we specifically chose this hotel because of the amazing friendly service we received last time we came to Boston. this time it was adequate, but not as great as when we last came. otherwise good, though. everything is very clean and orderly.

Hotel staff very helpful. Actually gave us the plug end to a cell phone someone had obviously left behind so that we could charge our phones. Everything clean and fresh. Comfortable bed. Pull-out table most helpful. Constant coffee in lobby nice.

It was a very nice hotel and the accomodations were comfortable. We were disappointed with the location. The area was not nice. The staff was friendly and it was nice to have a king sized bed. I did not like the air conditioning running all through the night.

The hotel was a nice looking one, but their was unexpirenced staff, and though there was a nice plaza around the corner I witnessed a mugging and several shady activities. I won't hold the hotel accountable for the circumstances this past weekend in the city for the lockdown but I will hold them accountable for the location and how far it is from the […] heart of Boston. Just two stops away from South Station on the T Red line, the rooms at the hotel are priced quite a bit lower than being "in town." Absolutely no issues with cleanliness or service, very much in line with any room at a Courtyard Marriott. It does take a 5 minute walk to get there from the T station and it is not located in a upscale neighborhood. But […] it felt safe enough to make the walk even at night; there are often other pedestrians around. Hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport and offers a 5 dollar shuttle ride there. Читати далі

Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel, in all aspects. However, the directions for getting to the hotel that are given on the website are very confusing. Once you make a single mistake while following those directions, it is nearly impossible to find a way into the hotel parking lot without driving down a one-way street!

Room was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Bed was comfortable. Short walk to Andrew T stop. Checkout was quick. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The bed was comfy and the ro was a nice set up. The location is a little confusing to find using GPS due to one way streets. The only negative was the heating/ac system was very loud every time we changed the temp. Good parking and 7 min drive to the center city and Boston attractions.

Do n't feel save we were trying to call front desk person for the security past midnight , got no answer until 20 min later.

This hotel was very convenient due to it's location. It is going through some renovations to update the hotel. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They may have rushed through renovations in the bathroom because the floor had many loose floor tiles. Overall it was a good value. I would stay again.

This hotel was perfect for us! It was right off a main highway, near a lot of stores/mall and restaurants. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Boston.

The staff tried to give us a king-size room with a pull-out instead of the queen-queen for which we PREPAID. When I went back downstairs and talked to the clerk about it, he told me that wasn't what I reserved -- a complete lie. Then, on top of that, he told me they didn't have any more queen-queen rooms. That turned out not to be true as well when […] another clerk found one on the computer. Then, they gave us a key for the wrong room, so I had to get that straightened out. Later, there were drunken teenagers walking the halls, yelling and goofing around, till 1:30 a.m. When they were finally kicked out, there were gunshots in the rear parking lot under our window, followed by a police manhunt with 6-7 cop cars driving all around the property. Worst place I ever stayed. Booked a king room bedroom, and got a two twin bedroom, poor costumer service, they were doing some renovation, lots of loud noise, went for breakfast one time only, and since that never used their restaurant, if you can call it like that. Defiantly I would never ever stay at Courtyard.

This hotel is close to the T station (Andrew at the Red line), the bed is soft and very comfortable. Yet we found tear on the sheet we were ready to sleep....everything is perfect except this shortcoming. But will still come back again next time.

The hotel was perfect except for one thing: the maid ALWAYS put on the heat dramatically so the room would be chokingly warm when we arrive.

Room was comfortable and clean. Lobby was nice. The staff was attentive and friendly. The Hotel was difficult to find with the directions given but was well located for our needs and that's why I picked it. We would stay there again.

My girlfriend and I spent 4 days here over the Christmas break and had a wonderful time. The free wifi and availability of computers in the lobby was a plus. Rooms were recently renovated and were very nice. Bed was comfortable but could use a better blanket (not a big issue). Free coffee was nice but the creamer may have been out too long. We were right next to a mini-mall with a Target, Best Buy, TJ Max, Olive Garden, Applebees and a few others which were very handy. We stayed at this hotel the night before flying to Dallas. We chose it for it's park/sleep/fly package which we've done at other hotels in the Logan Airport area. This experience was one of the best. Overall great hotel, very friendly staff. Good, clean room. I stayed one night on a friday night and only complaint was that it got noisy in the middle of the night with people returning from presumably a night out - not sure though if this is usual problem at the hotel. The hotel was pretty standard. We just stayed for a quick overnight. The front staff was not pretty helpful when we came in on an early flight and needed to check in early because we had a 2 p.m. wedding. After speaking with someone who happened to be a manager, she quickly got us the first room that was cleaned first by housekeeping so we had a place […] to get ready...the front staff did not offer that. I am a person who loves to get the most for my money especially when my options are limited. I booked this hotel a few weeks before my stay and I didn't have much to choose from since all the good hotels were taken and the cheap ones...looked cheap and disgusting. I did my pro's and cons and the Courtyard won. I'm glad it did b/c it worked out perfect!! […] They had a convenient shuttle to the subway (1 minute away) where we took ithe subway to Fenway ($5 roundtrip), free parking, nice lobby, clean good size rooms and better priced than any hotel right in downtown. I have stayed at many Courtyards and I am still not sure why I hesitate and think they aren''t, they are always the quite good. I would recommend it! Hotel was great. Directions were misleading since the hotel is located right behind a shopping area and you had to go through the shopping center to get to the hotel. No access from Boston St.

We chose this hotel because of the free parking and its proximity to the T (Andrew St Station, only a short walk away). We were pretty excited to find out that there was a hot tub, and it was the first thing we checked out after checking in. Unfortunately, it was caution-taped off and there was a sign saying "Jacuzzi Out of Order." We explored the city […] that night and the next day. After a long day of walking we decided that we would head back early iIF the hot tub was fixed and have a relaxing night at the hotel, otherwise (since there isn't much to do in the hotel's immediate area), we would stay out and see the nightlife in Boston. We called the hotel inquiring about the Hot Tub. The person at the front desk replied that she didn’t know it was broken and went to check on it then said it was fixed. We came back to the hotel only to see the same sign (located about 5-10 feet from the concierge desk) and the same caution tape. When we asked why they told us it was fixed, one person said "Oh it WAS fixed and then it broke again." (In the span of an hour?) Then the second concierge admitted that she actually didn't know what we were talking about and she thought we meant the hot tub in the “Jacuzzi Suite.” Disappointed, we went back to our rooms. When I went into the bathroom I saw that the juice I poured into the sink that morning was still there but easily washed away by turning on the faucet.
