We had 4 people with 2 double rooms. One room is very small but the boss(I guess) promised us that he will adjust another bigger room for us because we will stay for 6 nights. Luckily we got it in the next day when we back to hotel. Everything in hotel seems not too far as we expected. Of course you can't treat it as a modern hotel but it's enough for us for what you paid in London. The location is great. It takes around 10 mins slow walk to Paddington train station/underground. Convenience is better than anything. The breakfast is also not bad but I strongly suggest don't order continental breakfast. English breakfast is good and the quantity is enough for us. Even though we asked more toast sometimes, they were willing to offer. Orchard hotel gave us 6 good sleeping nights during our stay in London. We are willing to recommend it to others if you have budget control.

Very nice hotel, convenient for eating and shopping, only 200m away from Paddington Station, I'll come to stay at this hotel again in my next trip to London.

I was here on business last minute so needed a place to stay Pros - inexpensive (though I moved to the Club Quarters St. Paul for the weekend was actually was cheaper than here) - the room was really warm - location was pretty convenient though looked a bit dodgy at night (close to Sainsbury) - clean Cons - no laundry service (very important to me) […] since i was staying for 2 weeks - no iron - chair was not comfortable though stylish looking. i had to take a chair from their food area (not a real restaurant) - no refrigerator - not enough hangars (which the receptionist told me to go to Sainsbury to buy some) Others - rooms were small which wasn't a big deal to me Читати далі

Hotel = Good Location = Good, 5 or so mins to Vauxhall tube. Staff = Couldn't be bothered.

While away from the center of London historical sites this small hotel as close enough to go back and forth with ease. Taxi or underground short trip to Big Bus Tours and central location. Perfectly adequate hotel. Convenient location close to tube and buses. My only comment is that the staff could be a little more friendly and smile, particularly the front desk staff. Maybe I'm just used to North American standards. I would stay again though as it was clean and convenient.
"Served its purpose"
We booked this hotel because it was cheap and close to a place we were visiting. It served its purpose, but there are better hotels if you aren't looking to grab something very cheap.

"Good Value for London"
We got the "Lite" room which is pretty sparten, but we spent very little time there except to sleep so it was perfectly fine. The day staff at the desk was very helpful. Its a short hike to Vaxhall station so proximity to London sites was just a tube or two stop away. Didn't eat there so cannot vouch for that. My room (001) was the first room on the left next to the lift. Upon settling in, I realised that I was going to have to endure the noise of people returning to the hotel well into the night, plus the noise of the same people wheeling their bags up the ramp which my one and only frosted window looked over. When I opened my bathroom door I was faced with […] a plastic ‘pod’; a multi-purpose tube containing the toilet, a sink and a shower – it smelt, but not as bad as it did in the morning when I ran the tap to clean my teeth. checked in early,which was nice. staff helpfull. room small,but clean & ok, no safe in the room as advertised. second morning there was no water in the hotel,which made things very difficult.

Comfort Inn var en hyggelig opplevelse. Passer perfekt for unge kjærestepar og studenter. Rommet og badet var lite, men man drar tross alt ikke til London for å henge på rommet! Ligger kort avstand fra metro som fører deg rett inn i London sentrum. Anbefales til unge som vil ha en relativt billig hotellopphold som ligger kort avstand fra sentrum.

Vi blev desværre placeret i et værelse lige ud til en ganske trafikeret vej. Morgenmaden er rej sløj og der er virkelig meget larm ved morgenbuffeten, da mange skoleklasser åbenbart benytter hotellet også.

Trots ett nyrenoverat badrum,så rann vattnet från duschen ut på hela golvet. tydligen var den högsta punkten på golvet just avloppsbrunnen!! men bortsett från detta var allt bra, kanske något vägguttag vid spegeln hade varit önskvärt. Men man får ju vad man betalar för, så med tanke på priset kan jag rekomendera detta hotell.

"Jedem zu empfehlen, super Hotel,nette Reception."
Ich empfand den Aufenthalt im Comfort Inn als sehr angenehm. London ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, die man einfach mal gesehen haben muss. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und gab mir tolle Tipps wie ich die einzelnen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen könnte. Das Hotel war ca. 5 gehminuten von der Victoria U-Bahn station entfernt. Auf dieser Strecke befinden […] sich 2,3 kleinere Bars ein kleiner Quartierladen und ein kleiner Imbiss, wo man sehr sehr gut Frühstücken konnte. Das Hotel selber war gut zu finden und sauber. Das Bett wurde jeden Tag frisch gemacht und die Toilette wurde auch jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Zimmer im allgemeinen war etwas klein, aber wenn man nach London geht hält man sich ja nicht im Zimmer auf, was ich also als gar nicht schlimm empfand. Die Toilette war auch sehr klein aber fein. Das Zimmer war mit einem Föhn ausgestattet. Ich plane eine weitere Reise nach London und werde auf jeden Fall wieder ins Comfort Inn gehen. Jedem zu empfehlen. Читати далі

"Good for family stay in London"
Nice and clean hotel, all the basics in place to serve as homebase for people doing London as tourists. We are a family of 4 with 2 semi big kids and the family room was perfect spacious and with good beds for all.

Vi hadde to overnattinger der for og etter en tur til Manchester. Det første rommet var ok, men det siste var utrolig darlig. Rommet var alt for lite til fire personer, noe de i resepsjonen avviste. De var arrogante og mente dette var beregnet for fire. Det er rart nar man har hattehyllen rett over hodet og det ikke var plass igjen til a sette bagasjen. […] Badet var også svært darlig. Da vi skulle sporre etter drosje i resepsjonen var de behjelpelig med dette. Det ankom en personbil uten takstameter som skulle ha blodpris for a kjore til undergrunnsbanen som var noen hundre meter. "Sans plus"
L'hotel est situé à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de la station de métro Vauxhall et à 5 minutes d'un supermarché Sainsbury's. Les gens sont très gentils et serviables mais le confort de la chambre n'est pas exceptionnel, notamment une douche de type italienne qui inonde la salle de bain. Convenable pour le prix, mais rien d'exceptionnel.

Det første rommet vi fikk var dårlig. Det lå rett ut mot inngangspartiet, der sto folk og røykte og pratet hele døgnet.Ekstrasenga som var satt inn var ødelagt, og umulig å sove i. Badetgulvet skrådde så mye at etter dusj, sto det to cm vann som ikke rant ned i sluket.. Men vi fikk byttet rom uten problemer dagen etter. Neste rom var mye, mye bedre. "Dejligt hotel i stille område"
Dejligt hotel, helt almindeligt, men lidt over standart til den pris. Skønt at have mulighed for at lave kaffe og the på værelset. Meget rent og pænt og faktisk også ret god stil af et hotelværelse. Venligt personale. Prøvede ikke morgenmaden, da den lå noget tidligt.

Standarden på rommet var for såvidt bra. Vi betalte forholdsvis høy døgnpris eks frokost. Frokost for oppholdet ble bestilt ved ankomst mot ekstra betaling. Frokosten var rett og slett elendig. Et svært dårlig utvalg. Av brødmat var det kun ristet brød med syltetøy eller ost skinke. Utvalget ellers var svært begrenset . Ellers fungerte ikke safen på […] rommet. Raggiungere il centro è semplicissimo e comodissimo con la fermata del bus n°2 e n°88 a 5 metri (7-9 min per Victoria Station e 12-18 Westminster Abbey) .
