Real nice. However, way to much clorine in the pool.

The hotel is nice, but they charge extra for internet access. For the price of the room and considering they cater to business people, they really should provide internet access. Instead they charge an addition $10.00 per day!

Hyatt regency was beautiful and in a very convienient location. Within walking distance of great bars and 16th st mall in just a block away. The mountain view rooms have a truely beautiful view of the mountains and downtown. The hotel itseelf was very clean and had great art. The staff are wonderful!

Hotel stay was great. The people were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is in great shape and a very comfortable stay. It is near an outside shopping and restaurant area so its a perfect location. The only things I found that were bad was the 4G data for my phone and iPad did not work in the hotel and their Internet was expensive. The other costly […] item is the parking. $30 to park in Denver is pretty steep. There is an $8 parking lot across the street that I would use next time. Читати далі

I have NEVER had more the attention paid to me by the staff at any hotel, and I travel a lot. From Theresa at the front desk when I checked in, to the waiters and bar tenders, and many other staff, it was stunning how much care they took to make me feel welcome in their hotel. First rate world class service with a smile.

Great location. Good amenities.

The hotel is very well located and within walking distance of the shopping areas and restaurants. The room was well appointed and clean. The staff was very cordial and helpful in all respects.

Nice, clean, good location. Steps from the convention center, restaurants/starbucks, shopping, and easy walk to Pepsi Center. No airport shuttle to/from DIA, $50+ taxi ride each way.

This hotel is in prime location, as the Denver Convention Center is right across the road. There is a lot to see/eat/do within walking distance. My only complaint is breakfast - i booked a package that included breakfast and was very disappointed. The eggs tasted like powder eggs, the hashbrowns were definitely from the freezer section and tasted like […] they had a hint of freezer burn - it just wasn't classy. They need to add more classy items like smoked salmon and such to give it more of a lift and not a blah buffet from the Holiday Inn. Читати далі

Know that if you park in their garage it wil be an additional $25 added to your bill they do not validate.

Overall, in comparison with other Denver hotels near the Convention Center, it was a nice hotel although the internet was not free, and they did not have any amenities that were expected for the price.... including parking.

The Hyatt Regency Denver is an excellent hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Just across the street is the Colorado Convention Center which made it simple for us to walk over to our convention and grab a coffee on the way. Unfortunately, as with any Hyatt I've stayed at, the wifi is not free […] which, for a business trip, is a big negative. Also I found the in-hotel restaurant to be overpriced and underwhelming in quality. The solution for that however is simple since the hotel is just a few blocks away from the 16th street walking mall and lots of great places to eat. Читати далі

Expensive wi-fi

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for our Anniversary. We first visited the spa for a couples massage that was AMAZING. We then went to the top floor bar for happy hour and then had a great dinner at the Altitude restaurant. The Pavillions are within walking distance so we went to a movie and then went back to the hotel for the rest of the night. […] The bed wasn't the most comfortable but the room was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt, roomy room, clean, good service, fast elevators, tasty food and convenient location. We took our baby there for his first overnight stay and couldn't have asked for more; it all went well, thanks!

We were in town for the state wrestling tournament so we wanted to stay near the Pepsi Center. Although our stay was just one night, we enjoyed the comfort and quality of the hotel. Ran across the street to Bubba Gump's for a late dinner which was super convenient. The only negative of our stay was having to pay for parking as a guest of the hotel.

We stayed there for one night before leaving to D.I.A to fly back home to Houston next day. Right from the start the Valet and Bell Boy were very helpful in making sure we got situated. We got there early so we though we would have to wait until 3pm to check in but luckily I went to go ask and we were able to check in two hours early. The location was […] great everything we needed was in walking distance, hotel was very nice, and they had a shuttle leaving every 15min to the airport. Arrived in Denver after long flight from Sydney with my 3 teenage children. Hotel staff were very welcoming. Room was spacious modern and clean and bed was very comfortable. We had a spur-of-the-moment weekend vacation and chose to stay at this hotel. It was well maintained, the valet was speedy and very helpful. The parking was about $20 a day for self-park,which was very convenient or a little more a day for valet. Both a little pricey but worth being close to your vehicle. We were out sightseeing so didn't take advantage […] of the restaurant so unable to comment on that other than came back on a Saturday night and the restaurant was very dead. The rooms were immaculate except for the bathroom. It seems someone sort of skimmed over it (hair in bathtub and toilet), but the in-laws were down the hall and theirs was perfect, so maybe someone being lazy? Otherwise very happy.Checkin went smoothly and concierge was a very sweet lady who was very helpful and really quite wonderful ...would definitely stay again..great downtown experience... We had a great time going to the RV and boat show right across the street and also thoroughly enjoyed dinner and Sunday breakfast buffet. The staff has been expertly trained and took very good care of us. Highly recommend.

The Hyatt Regency Denver - great location, great staff, clean & comfortable. Would recommend.

My three year old daughter loved the pool and hot tube. The staff was friendly and accommodating and didn't act put out in any way when asked for help. The room was clean.

I loved everything about my recent stay. The only thing I would change would be to get more comfortable beds. I plan to stay there again!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The attendants at the parking / valet were friendly and helpfull. The price for the room covers only the room however. The television had very few stations to choose from without buying very overpriced pay-per view programming. Hotel food and drinks were very overpriced as well. For examle, charging $5 for a bottle of water was offensive to me. If you aren't concerned about money, than you may really like this hotel and the convenience of being in downtown Denver. However, I have been far more satisfied with previous hotel stays in which rooms cost about half this price and I didn't feel like I was being nickle and dimed for everything else. Читати далі
