Good location, easy access to major sites, altough limited number of restaurants in close proximity, but those that are around were good. Bedroom small, as was ensuite. Staff very polite and helpful.

You might be able to find a hotel closer to the center of Prague but you couldn't get a better hotel. We liked the quiet of the location and it was only a short walk to major attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean; the bathroom sparkled. One of us had a lovely bathtub; the other room had a great shower. Staff were helpful, though we felt […] awkward having to ask for hot water for tea. There was a coffee shop right around the corner. Breakfast buffet was plentiful (though some of the food seemed odd to us like the marbled, processed meat but we noticed other guests were enjoying it). staff were very helpful arranging hair salon appt. for me for my son's wedding, would never have found on my own. My only critizism was no shower curtain in tub and the halls were somewhat dark. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Would return. Good value.

Lovely hotel and good price. Great breakfast. One problem...no mirror in the main room, only the the bathroom. One on the back of a closet door would not have spoiled the decor.

Hotel location is very good, breakfast included in room charge was quite good. The only limiting factor was rather small size of room.

The hotel was in a great location of Wenceslas Square. There is a few nice bars jsut around the corner as well as convenience shops if you need to run out and get something. The nearest metro station is only a 10 minute walk away. The staff were friendly. However our air conditioning unit did not work (because the window sensor was broken) and they […] 'could do nothing to help'. They did not even have a fan for us to borrow. They suggested leaving the balcony door open but this was a shared balcony with the whole floor so was not an option. The breakfast was passable but not particularly good. On the plus side, the room was clean, the bathroom was excellent and they picked up my boyfriend's date of birth from his passport check during check-in and surprised us with a free little bottle of champagne and a lovely note! Very good location, very close to Wenceslas square. However it is definetely not a 4 star hotel. Our room was always clean. However we booked a double room but got a twin one. When asked reception to give us a double room, we were told they were all occupied. Most of the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, however some of them had "can't […] be asked" attitude. Our bathroom was of a very high quality, but seemed unfinished - with no curtain or a glass door to have a shower, hence after 5 mins of shower floor was covered in water. Breakfast was excellent, good choice of cold meats, cheeses, eggs, pastries, toast etc. They have parking places in the courtyard of the hotel and prices are reasonable, but if there are no places in the courtyard, you can park in their different car park and it is more expensive. Dowstairs they have a sauna, but using it is a bit of a hassle. You need to tell them one hour in advance if you want to use it so they can prepare sauna for you, and payment for sauna is an extra. Really lovely hotel, room was a little small but lovely modern design and VERY comfortable bed. Staff were always very helpful and accessible, especially Canadian barman Misha! Not sure how this hotel got 4 star status. The reception were friendly enough. There is a sauna that they will switch on for you if you give them an hours notice - then they charge you 7 gbp pr hour each. Only 10 minutes to main road easy access to Metro - overall good. Close enough to everything yet down a quiet street. The room was beautiful. The staff was great. We could still walk to the old town and the castle. You would never need to take the train or tram. Try the brewery/restaurant on the corner of Stepanska and Jecna.

This hotel is a good location for a good price. Everyone on staff knew English, and offered to call us a cab to airport. Computer in lobby with free internet was nice. Breakfast was in a sunny room on top of hotel with standard euro fare- rolls, meats and cheeses, muesli. Surprised this was a 4 star hotel, 3 star would have been much more accurate. Funny heating system, when you take your room key out of the master switch by the door everything including the heating shuts down, we were there when it was REALLY cold, and came back to a room 6 degrees colder than when we left it. Location of the hotel is pretty good because you are a few blocks from the main center of Prague. Very clean place with very good customer service. I hada great experience in this hotel. Even though the room was tiny and there was no shower curtain, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room had A/C which was wonderful since the temperature was extremely high. The room has a safe and a flat screen TV (However, it loks like the only channels in English are BBC and CNN International) […] I definitely will come back to this hotel next time I'm in Prague. No curtains in the bathroom forced us to sit down in the shower or have the whole bathroom floor filled with water. Clean rooms, although showing clear signs of usage. Average location. Very friendly and helpful staff, no restaurant or bar, decent breakfast facilities.

Great place to stay good breakfast and excellent location.Lacks parking for rental car.

Hotelli yleisesti siisti, hyvät palvelut ja runsas aamupalatarjonta. Kylpyhuoneen mukavuus kyseenalainen, suihkussa ei voi käydä kastelematta koko kylpyhuonetta.

Hotellet är i mycket fint/gott skick, supertrevlig personal som talar god engelska. Frukosten var helt fantastisk (alla 4 dagar). Hotellet har ett bra läge och ligger på promenadavstånd till många sevärdheter (vi promenerade till allt). Vaclav gatan (shoppinggata) ligger mycket nära hotellet. I övrigt erbjöd hotellet mycket god service. Rummen var väldigt […] rena och fräscha. Det enda som var lite minus var att det var kyligt i rummet (vi var här i mars, när det fortf. är kallt på nätterna) och värmen gick inte riktigt att få upp. Men i övrigt superfint och vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse där! Lille hotel, 5 minutters gågang fra Vaclavske namesti - god kvalitet og høfligt personale -

Dejligt hotel som ligger 10 min på gåben fra den store hovedgade. Hotellet ligger på stille blind vej. Morgenmaden er meget regulær. Der er et pizza sted for enden af vejen, og det kan klart anbefales.

Het hotel had vriendelijk personeel dat redelijk goed engels sprak. Het ontbijt was netjes verzorgd al was de zaal wat klein voor al de gasten in het hotel, wij hebben mensen weg zien gaan omdat er geen plaats meer was. Verder was het alleen erg warm op de hotelkamer, 24 graden en toen we de airco aanzetten werd het alleen maar warmer, terwijl we die […] toch op 17 graden hadden ingesteld. Daarnaast was het erg gehorig de buren kon je bijna letterlijk horen praten, maar van het verkeer buiten hoorde je echt niets als je het raam dicht had! Het hotel is goed te bereiken met de metro en ligt dichtbij enkele bezienswaardigheden. Op loopafstand van het hotel zitten ook enkele leuke restaurantjes waar je heerlijk kunt eten als je 's avonds niet te ver meer weg wilt. Goede service wij vlogen 's ochtend vroeg en waren tegen 11 uur al in het hotel en konden meteen onze kamer betreden terwijl het inchecken eigenlijk pas 2 uur was. Het nadeel was dat de kamer toen nog niet helemaal in orde was, glazen ontbraken en de vuilnisemmer was niet geleegd, maar we konden toch lekker al op de kamer! Читати далі

Hotellin sijainti hyvällä paikkaa. Helppo liikkua eri kohteisiin. Siisti, ihan "tyylikäs" huone. Vasta remontoidun näköisessä kylpyhuoneessa oli kylpyammekin. Ihana yllätys, pääsi rentoutumaan koko päivän nähtävyyksien jälkeen. Aamupala hyvä, mutta aamiaishuone melko pieni. Vi bodde där en weekend i Prag och blev positivt överraskade. Hotellet var modernt och fräscht, personalen trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten var det enda som vi var missnöjda med då allting på buffén inte var helt färskt, men den var ändå långt ifrån den sämsta jag sett på hotell.

Ett litet och välskött hotell som det var lite svårt att hitta till. Låg lite på en bakgata. Litet men trevligt rum, fin dusch och bra med varmvatten. Stor frukostbuffé. Hotellet ligger med gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter. Sköna sängar att vila ben och fötter i efter många och långa promenader.

Et meget godt alternativ hvis man vil ha et rolig opphold tett på sentrum. Resepsjonsservicen burde vært bedre, ellers fant vi alt helt tilfredsstillende. Moderne, rene rom (men litt små), en enkel men grei frokost, og kort gangvei til hovedgaten. Flere gode, lokale restauranter rett i nærheten. Var der i 3 dage - fint mindre hotel, ligger på en lille lukket vej, hvorfor der ikke er meget støj - men dog kun kedelig udsigt. Morgen mad er fin standart, og der er kun 2.minuter gang til sporvogn og 5minuter til centrum - Det kan anbefales at prøve den lille italy restaurant i bunden af den lukket vej hotellet ligger på.

O hotel teria sido perfeito, se não fossem dois problemas: 1. Não é tão perto da Praça Venceslau quanto dizem (uns 15 minutos andando) 2. O ar condicionado do prédio todo quebrou enquanto eu estava lá. Estava 30 graus no quarto e os móveis eram bem quentes. Para compensar, o hotel nos deu tudo o que tinha no frigobar. сотрудники ресепшн практически никогда не здороваются; обслуживание номеров отвратительное - бывало такое, что наш номер не убирали по три дня, из-за того, что мы не покидали его до 11 утра, а однажды уборщицы оставили записку, чтобы мы не использовали так много жидкого мыла.. интернетом в лобби можно пользоваться только до 11 вечера

Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä metroasemaa ja ratikatkin menevät läheltä, eli sijainti on hyvä ja rauhallinen. Huone oli uusi ja mukava, mutta huoneen ilmaistointi ei toiminut (emme jaksaneet valittaa respassa). Huoneita ei siivottu joka päivä, vain pedit pedattiin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin. Aamupala oli mielestäni kattava (leipää, kahvia, teetä, muroja, mysliä, […] jugurttia, hedelmiä, leikkeleitä ja juustoja). Menisin uudelleenkin. Читати далі

Dejligt mindre hotel. Vi havde et stort og fint møbleret værelse, omend lidt specielt i udfromningen. Satte stor pris på det meget omfangsrige og friske morgenmedsarrangement. Som bilist var det også rart med P-kælderen. Eneste minus var den exorbitante pris af 600 tj.kr./døgn. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold og vi vil sikkert anvende samme hotel næste […] gang. Читати далі

Godt hotel på en lille sidegade i Prag. Gå afstand til Karlsbroen og den gamle bydel. Tæt ved metro og sporvognsstop. Gode værelser, venligt personale, hyggelig morgenmadsbuffet. Prøv den lille italiensk restaurant "Di Carlo" længere nede af samme gade : lækkert mad og hyggelg gårdhave næsten usynligt fra de store gader.

questo hotel è posizionato molto bene, a qualche centinaia di metri dalle principali attrazioni turistiche. camere pulite, unico neo la colazione che ho trovato essere un po' scarna. complessivamente lo considero una buona soluzione sia per scopo turistico che per business (mezzi pubblici metro + bus, portano alla'eroporto in circa mezz'ora).

Lite rom. Det ikke var dusjforheng på badet, så alt vannet rant utover gulvet når en dusjet. Bestilte hotellvekking siste dagen, men det glemte hotellet bort. Våknet heldigvis av meg selv tidlig. Personalet kunne smilt litt mer. Hotellet lå i en blindgate så en opplevde ikke mye støy fra trafikk. Dette var bra.
