My kids and I were delighted with the townhouse-style room. We all had enough room, privacy and amenities to top-off a great vacation stay. The indoor pool was a bit cold, however and it was too chilly a day to go in the outdoor pool, but we were very happy with the accomodations.

stayed a night here. the rooms and look is out dated (TV, look) but still great. in door pool rooms have a frig and microwave. plus free breakfast in the morning (bagels, muffins, boiled eggs, cereal, waffles etc) rooms are large and the location is great with many places to eat a pharmacy and a food market right near by. everything was clean and I […] would recommend it. not a luxury vacation place but perfect for a few nights/business trip. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Close by resturants and fast food locations and about two miles from Falmouth Village Center of Town. There is a super market directly across the street. My only negatives would be that I wanted to watch the Red Sox on TV at night and their cable set-up didn't carry that […] channel (are you kidding me) and shoot the lock off your wallet and by a new toaster for the guest breakfast room. I was here for a curling (not golf) event. The room could use a face lift. It's age is showing. But it was clean, comfortable and convenient. I would return.

room was run down and smelled i had to go out and get some febreeze took forever to get some hot water walls must be paper thin as i woke up when the room next to me were in the shower at 6:30 am

The hotel was easy to find and close and convenient to restaurants and stores. Everyone was very friendly - wi fi was great and breakfast was easy. The hotel was simple - room very spacious and perfectly fit our needs. Thank you!

I just had a one night stay prior to running the Cape Cod Marathon. There is plenty of parking, the hotel buildings are close togther, so easy to get to the morning breakfast room. The breakfast area was roomy, clean, and well stocked with food and juices for a good breakfast. The hotel was sold out that night, but I never heard traffic in the hallways […] or any noises throughout the night, got a good nights sleep, just what I was looking for. The front desk staff gave us a good recommendation for a good carbo loading meal of pasta at the Stone Lovin Pizza Restaurant about a mile down the street on the Flamouth town green. I just stayed overnight. I was attending a family wedding - cousin got married the day I checked into hotel. I just needed a place to sleep at night as I was checking out next day. The room given was not in the main building where the breakfast is served. The room first given was not what we requested, which was rectified when brought to their attention.

Enjoyed our stay! Very nice hotel staff - helped out when we couldn't access internet, friendly upon check-in, staff brought extra towels to our door when we forgot to remove the do not disturb sign during their cleaning time. Some stains on the floor; clear the building is not new, with some disrepair by windows on the upper level. Was at the Cape for a Wedding. Hotel had a good location for a short weekend at the Cape. Hotel itself was a bit outdated and bathroom a bit dirty, but we didnt spend a whole lot of time in the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel before. It was the only hotel available for a family wedding. it was clean and beds were comfortable. I didn't like the steps outside the room and also at the exit doors. The shower was good, but there was no shelf for shampoo, etc, in the enclosure. The room was spacious and the iron and ironing board were a plus. It was good for the one night we stood there.. no longer then two days would I stay.. I would suggest you bring your own towels the one there are like sand paper.. I had to go get my own tooth paste, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Thanks god Wal-mart is in the next plaza. But for the one night stay I stood there the price was good.

It was perfect for what we needed especially last minute on Labor Day weekend. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The site is near everything...all within a mile or 2.

Do not expect wifi service at this hotel despite their claims. It is only available rarely and they do expect it to work except in common space. Even then it rarely worked. The breakfast facilities for the number of people staying at the hotel were inadequate and the food was poor.

The only saving grace for our stay was that we had a jacuzzi in our room. We were unable to use the indoor pool as it was full of unruly kids at 8:00 pm splashing and screaming. The guest information said that between 8:00 & 9:00 pm were for adults. When we asked the woman at the desk she said that was the old owners rules. She wasn't very helpful. […] I also told her that we were unable to access wi-fi in our room; she said they don't guarantee it in our room, only in the lobby. Stayed here for vacation, it was located in the heart of Falmouth, which is a very nice and beautiful town on the Cape. The Hotel was a mess!! we booked 2 rooms.regular room with 2 beds were OK but the other room that was supposed to be a suite was an disappointment. Upstair room was hot even with portable A/C and fan. It was disappoint for extra money we pay for that room

It was just as we expected. The pool was in good shape it was very quiet for being on a main street. And the staff was friendly. The hotel overall was clean and very modest. We enjoyed our stay. The free continental breakfast was great! A definite plus.

This hotel fit the bill for what we needed -- one night in Falmouth before catching the ferry to MV. We just needed a bed for the night as we had to travel for a wedding. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet and very reasonable considering we got it during peak season. Would recommend, and would stay again. One note - paper has more support than the hotel pillows. If I were staying more than one night, I'd bring my own.

My stay at the hotel was very relaxing until the last day. While I was washing my hand in the bathroom, the faucet came off and my hair and clothes got wet. That was not a good experience because everything I had planned for that day got delayed.

I would never stay in this hotel again. It was musty, not particularly clean, old, and not well kept. The staff was mediocre at best, not very friendly, and all in all; I am glad we only stayed a night. It was not a pleasant experience.

The upstairs bedroom was like an oven when we arrived. We figured out how to turn on the free standing airconditioner and fan, but it wasn't the best system for really cooling and dehumidifying the upstairs bedroom. There were two safety issues in the motel that should be addressed. The top step going to the second floor in our wing was much higher […] than the other steps and I almost fell the first time I sent upstairs.
