We were very disappointed when the receptionist told us that we could not check in even though it was already 3pm and then they upgraded our room to executive harbour view room which was good in general except a very old TV set. But the hotel does not provide any shuttle bus services to major places in HK as other hotels do, neither do they have free pick services. It is a good choice if u come to hk for shopping. Otherwise, other hotels in TST and central are better than this.

唯一的大缺點就是大廳太小同時們房不會幫忙拿行李開車門等工作問路時也不太積極 櫃台的人一切都是嚴肅好像很多事情都不關他的事 但是管電梯跟開門的服務很好很親切又溫暖彌補一些以上的缺點 另外房間內電視太小冰箱漏氣一點都不冰飲料面膜等東西冰一整天都是溫的 廚房的設備很簡單 外面的馬路太吵 但 房內叫餐服務很好以及東西還蠻好吃的

"The superior room is too small"
Superior room is relatively small and the price is a bit high for that grade of hotel

Extremely helpful and friendly staff~ Everything that can be expected from a 5* hotel - you can find it at this hotel. A very enjoyable and pleasant experience indeed. Next time I need to stay at Shenzhen, would definitely consider this hotel~~!

If go to Shenzhen, I would choose to live this hotel. The reason is simple, convenient transportation, good service, live in a kind of feel at home here

"Great Hotel. Excellent Location"
this Hotel is Located next to COCO Park shopping center and many international restaurants and bars(Brazilian, IrishPub, Mexican food). Breakfast has a large variety although can get busy. lobby lounge expensive even if you just want to sit you will have to pay. Area has many banks, supermarket, Metro station is near.
The hotel and the location was good, but the hotel's restaurant's food is soo bad. Buffet Breakfast spread is not worth it.

Comfortable to have holiday spending there. The toilet was clean and big, so enjoy to take a shower! Yet mainly commercial area found nearby, and it's quite hard to find small shops. If you want supermarket, you can walk to CoCo Park which inside has Jusco. Quite silent on streets at nights.

The hotel was OK. The service was fine, bt the impression I got was this was more focused at Asian clientel than US or European. After a long and tiring day, I was relishing flopping into a nice soft bed and falling to sleep - imagine my disappointment when I fell into my (twin - not requested) bed to find it was so hard it was like sleeping on a sheet […] on the floor. An excellent hotel with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The buffet in the hotel restaurant was also amazing! Superb quality and great choice of meats, seafood, sushi, pasta, salads, desserts etc.

"Marco Polo Hotel in Shenzhen China"
Excellent Hotel, great location, great room... downs is that they have a seating area right in the lobby, there is a McDonalds and Starbucks near buy, i when to have breakfast with my son and brought our drinks to wait for our ride sitting there and one of the members told me that i cannot sit there with outside drinks, i explained i was a guest and […] they did not care, it took me to speak with a manager after frustrated arrgument with the hotel worker... finally they say it was a mistake from their employee.... another down is the HUGE bill for the laundry service, i travel many times to China for weeks at a time and stay at other 5 star hotels and never got a bill this high, just to be caution. I live in Hong Kong and needed a convenient, relaxing, 1-night getaway. Marco Polo gave me just what I needed. The service was great, the gym had new equipment and was kept in great shape. I had an excellent haircut, and the swimming pool seemed decent. The room was fashionable, comfortable, and had a good view. 酒店的外圍看來比較陳舊, 但是房內的設施及設計都比較新, 房內環境舒服, 交通又方便, 附近就是地鐵購物公園站, 約5分鐘步行便到達酒店 值得推薦!!

It's our second time staying at this hotel for a weekend getaway, and it never disappoints us! Highly recommended!!
"Nice stay"
Very convenient - just a few station away from Lok Ma Chau and with plenty of eateries in the area, though tends to the higher end. Room was very clean and comfortable, and staff is polite. All in all, great weekend getaway with all I need!!
Hotellet er helt fantastisk. De ansatte er utrolig serviceinnstilt. Rommene er store og romslig. Badenen er bare helt utrolig lekre. Men har du vært på ett Marco Polo hotell så er standarene ganske lik overalt. Sentralt beliggenhet like ved en liten oase av puber/ restauranter.

Hotel parfait, tout neuf, Piscine très agréable et très peu fréquentée. Plusieurs restaurants dans l'hôtel dont un dans le lobby avec un rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Sejour très agréable, personnel aux petits soins.
