Hotel was pretty much as advertised. It came across as cheap. Room was clean but the overall property was worn out and needing some major renovations. TV had no cable so was pretty much useless. No cable and very noisy plumbing
Not as near the falls as the name might indicate but within walking distance. Hotel is dated and in need of a facelift.

"Stay else where if you can"
the restaurant close for breakfast at 9:45 even when all the signs said 11 am. I made a complaint at front desk and was ignore and told to go away..... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE> also they claim they have wifi. ONLY IN THE LOBBY. Parking $10 per day. lot next door charges $3/Day. go figure...

Despite the name, there is absolutely NO view of the falls from anywhere in the hotel. Also, there is no satelitte or cable so your TV watching is down to two fuzzy stations, two very fuzzy stations and three amost impossible to see stations. The carpeting in the room was rather dirty - by the time we took our showers in the morning the bottoms of our […] feet were black. the beds were firm but comfortable, not overly worn in. The alarm clock/radio did not work. I set it at 11:36 pm and at 12 am it said 1:30 am, etc. The pool / hot-tub area was well maintained and nice with a view of the street out front and a small patio you could sit in, however the toilet in the women's washroom was lined with black mold. "Good position, good services"
Nothing special about the hotel, the position is good, the overall price is also good. Recommended!

The hotel location is good; two block from the falls.AC was a bit noisy and the TV has one channel only
"Front desk was a joke."
At check in I was asked for a credit card to put of file. They did not tell me the were going to charge $100 to it and then refund days later. At check out It took 20 minutes before anyone appeared. If you are looking for a place to sleep and nothing more, this is the place. TV had 2 channels. No fridges. (unless you pay more) Parking was a $10 charge per day. Bring your own toiletries as none in room. But it was clean, comfortable and close to everything with a price much cheaper than surrounding hotels.

Though you have to pay for parking. The hotel is walking distance from all interesting attractions. There is no cable TV,so what. Room is clean and confortable.

Older hotel, located within walking distance to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hills. TV only had 2 snowy channels. Good valve.

First HOTEL/MOTEL that I've ever been in that there is no cable tv and even the local channels were fuzzy. Something they should put on there hotel info sheet or dish out a few dollars to get a dish on the roof.

Close to the falls and other "attractions" of the area. Large room!

This hotel is disappointing, the pictures are misleading and there is no cable or WIFI in the rooms. I tried calling reception on two occasions and no one answered.
"Fallsview Inn -- No view, no food."
Restaurant only open on the week-ends, not stated on hotel website. No bar/lounge. After traveling all day long on a motorcycle, you want a cold drink and to relax. Had to walk over to Margaritaville -- which in itself wasn't bad, but the hotel was picked specifically because of it's location, and the fact that it had a restaurant and lounge. "Simple"
The Fallsview is not the newest hotel on the block, but it has all the amenities you really need. The rooms and bed are very comfortable. The hotel is located close to everything. My only negative comment is the surcharge of $10 per night for parking. I thoroughly enjoyed the indoor hot tub after a long days worth of walking.

"Fallsview Inn at Niagara Falls, Ontario"
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It truly is within walking distance of everything to see. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. One problem is that they really need new mattresses and pillows - my back killed after the 4 days stay. TV did not work. Hygiene bad. Stinks of smoke and carpet in the room and hallways bad condition Hotel badly needs remodelling work. will not stay again. Staff was friendly. allowed me to check in early. do not pay parking fee. you will find lots behind the hotel for $3 for a day.

The staff at the Fallsview Inn from guest services to maintenence were friendly, helpful and outgoing. The room accomodations were well kept ad comfortable. We were traveling with children so the fact there was no cable television was a minus for us. The hotel felt old and worn out. Even the smell of the building smelled old and stale. I also wanted to watch a movie to relax and the cable or movies were unavailable and there was no attempt to fix it. It sounded like the attendant knew the cable had been out for some time. "not satisfied"
why would the hotel charge a $10.00 parking fee. the parking fee on the neighboring parking lot is only $3.00/day. also, the air condition is very noisy, can't sleep w/ the rattling noise. and no cable tv to make it worse.
"Clean Hotel but very outdated"
Spent a long weekend here to see the sights all i can say is spend a bit more money and stay at one of the surrounding hotels. This hotel was very clean but extremely outdated. The beds were not comfortable at all. It is close to all sights - location was great.

This hotel was clean but did not have cable TV and the restaurant in the lobby is only open on weekends. The vending and ice machines on some levels aren't working. The parking costs extra and there is only a handicapped/stroller-friendly ramp at the front of the building, not the rear where most parking is located. "Great location for Niagara Falls"
Hotel quite average and rooms not overly nice, but location is excellent for the falls. When we arrived our room had not been cleaned at all since the previous guests. We were moved to another room, which at least had been made up. Rooms are old, aircon very inefficient and staff not friendly. Parking is not free and is in open.

Not a great hotel and I am a meticulous packer, have travelled lots and several items went missing from my room. Stay away!

In terms of location it was pretty nice, but other than that it was kinda a dive. One good thing though was the pizza place across the street. The pizza was delicious there!

The hotel was clean inside and outside. I was allowed to park my car for 5 hours even before I checked in. The room was pretty big. The bed wasn't the best but didn't bother us. Nothing on TV after 11 PM. Don't know before that. Bathroom was clean and nice hot water. Gave only one soap bar. The sink was outside the bathroom so was very convenient for […] three people to get ready quickly. We didn't Fall view side. They charge $10 for parking but right outside the hotel there were parking lots that charged only $5 per day. "Horrible service, smelly room but great location."
The staff was not very welcoming or helpful. The parking was wayyyy overpriced and the hotel kind of locks you in at check in. -- BEWARE The room smelled bad and the carpet was ripped up and yucky. Good location, good service. TV programing is pathetic. Recommendation to other gests: don't pay for the hotel parking ($10.00 a day) there are parking lots just behind the facility for $3 to 5 a day!

We had a great stay at the hotel even though we stayed only one night ,,, and we weren't in the room much ,, it was a nice walk to the falls ,,not far at all ,,, and close to everything , I would recomend it to anyone ,,I just wish we had breakfast with the stay
"2 star comfort"
Our ourpose of the trip was...golf...dine... casino...sleep...golf again next morning...leave. So price cleanliess and quiet were the major priority. Fallsview Inn did that.

Excellent little hotel well located, but what i don't like from the hotel is the fact that they hold from my debit card $107 dollars for almost a week since the hotel it was pay in full they hold that money. I love Niagara Falls and the hotel location is great
