. Good location to get into central Lisbon and also close to the airport. reasonable selection of continental style breakfast buffet.

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. We were surprised with the service, very polite people willing to help in many ways. Also, the internet int he room was free of charge, and the swimming pool was a good plus in hot days. Vi tyckte hotellet var ett ok hotell med bra service och bra ordning. Hotellet låg en liten bit ifrån centrum, typ 45 min promenad, vilket var både bra och dåligt. Lissabon är en väldigt tacksam stad att bara gå runt och kika i så man upptäcker en hel del små butiker och cafeterior mm om man tar sig en promenad ner till centrum. Das Hotel liegt nahe zur Metro, zur Bahn und diversen Buslinien. Die Ausstattung ist eher schlicht, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den Preis o.k. Swimmingpool! Freundliches Personal. Wenn man in Lissabon nur was zum Übernachten sucht, in Ordnung.

No piso onde fiquei instalada alguém fumava dentro do quarto, mas o cheiro era tão intenso que cheirava não só no corredor, mas como no meu quarto também, chegou ao ponto de ter de colocar uma tolha no chão para não entrar mais fumo (sem sucesso). Liguei para a recepção e disseram-me que não podiam fazer nada, pois não tinham controle sobre isso. Na […] noite seguinte aconteceu a mesma coisa, não aguentando o fumo do tabaco, dirigi-me á recepção a reclamar o mesmo. Pedi á recepcionista para mudar de quarto. Expliquei-lhe o sucedido perguntou-me porque não disse nada na parte da manhã,...como liguei e na noite anterior e disseram que não podiam fazer nada, pensei, pode ser que amanhã estas pessoas façam o check out e não volte a dormir com o tabaco, pensei eu, mas enganei-me. Fazendo o seguinte comentário ao meu pedido. "Agora fica o quarto sujo, sem necessidade, podia ter dito isto de manhã." Eu como não fumadora, não tenho que levar com o fumo dos outros e se voces não conseguem controlar o cliente que paga um quarto e não tem de levar com o fumo dos outros, se eu soubesse que is levar com esta resposta, tinha dito logo de manhã e tinha pedido o livro de reclamações. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda. El servicio exquisito. Situación buena,cerca de un centro comercial y de autobuses y metro. Los trabajadores en todo momento mostraron un trato muy agradable. Si volvemos a Lisboa repetiremos el mismo hotel. Calidad precio inmejorable. El desayuno muy variado.

Hotel accogliente, in posizione favorevole nella città di Lisbon; servizio di ottima qualità; ottima la colazione per varietà delle offerte e qualità dei cibi, disponibilità di ampio parcheggio. La struttura in alcune parti non è in condizioni ottimali.

O quarto era bastante confortável, apenas um reparo pedi um quarto com cama de casal e o que nos deram foi um quarto com dois colchões individuais. Para uma estada de uma noite, pode-se dizer que a qualidade/preço é aceitável.

Entrando in camera non viene voglia di togliersi le scarpe e camminare scalzi. La moquette, il copriletto e la poltrona non danno danno l'idea del pulito. Da sdraiati a letto si sentiva un gocciolio fastidioso arrivare da bagno. Il rumore degli aerei che atterrano si sente, spesso. Il materasso non era di gran qualità, si sentivano le molle. I cuscini, […] sgonfi e piccolissimi. Non si può neanche appoggiarli alla testiera del letto per leggere. Non c'è nessuna presa in bagno, chi usa il rasoio elettrico è fregato. Il bagno però è pulito e a mettere in ordine vengono ogni giorno. Visto dall'esterno sembra un albergo moderno e confortevole. Anche la hall promette bene. La camera è deludente. Comunque non è sporco. Certo la moquette non aiuta, neanche il copriletto e la poltrona aiutano. Tutti e tre di materiali che "assorbono". E che quindi danno l'idea che mantengano tracce di chi c'è stato prima di te. Buono che c'è internet gratis, dappertutto. Alla reception forniscono username e password. Anche se non è in centro è ottimamente collegato. A pochi passi c'è la metro "campo pequeno". Si arriva in un attimo dappertutto. Asciugamani, saponi e sciampo ok. Ottimo anche il bidet. I water gocciolava da sotto la cassetta. Avevo prenotato 7 notti. Sono rimasto comunque fino alla fine, non mi sono lamentato con nessuno e dopo un po' mi sono adattato. Читати далі

Its an okay hotel for the price. The breakfast is nice and meets the normal standard. The lobby looked good and maintanced but the rooms smelled and were very worn out. soggiorno soddisfacente colazione buona,attenzione al parcheggio...Anche nel piazzale di fronte l'hotel è a pagamento ma mal segnalato almeno per chi arriva di sera è difficile notare il cartello... l'hotel lo poteva segnalare all'arrivo ci saremmo risparmiati la multa

First when we arrived in hotel's reception, there was no one smiled to us, we didn't feel that we are welcome in this hotel. At that time, we came to this hotel with a car. Since the arrival time was evening, plus hotel's around the lighting is not very bright, we did not notice too much about the identity for parking, we just parked the car in front […] of the hotel. How could we know that just in front of is not theres parking.!!! However the strange thing is, at that time when we checked in, the reception knew that we were coming by car, and the door man from the hotel even helped us moved the luggages from the car, but NO ONE from the hotel told us that this is not the hotel parking place, we should not park the car here! This leads to the day after, our car was towed away. When we came back to the hotel after one day out in the town, we couldn't find the car in that parking place, our car was gone! When we negotiated with hotel, they insisted that they did not know we have a car, we should ask them about parking issues when we checked in, they saw it or not doesn't matter. This is the service of this hotel, we are really impressed!!! They are so irresponsible to treat their guests, we are also very disappointed and indignant!!! We reserved the hotel purely because it had a pool and the rooms didn't cost that much. The pool area was satisfactory, clean and they provide you with towels for free. Took awhile to get the room, had waited from 11am for a room with a double bed, which the receptionist promised us. We checked with him 3 times, until at 16 o'clock, a different receptionist […] told us our room was ready. It was a room with two single beds. Took some time and discussion, but we got a room with a double bed. The room was okay, clean. The flatscreen TV got mainly portogese and spanish channels, but there was also BBC News and CNN. Por un precio más que razonable, un hotel de 3 estrellas bien equipado donde se está muy cómodo. El personal es amable y eficiente. Las únicas pegas serían que está algo lejos del centro y la piscina es muy poco profunda.

Et hotell som dekker alle dine grunnlegende behov. Ikke i sentrum, men ikke langt til nærmeste t-bane som tar deg greit dit. Hvis man ser i sammenheng med med pris, så var det veldig bra. Das Hotel liegt in unwirtlicher Umgebung und unmittelbar neben der Einflugschneise des Flughafens und einer Eisenbahnlinie.
