We had 4 people with 2 double rooms. One room is very small but the boss(I guess) promised us that he will adjust another bigger room for us because we will stay for 6 nights. Luckily we got it in the next day when we back to hotel. Everything in hotel seems not too far as we expected. Of course you can't treat it as a modern hotel but it's enough for us for what you paid in London. The location is great. It takes around 10 mins slow walk to Paddington train station/underground. Convenience is better than anything. The breakfast is also not bad but I strongly suggest don't order continental breakfast. English breakfast is good and the quantity is enough for us. Even though we asked more toast sometimes, they were willing to offer. Orchard hotel gave us 6 good sleeping nights during our stay in London. We are willing to recommend it to others if you have budget control.

Very nice hotel, convenient for eating and shopping, only 200m away from Paddington Station, I'll come to stay at this hotel again in my next trip to London.

Very good stay very near LHR. Based upon our experience, they are well suited to early arrivals and a 24hr operation from the airport traffic. The building is well insulated for sound, so the nearby runway is nt an issue. great hotel, ideal location for location to heathrow airport , and many car hire pick up locations. 24hr Mcdonalds 5min walk away. starbucks in the hotel lobby is ideal for a quick snack and drink. standard of public areas is to a high standard, rooms are smart and very clean, large TV. only problem we had was the room temperature was too warm ( even […] with the air con on full ). would highly recomend this hotel, and would stay again. "Good hotel for catching an early morning flight."
Very clean and comfortable as most Marriott hotels are. Nothing unexpected, all hotel staff very friendly and courteous. Had a problem with a dinner entree (old fish) but was offered a replacement right away. Will probably stay here again.

Although we were in an Executive room I have stayed in bigger, better rooms in Premier Inn for a lot less money. I was very, very angry and embarassed at being refused entry into the restaurant at breakfast. I had to go back up to my room to fetch the booking form that I had luckily printed out to prove that I had payed for breakfast with the room rate. […] I am not sure whether it was a Hotels.com error or the fault of the Marriot but having had trouble before with exactly the same problem when booking with Hotels.com I had checked with Reception the night before to confirm. The hotel was very well run. Nicely decorated, flawlessly maintained, staff pleasant and effective, restaurant excellent, fitness centre and pool great; most trouble free stay we have ever had.

took ages checking in, hotel was nice and modern. staff polite. room however had crumbs on floor, bathroom was a little dirty which was off putting, customer services was really unhelpful as tried to complain-nobody would take it seriously. room was comfortable and spacious and cosy, other facilities were good also. all in all the night stayed was expectable, […] though because of the service it should be a 3 star not a 4 star hotel. Excellent hotel. For an overnight stay it was very convenient. Transportation to the hotel from the airport and back using the Hoppa bus was easy to find. Rooms were very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was not included, we left early in the am so we wouldn't have used it. Staff was friendly and accommodating
I needed a hotel convenient to the airport as I was catching a connecting flight in the morning. The room was very comfortable and clean and I could not hear the airport noise at all. The front desk staff and concierge were very helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone needing accomodations near Heathrow. "Marriott Heathrow"
A very comfortable airport hotel. I stayed here for one night on my way home to San Francisco and it was just what I needed. A good sized room, a huge and very comfortable bed and everywhere spotlessly clean and tidy. There seemed to be plenty of staff about, and they were polite and helpful.

Close/convenient to Heathrow, and environment of hotel does reflect "airport hotel" (a bit formal and stiff, as opposed to energetic and charming). Pool area (with steam and sauna) was a draw for me—exercise prior to international flight. We stayed at this hotel for one night before flying home to the USA after having spent a week in London followed by 2 weeks in Ireland and then back to London for this one night. Marriott is predictable in the comfort of the beds and design of the rooms....we needed a good night sleep before our long flight back to California. The waiter in the American […] Grill in the hotel heard us talking about getting a cab to take us to the tube station so we could go shopping in Central London. He kindly came over to us and explained that there are three bus routes that stop just outside the hotel. On any one of these three bus routes (258, 444 and I forget the other) the bus is free if you're going to the Hatton Cross Tube Station. His information saved us time and money!! Читати далі

"Great stop over hotel"
Very friendly staff. Very comfortable room. Nice lobby and resturant. They give you free axcess to the business center to print your boarding passes. Better than I expected. The only minus is when you arrive at Heathrow you have to wait for the Hoppa bus (4 pounds each), which if you miss it can be a wait. A cab is 12 pounds which we ended up taking […] because my husband after the long flight from California was short on patience. The cab drivers hate you because it's to short a fare. Taking the to Hoppa to the airport in the morning is very simple because of their time table. Читати далі
"The best hotel at Heathrow"
I've stayed here many times and I'm always satisfied. Convenient parking, Quiet rooms, wonderfully comfortable beds and friendly and efficient staff. The only downside is the 'American Grill' which suffers from rather poor service.

The hotel was okay. Staff was friendly but housekeeping needs work. From the shower cap left hanging on the bathroon door to a hair in the tub to dirty glasses in the bar, cleanliness did not appear to be a priority. The room was spacious and well equipped. Everything else was above average.

"Great room for the money"
The hotel was outstanding. Service was great. The beds were very comfortable. Very large rooms compared to European standards. Will definitely stay there again.
