Comfortable hotel. If you have kids who want to swim the Pool is too small . There also is no hot tub or whirlpool. Great FREE breakfast.

We arrived late ...about 11 pm...I had booked the hotel sight unseen... we were delighted! The front desk was staffed with a friendly person, there were cookies fresh baked on the counter...check in was quick and easy... Our room was wonderful...the bed was comfortable, the room itself was spotless, the bathroom clean...there were no annoying noises […] and the a/c was not loud! There was plenty of hot water and the shower pressure was great, soft thick towels and plenty of them. The breakfast provided was nice, the dining area was clean and there were plenty of choices to choose from...the coffee was OK.... I need to return for business in May and will book again... "nice reasonably priced room"
Room was clean. Staff very friendly. They have smoking rooms which was super important to me. The breakfast was good. Comfy beds. I would definitely stay again

This was a great place to meet up for a weekend trip with my boyfriend! Hagerstown is the halfway point for us, so we meet here frequently. The hotel was under construction when we stayed, which we didn't particularly mind - a little messy but not any noisier. Free breakfast was great and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. My husband was able to walk to the movie theater while I visited friends. Great place to stay.

The hotel was under renovation so there was dust everywhere, but once done should be good. The breakfeast was good and free which saves $30 compared to other hotels.

"Nice Stay"
This hotel had a nice breakfast and the rooms were clean. They were renovating but it did not seem to have much of an effect on our stay. The only downfall to this hotel was the inability to have our dog. This was a major inconvenience for us but we managed. This would be the only reason why we wouldn't stay at this hotel again. "Overpriced"
This hotel was decent, but not outstanding. The service was good, but not great. The breakfast was probably the best part. The beds were too hard - all of us woke up with a back ache every night.

to try to find the hotel was very confusing if we hadn't had a local to show us how to navigate around twists & turns and road construction. no road signs given to help direct an outsider to this hotel. a lot of noisy young adults trapesing thru corridor at very late & middle of night hrs. Basically tho, the hotel is well kept.

"Clean room, good breakfast but internet not great"
Everything was nice including pleasant staff, but the internet was problematic. Thw connection kept stalling then restarting. Get this fixed or clients will move on.

Friendly, efficient service. Clean, spacious room will the comforts of home. There are lots of lamps and light fixtures in the room to make it as light as you would like. A pleasantly equipped exercise room and fresh baked cookies are the cherry on top. I will definitely look for this chain on future trips away from home.

"Country Inn Hagerstown-Comfortable Room..."
But the hotel amenities need some improvement. The indoor pool had warm water but the pool itself needed to be cleaned. Room towels OK but not onpar with the competition. I would stay at this hotel again .

"Under renovation, but still a great stay"
Breakfast (included) was generous and good. Room (was accomodated when asked to switch type of room) was clean & comfy. Surrounding area was a mall & plenty of resturants. Great stay!

I found a great deal to stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable as well. I will highly recommend this hotel if you can find a great deal like I could.

We were very satisfied with our room - clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Our only concern was that the bedspread/comforter is so heavy that it was uncomfortable.

The helpfulness of the hotel staff and the amazing breakfast are what makes this hotel! The structure is currently being renovated so had to deal with construction noise, debris and smells - not fun. But the worst part were the bedsheets - they wouldn't stay in place. Only inconvenience was the ongoing repaving of the roads surrounding the hotel and area itself. That was only due to us arriving after dark and not being able to clearly see road signs, etc.
"Quality for the Price 2011"
As a family of four on one income it is nice to know that there are places out there that are this nice with many amenities at a very reasonable price. We stayed here in August 2011, the hotel was clean, the staff friendly and they had a full complimentary breakfast and an indoor pool. "Major renovation and subpar room"
The control panel was broken off the A/C unit and the refrigerator was extremely noisy. Walls were very thin so the room was not quiet.

This was our first experience with Country Inns and we would definitely stay with them again. My only complaint is the beds were too soft and we requested 2 queen beds and they seemed small. Complimentary breakfast was good.
"Great even during renovations."
The quality of the room far met expectations--there was even a fan in the bathroom (something that most hotels these days goes without). The only drawback is that the curtains don't make the room as dark as I like.

"Good location, nice hotel, friendly staff"
Appreciated the convenient location and friendly staff. Breakfasts were great. Hotel was well kept, better than others in the same chain.
We were there for an overnight stay on our way home from Virginia. The hotel was a substitute because our original hotel had to cancel our reservation because of problems at their site. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I thought that it was clean , the free breakfast was nice. The Hotel was close to the Mall, other store you could walk to . I would stay there again.

This is a great place to stay! Large rooms, clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice public areas, gym, pool. Several restaurants close by( Olive garden, Red Lobster, etc). Would definitly stay here again.
