Best Western Plus Port Columbus - Коламбус

It was nice but not worth the money. I've experienced same/better rated stay of a hotel for hundreds less.

My main concern was the cleanliness of the room and it was very clean!!! The beds were very comfortable,but the pillows were small.Everyone on the staff was very friendly & courteous.The pool & hot tub was fun,too.The hotel was very quiet,even with a soccer team there.The breakfast was a good variety of waffles,oatmeal,cereal,bagels,eggs,sausage,fruit,juice,and […] coffee.Coffee was available at all times which was nice.My family would definitely stay here again.It was a wonderful hotel!!! Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is close to Easton for something to do.

I walked in on someone. The front desk help was very rude and understand to my concerns about my safety.

Hotel near Easton shopping center and close to airport.pick up late at night was quick and driver pleasent. We will use this hotel again when going out of columbus.

We were in town to visit our grad student. The hotel was in a convenient location. The room was clean, the staff friendly. We will probably book a room at this location in the future.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff was knowledgable about the surrounding area and for the money, the amenities were pretty cool. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

They overbooked the rooms and I went from a King Suite to a full accessible room with a bathroom as big as the rest of the room. To make matters worse this room was by the back "smoking" door which was poorly adjusted and slammed so hard the headboard of the bed bounced on every closing! Room 115 is a nightmare and needs to be turned into a storage […] closet. Good Value, ease of access to airport and highways around Columbus Ohio

This hotel was very nice. Our room was perfect and the hotel pool waas great. We had an awesome time. We cant wait to go back

Wierdly hard to find. Hotel's OK but woefully understaffed and overworked at front desk. Hairdryer broken in our room.

The hotel staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was nice. Nothing spectacular, but nice and very clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was nice. The only negative if I had to have one is that the lights in the pool area were out of order making it hard to see. Other than that it was an overall good experience and I would stay there again.

Everything was great!

Large, comfortable rooms near the elevator - great breakfast, good heating system, helpful staff.

After changing rooms 3 yes 3 times ( room 1 key cards would not work. Bad battery Room 2 was non smoking after reserving a smoking room. Room 3 the temp in the room was 50 degrees and the window was open and the thermostat was shut off. We were offered another room but it's wasn't cleaned . This hotel was convenient to the airport, and the shuttle took us to Easton and the airport. The hotel is older, though, and has an older feel. The hotel itself is very nice -- well maintained, very clean, great breakfast, personable staff. The location is okay -- close enough to the airport, with lots of low end eating options close by. As a launching point, it's fine -- easy to get to 670 and from there to other important roads in Columbus. My only complaints are: 1) cold pool (even hardy […] kids would only use the jacuzzi) and 2) adult advertisements on hotel TV (while we were watching family programming). I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR EVERY ONE STAYING THE NIGHT BEFORE FLYING. THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD BREAKFAST AND AN EXCELLENT SHUDDLE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT

Everything about the hotel was fine except the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything around you. I would stay here again because of convenience and cleanliness but as far as feeling any kind of privacy there is none.

Nice stay, pleasant staff.

We liked our room a lot. Loved that it had a refridge and microwave. It also smelled really good in the room.

Friendly Staff , nice clean room , Continental Breakfast very good. Location was great only Minutes to our destination , we will stay again!

Much cheaper than staying at Easton where my conference was located.

The front desk staff was very nice and check in and check out were very easy. The continental breakfast and available food was a good selection. We had booked a non-smoking room however we could smell smoke, sometimes it was really bad. The facility could use a little upgrade.

Close to airport, so convenient for travelers. My main complaint is that during my entire 4-day stay the wifi internet was spotty and inconsistent. It was very frustrating, and the 1-800 number given was not able to fix the issue.

The room was nice but no one could come to help with getting jacuzzy working or clean it out. I asked if I could use cleaning solution and was also told that could not be done.The room was for a birthday and engagement of marriage

It was clean and the staff was friendly. For the price it was perfect. It was easy freeway access. Not much surrounding it but there were a few restaurants.

This hotel was very nice, would totally stay there again. Was very pleased with the rooms and the pool and hot tub were very clean!

I was very impressed by the hotel staff and the hotel itself. The breakfast was wonderful and there was a manager's reception in the evening which included dinner-like foods. I was double charged for the hotel however, once through hotels.com and once on the credit card they need for "extra items". The hotel is handy to airport and freeways. The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. Nice pool and exercise room. It was a little hard to find, but well worth the effort.

We stayed at this hotel for one night to attend a wedding. I was impressed with the cleanliness of both the room and common areas. The front desk staff was courteous and check in/check out was fast. The free breakfast had a nice selection of items that would please anyone. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Columbus, OH.

This hotel exceeded my requirements. We were attending a trade show in downtown Columbus and this hotel was super easy to get to and from plus very reasonably priced. I will use this hotel everytime I come into Columbus.

The room was comfortable. Included were breakfast and a paper which were much appreciated. The hotel location made it quite easy for us to return our rental car at the airport just prior to our flight.

Very good for someone wanting to be in the Gahanna area and close to airport and freeways. Small enough to feel the staff knows who you are but big enough to have all you need. Very comfortable stay.

The employees where so kind and very helpful. The continental breakfast was fresh and good. We will come back again when flying out of Columbus and take advantage of park and fly. Just leave your car there and take their shuttle. When you need them upon your return....just call!
