The Queen Anne B&B is a wonderful way to experience the Denver area. The staff excell in service. The morning breakfast was exceptional and offered a nice way to socialize with others staying at the B&B. There are a number of restuarants within walking distance. "Great location and personable staff"
I specifically requested a room for a reason, and they changed the room on me without notifying me until I arrived. While this could have been a major problem/deal breaker, the room that they gave us was perfectly acceptable. The location can't be beat as it was within walking distance of several really great restaurants and close to down town. The […] house itself was great and the room was comfortable. Parking was a little sketchy down an alley, but they had a security system monitoring our vehicles. My wife and I had a lovely romantic weekend. "Cozy B & B with charm and elegance"
We had never stayed at a B & B and didn't know what to expect. This place was very nice with an air of elegance. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had wine and snacks at 5 p.m. and the breakfast was vegie omlets and scones - very nice. My only complaint is that it was too elegant for my likings. There was no TV in the room or in the common room. […] The Denver Bronco's were playing that night and we had to find a place with a TV. It turned out good; there was a quaint Mexican place within walking distance that had a TV, good food and good company to share our dissappointment over the Bronco's loss. "Perfect!!"
Our staying in Queen Anne B&B for 9 days was great. Queen Anne B&B is close to downtown and takes only several minutes by foot. Breakfast was great and room was cozy. Happy hour time was also happy with wine, cheese and cookie. All staff were so kind.

"Lovely, unique, cozy, and delicious breakfast"
What a treat it was to stay here on a business trip. It was cheaper than the official hotels I was supposed to choose from, and it had a great breakfast included that they did not. Plus the owners are so warm, helpful and accommodating. Only a 20 minute or so walk to the convention center, or an economical light rail or taxi ride if the weather's bad. "Not for Business Travelers"
The Queen Anne B&B is more than quaint. The hosts were nice. Because I called to tell them I would be late, they gave me the door code and left a room key out for me. There were no options to eat anything. The next morning I caught the Super Shuttle at 6:15am. Breakfast was to be served at 7:30am. "Great Hotel"
Love that this B&B is not what you expect. It is in an older house and everything inside is wonderful. They have a nice organic garden in the back and is a great place to sit. The room was great and the character of the entire house is something to see. Breakfast was great and the staff where friendly and helpful for our stay. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Queen Anne B&B. We were graciously greeted by the owner and was treated like family by the rest of the staff. Our breakfast was incredible and we appreciate their use of organic food. The B&B is in a great location for the 16th Street shopping area and for Coors Field. Highly recommend!

"The best little B&B in Denver!"
This B&B has such an elegant style and character that you will instantly feel at home. The Queen Anne offers a wonderful setting in a historic neighborhood conveniently located to everything in the city of Denver. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 days. We spent two nights in the Columbine room and two nights in the Fountain room (which is the […] only original bedroom ~ dating back to 1870's). We came to Denver via plane and planned to get around solely by our own power and public transportation. Every morning we started the day with a personalized breakfast, handcrafted by the owner/master chef Milan or the ever wonderful Sara. Over breakfast we would use the B&B's free wifi to scout out our routes using Google maps and then we went about our day. Sometimes we had to wait a little while to catch a bus or two but we got a great workout walking around an easily learned neighborhood. Never once did we feel unsafe walking around even at midnight. Some of the Denver sights that we were able to take in (rather easily): -Denver Art Museum -Denver Aquarium -Colorado History Museum -Natural History Museum -Capital -16th Street Mall -Denver International Airport (via Denver Bus Center) -A plethora of historic churches and downtown sky rises Denver also offers a service through which you can rent bikes to ride around town. These B Cycle stations are found all over town and there just so happens to be a station within walking distance of the B&B. My husband and I had a great, if brief, stay here at the Queen Anne! Lauren checked us in, and it was clear she loved her job as innkeeper as she described the art and gardens while giving us the tour. The hotel was a quick walk to the rest of downtown. The Queen Anne B&B was a pleasant surprise in downtown Denver. After driving on crowded highways, through urban areas, among tall buildings, one comes to a park and a small, quiet neighborhood of renovated Victorian buildings. "Real people, a soulful hood and amazing breakfast"
This is a historic house on the edge of downtown Denver with great neighborhood bars and restaurants in walking distance. The decor is quirky / funky / artsy. The rooms are spacious and individually decorated. The people are super-nice and the breakfast is way beyond expectations: Gourmet food and warm service. Highly recommended.

Great B&B!!! Loved the staff and rooms! We were in the Rooftop Suite for 3 nights. The hot tub was awesome on the cold nights! Breakfast was awesome! Get a few glasses of wine at happy hour! Great conversation with other guests and staff! Definatley recommend!

The Queen Anne was adequate at best. The online photos give the impression of a much larger place. It is actually two buildings located side by side, but the tree in the photo obscures that fact. There was a mediocre happy hour (with no Colorado Cheese as promised in the website), and the breakfast looked lest than stellar - omlets with spinach and […] goat cheese along with some self-serve cut up watermelonin a large bowl. J'avais réservé la chambre Rooftop: celle-ci est vraiment géniale. L'hôtel est propre, bien situé, possède à peu près assez de places de parking (sinon dans la rue, mais avec des limitations). Le petit déjeuner est absolument génial, le cuisinier prend plaisir à nous proposer des produits locaux délicieux, j'ai sans doute dégusté là bas l'un des meilleurs […] cafés de ma vie.
