Nice place, bit drab but relaxed. Good location. All inclusive is nice but food was average to poor: not a great choice and the hot food was lukewarm at best.

The hotel and staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was ok, without being fancy. My only concern was the noise from the traffic, which was a bit of a shame on a rather pleasant stay

Only place to have a drink was pool bar Tropical. There was not enough seating in the evening for the entertainment especially when it started to rain. Not all that was offered was availiable.Comfortable place but not 4star.

My room was very spacious and comfortable. The room was cleaned every other day. My only problem was that during my whole eight night stay, my sheets and towels were not changed once. Overall this hotel was great, being linked to the other two neighbouring hotels allows use of varied facilities such as the (free) jacuzzi, saunas, swimming pools (1 indoor and several outdoor) and (cheap enough) massages. It is close to the centre for healthier people, or those who intent on taking a taxi, however for less able people the walk back […] from the centre may not be managable due to a significant length of steep steps. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The only downside was having to use the room key to turn the electricity on, which meant that once you left the room the aircon and (more importantly) the fridge turned off. Any card will turn the electrics on, but be warned(!) - after being cleaned one day we returned to find the card missing and after repeated enquiries it was never found. I was travelling with my partner and the room had two twin beds, which was a bit annoying even when pushed together. Therefore it may be best to ring up to enquire about a room with a proper double bed. There is no room service, but the breakfast buffet is truly fantastic with a great variety of food, and the fridge in the room allows storage of some food. The receptionists are also happy to open bottles of wine for you! The hotel has plenty of information on local attractions and can organise a hire car very quickly and cheaply - perfect for a trip up Teide. All in all, no major issues apart from the card used in the electrics going missing. This is a Hotel that has seen better times. Apparently it had to be rescued 3 months ago before it went bust as the staff had not been paid. On one day the room was left uncleaned. When I complained to the Reception they said the maid had to clean the sister hotel across the road ( also rescued ) and it would not be done. I insisted and the maid eventually […] came. Pity because it is large and airy with excellent common areas. Good facilities - pay as you go online access, WIFI , indoor pool - but with nowhere to leave clothes - and a lot of outside attractions such as pool , bar , beautiful gardens , table footie and Crazy Golf .We had dinner on our first night - a big mistake. A chaotic buffet self service with nothing identified and some very strange looking dishes with little taste .Choc blancmange that tasted of NOTHING AT ALL . Saw man with chef's hat turn up next afternoon - no threat to Raymond Blanc !. Breakfasts were fine - but the food was almost cold every time !! Even when we left at 0800 for the airport it was STILL cold even though it had just been cooked. Overall value for money - yes I guess so. For 4 stars - no way . Could be better on all fronts. Hotel good overall but too far out of town.Courtesy bus helps.Room only cleaned every other day. Food plentiful but dining room overcrowded with queues for tables.Food sometimes luke warm. Entertainment variable aand shared with adjacent Blue Sea hotels. Reasonable value for money but must be better places in Puerto.

We were not happy with our stay at the hotel at all. When you book a stay at a 4 star hotel, you have some expectations that this hotel did not fulfill at all. In my opinion it should have no more than 3 stars. The size of the room was ok - we were 2 adults and 1 child. But the aircondition did not work, one of the beds were wobbely and there was a […] damp smell. The damp smell was in most of the hotel acutally. We had booked half-board - breakfast and dinner. The food was often poorly made and the variation little. We stayed for three days - and had paella all three days, a chicken and a swine-dish for two days... No childrens menu. Positive: the bathroom was very nice (exept the damp smell) and the water-preassure in the shower exellent. Could have stayed in that shower forever. There is an outdoor and an indoor swimmingpool. We did not have the chance to try out the outdoor one because of cloudy weather. The indoor was not tempting at all. It was in a dark basement - and it looked like it was dirty. Been many times before to this hotel and find it good value for money. glad to see the sauna was opened on saturday as well as friday. good way to unwind turkish, sauna and jaccussi.

I really liked this hotel. I would recommend it. The only thing that I would like to mention is the fact that they don't have internet access in the rooms. Therefore I had to pay a wifi service at the hotel next door and get out to the balcony to get some signal. This hotel should offer internet access. It's a 4 star hotel. Knappast 4 stjärnigt(vilket inte de andra 4 stjärniga hotellen i Puerto de la Cruz som vi bott på är heller) men Interpalace är mycket prisvärt för pengarna.

Wir wollten mit geringem Budget noch ein paar Tage in die Sonne. Im Bluesea sind unsere Erwartungen übertroffen worden: Das Hotel ist nicht mehr da Jüngste, das wussten wir aber vorher. Unser "Standard"-Zimmer hatte viel Platz, war sauber (liebevoll vom Zimmermädchen gerichtet) und hatte sogar Meerblick. Die Verpflegung war neben den üblichen Kinder-Standards […] wie Pommes und Nudeln sehr abwechslungsreich: Alles war frisch und jeden Tag ein anderer Schwerpunkt. Die Aussenanlage war klein aber schön bepflanzt, auch der Pool war ok. Wer allerdings seine Kinder selten sehen möchte, ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben: Die Annimation hielt sich in Grenzen, es waren auch nicht sehr viele Kinder dort. Wer absolute Ruhe in der Nacht sucht, nimmt auch besser eine andere Unterkunft auf dem "Land": Nachts wird in unmittelbarer Umgebung gern mal laut und lang gefeiert. Mit geschlossener Balkontür ist auch das erträglich. Alles in allem: Für Reisende, die mobil sind, sich gern selbst beschäftigen und ihren Urlaub eigenständig planen eine preiswerte und gute Unterkunft!!! Читати далі

La relación calidad/precio del hotel es correcta. Las instalaciones están cuidadas y las habitaciones son muy amplías. El personal es agradable, excepto los recepcionistas que eran bastante secos. El buffet correcto. Los snacks del TI un poco escasos. El inconveniente fundamental que le veo al hotel es que las piscinas son claramente insuficientes […] para el volumen de clientes del complejo. Así, era habitual ver a la gente reservar hamacas a las 7 de la mañana por lo que olvídate de encontrar una libre antes de las 6 de la tarde, vamos, ni un trozo de cesped. A partir de esa hora lo que no había forma de encontrar era mesa en la zona de animación y snack-bar (la animación pésima e impropia de un 4*). Por todo ello, pasamos mucho menos tiempo en el hotel del que nos hubiera gustado para disfrutar más del TI. En cuanto a otra información que puede ser de utilidad, el hotel está situado en la parte alta de la zona este de Puerto de la Cruz. Bajando 200 escalones llegas a Playa Martianez (un calita de piedras habitada por surfistas), los lagos Martianez (muy recomendables, pero cueta 4,5€/día, luego no es una opción para ir todos los días) y el Paseo de San Telmo. La Playa buena de Puerto de la Cruz, Playa Jardín, se encuentra en el otro extermo (a 4 km) junto al Loro Parque. Así que hasta allí tienes que ir en coche o en transporte público. Por cierto, que para tomar buen pescado recomiendo el restaurante Tambo en Punta Brava (junto a Playa Jardín y Loro Parque). Читати далі

La experiencia en el hotel fue regular. Según parece tiene categoria de 4 estrellas pero yo no las veo (estaré ciego). El hotel no es nuevo y se veia que mucha gente se quejaba. Era frecuente que los clientes llamasen a recepción para informar que algo no funcionaba o se habia estropeado

ottima la qualità del cibo, ricco buffet, nella sala ristoro oltre al buffet la carne e il pesce cotti al momento e ogni sera diversi, personale molto accogliente e molto gentile, nella periodo in cui ero (inizio luglio) non molto affollato, fermata autobus (TITSA) a 300 mt, camere sempre pulite (ogni giorno), nel complesso è un ottimo hotel.

Ci è stata assegnata una camera per i portatori di handicap dove i materassi avevano i coprimaterassi plasticati impossibile da togliere e quindi tanto disagio nel dormire, ovvero scaldavano e si sudava troppo. La stanza era al pianterreno e non isolata dal traffico della strada antistante. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con i tappi nelle orecchie. Confusione […] nel corridoio durante la notte, andirivieni di ospiti. Assenza di un tappetino doccia. Fornitura inadeguata per quanto riguarda il set di asciugamani e difficoltà nel sostituire quelli sporchi. Il cibo del ristorante era cucinato malamente. Mentre il personale era disponibile ed educato. In sintesi è stata una delusione. Non è un hotel da quattro stelle. Torneremo a Tenerife. La zona dove si trova l'hotel è bellissima ma non ritorneremo in questo hotel e, se tanto mi da tanto, nemmeno nella catena a cui appartiene. Читати далі

Es liegt nicht direkt am Strand, aber bis dort hin waren es nur ca. 5-10 Gehminuten. Wlan (im Bereich der Rezeption) is nur gegen entgelt verfügbar. Wellnessbereich war im Nebenhotel, Pool und Hallenbad waren im eigenen Hotel. Service war okay. Zimmer sauber, immer frische Handtücher. Kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Ottimo albergo. Piacevole riguardo i servizi offerti, l'assistenza del personale, la pulizia generale e delle camere. Ottima la piscina all'aperto, grande, ordinata, pulita. Idem dicasi per i lettini e le altre infrastrutture (docce, bar/ristoro). La struttura è curata. Colazione e cena (a buffet) ottime. Ogni sera cibo diverso, di qualità e in abbondante […] misura. Unica pecca i letti separati, anche se ravvicinati. La cameriera al piano è stata tuttavia gentilissima da rifare il letto (dalla seconda notte) come se fosse stato un matrimoniale, risolvendo così il problema e assolvendo nel migliore dei modi la richiesta. L'hotel è situato in un quartiere elegante e tranquillo, lontano dal chiasso e si affaccia sul mare. Bello addormentarsi con il rumore delle onde. Noi avevamo la macchina e, anche se l'hotel non ha un proprio parcheggio, non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà a parcheggiare davanti all'albergo. Tra l'altro i posteggi sono gratuiti. In occasione della partenza, in un orario incompatibile con la colazione (viene servita dalle 7.30, mentre noi siamo partiti intorno alle 6) abbiamo potuto mangiare qualcosa (brioches, caffè, tea) al sottopiano. esta muy bien, para un fin de semana....lo unico es que no esta muy renovado y se nota bastante....le hace falta un poquito de renovacion, pero la atencion tanto de camareros como del demas personal fueron muy buenas.....

Ich habe in diesem Hotel mehrere Male gewohnt. Leider ist seit September 2010 die Klimaanlage defekt. Das könnte im Sommer ein Manko sein. Damals und heute war es keins, weil bei ca. 19 Grad nächtlicher Außentemperatur die Kühlung über ein offenes Fenster ausreicht. Wer also ein Hotel ohne Klimaanlage auch sonst nehme würde, ist mit dem Interpalace […] gut bedient. Denn beim Essen, beim Blick aus dem Fenster (sofern Meerseite) und auch in Bezug auf den großen Pool ist das Interpalace seine Sterne wert. Читати далі

Var på familieferie og synes at hotellets område var veldig greit for barn. Maten var bra, verdt all inclusive. Samarbeidet med nabohotellene gjorde at vi fikk et veldig variert utvalg av aktiviterter.

Nice hotel located up in the Puerto de la Cruz. The distance to the beach was quite long (with very steep hills). The pool area was nice and we were happy with our stay. Really worth of the money!

Absoluut niet aan te raden. Het hotel is in 30 jaar niet onderhouden. Bedden, vloerbedekking, lakens, het is allemaal versleten. Onvriendelijk personeel. Eten onsmakelijk. Ligt aan beide kanten aan een drukke weg.
