the room stunk like cigarettes, and mens cologne, i requested a top floor, was given a bottom floor, very noisy, and there was fleas in the bed. Not too happy

Service was great. Front desk people were great. Location was great. We went to San Francisco a day before so staying at Tracy Ca. Was a good idea.

I have stayed at Quality Inn before in different towns and this was a shocker. The ads state all rooms have fridges and microwaves, ours did not. And when I went to ask about it the worn out clerk was just returning from delivering one to another room! She was exhausted so much that instead of bringing us one she moved us to a handicapped room that […] had one in it! The A/C blew hot air so we had to move from that room anyways. The clock was broken and blinking random numbers. The picture on the wall was busted down the middle. The complimentary little shampoo bottle was used! Breakfast in the morning was very limited. No ice to keep the juice cold. The worst part was the cockroaches all over the staircase!! I would have moved hotels but I had prepaid when i made the reservation and it had a 4pm cancel policy. an over-nite stay while traveling only needs to be clean and cost affective. my stay was both with the exception of the night clerk as well as the morning clerk. both ladies were very helpful as well as very friendly. this is a winning choice for any traveler.

Good for the price. Pool is clean but not secure...some transients were there then disappeared down the side of the building that is open to the parking lot. Not heated. Only two towels in our room (we had reservations for four). They forgot to bring more up until we called twice. Breakfast nice but could use some fresh fruit options. Well stocked...waffles […] too! Black mold along outside of tub...just needs recaulking to be cleaner. Noisey next to freeway. Friendly service, quick check-in, fairly clean...we did find an old peach on the floor in our room. Upon arrival, was assigned an out of order room (of course they didn't tell me this until the next day). No telephone, tv didn't work, AC didn't work. So hot in the room, we couldn't sleep. Only 2 towels provided for 4 people. Can't get into the parking lot without making uturns. Very dissapointing.

This room is all in all ok to me. The hotel is very convenient, and close to the freeway. There are stores and restaurants all over the place. The staff were friendly and quick. The room was clean and fresh smelling. However for those that are picky, here is the dirt. The room is moderate sized. It has I think a 27" or so TV (with remote), a mini fridge, […] an ironing board w/ Iron, rack with hangers for clothes, the usual folding suitcase holder, coffee pot, w/ coffee/tea/condiments. The room also has a small table (just over 2' square) and 2 chairs. This room also boasts an electronic temperature controller. It works great. Set your temperature in Fahrenheit, and let it run. There is internet via wifi, but I have an EVDO so I usually don't even check. So on to the bad. I'm a large guy, so the chairs are a pain to sit in because they have arm rests. I prefer chairs w/o arm rests. In this situation, I often move the table close to the bed and sit on the bed. The walls are thin. I heard the TV in the next room at one point, and now I do not. They are probably trying to sleep now, but I'm a night guy, so mine is on, but I have the volume low. I also feel sorry for anyone that is below me as the floor squeak's all over the place. I'm in the middle on the second floor. The TV has a good selection of channels, but many are snowy and not clear. Enough are clear though to get by. The bathroom has one of those outward bent shower curtains which is nice, and gives you just that little more room. The exhaust fan sounds like my boat motor; It's off balalance and loud! The tub has non-slip formed into it as well, and is pretty solid. As for the shower flow itself, its a bit on the poor side. Works well enough for a shower, but lacks good strong pressure. The head sorta spits the water onto you instead of blasting it. It is an adjustable head, but its hard to adjust. Someone with weak hands may not have any luck rotating it. The Quality Inn Tracy is due for renovation, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean enough & the bed was comfortable. Not much else to say.

I has reserved a non smoking room and the second I walked into the room it reeked of cigarette smoke and now all of my belongings smell too. When I asked if I could be moved they said no.

the only inconvenience was that I got a room, that wasn't cleaned up on my arrival, had to move to he opposite side of the hotel, after carrying luggage up 3 stories, and than, having to move that to another building.

we had to wait for the laundry key, but were thankful that there was laundry at all. very close to what we needed to do in Tracy
