Very bad service. The bathroom was smelly, and the rooms looked very old. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was also too far to walk to any place. The housekeeping was noisy upstairs and kept making loud noise everymorning. Even after complaining , they didnt listen. The worst hotel for this money. especially if you pay for a junior suite. We stayed there as a couple, and the hotel itself is nice. They have some pleasant facilities for couples such as the spa (containing Jacuzzi, a sauna, and an indoor pool). During November it is not so crowded so it was perfect for a couple visiting, but i expect that the facilities are too small if it is high season since the jacuzzi fits only 2 people […] at a time, and the indoor pool is quite small. Then again in high season most people would be out at the large outdoor pool or at the nearby beach. We loved the beach boardwalk for night strolls along the beach or for running in the morning. With respect to food, it was good, and with respect to staff they were very helpful, friendly, and spoke english. The only three things we felt could have been improved in the hotel are: 1)the AC which didn't work nearly at all. 2)The bath gel and soap were not very nice - but you can always walk to the supermarket next door and buy something of your own. 3)The maid cleaning int he morning, was so loud in the rooms next to us, moving furniture around and so on! as a general impression the hotel is deifinitely recomended though, and I would book there again when i go to Ibiza especially since it is quite close to the city. Fantastic food- VERY clean, really easy to get into Ibiza town. Only downside- the lack of any english channels on television,(other than a weird one showing city prices and shares all day) but who comes to ibiza to watch tv? Location is great, you can walk along the boardwalk to the marina and then get the ferry to Ibiza town. Hotel itself has a very clean pool and access to a small beach. The room was very clean, good air con and we had a balcony which was worth paying for would definately return.

We had high expectations of this hotel, seeing as it was said to be 4*. At the beginning everything seemed fine, until we saw that the view we had was overlooking an ugly building which was in need of absolute repair (roadside room). The bathroom was lovely, but the bedroom was in need of a make-over. It was also freezing and no heaters were available. […] We could not believe how hot it was when we went outside! When night came it was even worse and there was a loud noise like a generator above our heads. We then decided to complain and was given a sea view room. We were delighted until we went inside it, all the walls were cracked. However, the view was very nice. Food The food was delicious for the first couple of days, it then became dull towards the end of the wk. It seemed as if they starting to ration. The waiters were very polite and friendly and were very attentive. Spa I wouldn't really call this a spa, because the steam room was never turned on. You would always have to go to reception and ask for it to be turned on. Even the gym equipment was turned off. I guess they saw that not much people were using it and decided to save energy. They also did not allow you to take their towels down to the pool, which was dum because you would always be dripping wet after using the pool. Basics They did not have basic things like a kettle in your room. They also expected you to use tiny flat bars of soap, which looked like they were designed for a kid. You would expect to get shower gel in a 4*.... Smell There is a horrible smell outside the hotel, which comes from the sea. It is very upsetting but goes away after inhaling for long periods. Entertainment There is no entertainment, so if you are 25-35, don't expect anything more than a drag queen night and OAP's eating or burning themselves to a crisp. Cleanliness I have to commend them on cleanliness, because the chambermaids were constantly cleaning. They also come each morning without fail to change your bedding. Читати далі

Das Hotel ist optimal für Leute ohne Kinder, die keine Animation, dafür aber gutes Essen, netten Service, eine schöne Aussicht und die Nähe zu Ibiza-Stadt möchten. Wir sind auch nach unserem dritten Besuch dort sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Perfect gerenoveerd Design-Hotel. Prima ontbijt- en dinerbuffet. Eten op het buitenterras met uitzicht op Ibiza-stad is goddelijk. Op 20 min. lopen op een voetpad langs de zee is er een taxibootje naar het centrum van Ibiza-stad (bezoek waard) en vandaar een boot naar St. Eulalia of Formentera. Kamers straatzijde: uitzicht op bouw en huizen, lawaai […] door bouwwerkzaamheden en de vuilnisauto in de vroege ochtend en ´snachts luidruchtige Spanjaarden bij een tegenover liggende Pub/sexclub. Hotelkamers hebben tegelvloeren waardoor je op de 1e en 2e verdieping geluidsoverlast hebt (schuivende stoelen/hakken etc.), de bovenste 3e etage is ok. Minibar is leeg. TV-zenders beperkt. Hotel ziet er van binnen mooi uit.Als je de buitenkant ziet verwacht je niet dat het er binnen (hal,restaurant en terras met fantastisch uitzicht over Ibizastad)zo'n mooi hotel is. De bedjes bij het zwembad zijn aan vervanging toe en de kamers hebben een up date nodig. Prima eten in het restaurant.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti all'Hotel Simbad, ci è piaciuto tantissimo. La vista mare è molto bella sia dalle camere, dalla zona ristorante e dalla zona bar. La sua posizione è molto bella tra l'altro offre la possibilità di fare lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia. Lo staff è particolarmente cordiale, professionale, efficente e disponibile verso […] i clienti. La zona ristorazione è ben organizzata composta da un ricco buffet e da piatti express.
