The only bad thing was that Hotels .com does not accurate info on Edgewater Hotel. 1st It is a bed and breakfast. 2nd. The first floor rooms you said we would get are on the second floor. .But we did enjoy our stay very much. The food was great as well as everythig else. We would stay there the next if rooms were available.

Unique hotel with a pleasing character consistent with the community in which its located. We liked the fact we could help ourselves to water, fruit and snacks in the common area and we all sat together for breakfast. The room had character and was comfortable. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Charming bed and breakfast, beautiful location, great food, very attentive service. For those that complained - yes the furniture is antique. It is not a holiday inn, it is a bed and breakfast, so I find the complaint confusing. It was beautiful, and followed the theme of an Inn that was built in the '20's, which is what it actually is. No, there were […] no LCD flat screen tv's, but hopefully you are not not going there to watch tv. Not without modern conveniences though. WiFi throughout, AC, and very clean. Awesome staff. The cleanest historical hotel I've ever been to. It was a great experience and we not hesitate to go there at all. Located in a great little town (Winter Garden) outside of Orlando.

Well run and spotlessly clean. Originally built almost 100 years ago and refurbished lately so not modern, yet exceptionally well run. I'm going back soon. Location is perfect and breakfast/common room is tremendous. Not your big box hotel, very personal. Access to the West Orange Bike trail is perfect.

This is a perfect restored 1920's hotel, with great made to order breakfast and wonderful resturants literally attached in the same building. Main Street Winter Garden is a success, with shopping and food, along with outstanding bike/walk trails, live music in the gazebo on weekends, live theatre and award winning special events.

This is quite a hidden gem in the middle of old Winter Garden. With a great staff and right off the running title, I felt at home my entire stay... which is such a relief given my travel schedule.

The hotel is charming and the staff is great. This is not a hotel, rather a B&B. If you're on business looking for a comfortable in room work area, this may not be the place. If you are a road warrior and get tired of hotels this place has a feeling of home. Very clean and comfortable with all the things that go with a nearly 100 year old building.

Wounderful people and super great location. I love the old feeling of this place along with the great down town of Wintergarden. They have not only put a lot of work into the hotel but also into the community around it.

The difficulty for any hotel such as the Edgewater is deciding how you can be a boutique hotel without spending an absolute fortune doing it. Rooms are clean and stylish with furniture which you would have found in your grandmothers house and are, overall, comfortable. The only criticism is that a bed type which would have maybe been acceptable fifty […] years ago is, nowadays, a little too small and just a bit creaky. Having said that, they're ok but the overall ambience of the hotel wouldn't be ruined by putting in some modern beds. Breakfast is a communal affair around a large table and is, quite frankly, excellent. We weren't too sure if we were going to like sharing breakfast with total strangers but it was altogether great and is very much part of the Edgewater experience. It's also great to be able to walk out of the hotel and have small town America right on your doorstep with cafes, ice cream parlours and bars right next door. However, there's little noise and the town has been really well laid out with good and safe pedestrian access. The owners of the hotel Also couldn't try harder to make your stay excellent and the Edgewater really is like a giant B&B. If you are fed up with the standardised and souless chains then the Edgewater is trully a breath of fresh air - well worthwhile considering! Читати далі

Staying at the Edgewater Hotel in Winter Garden, FL, was very delightful; like stepping back in time. The town is simply charming and the hotel is in the very center of this restored area. la verdad es que es un hotel muy muy viejo ,si quieres ir atras en el tiempo esta bien ,lo que no me gusto es que estaba muy lejos de orlando y me dijeron que estaba a 11 millas solamente ,el hotel estaba limpio pero parecia que estabamos en halloween !!! el hotel del terror !
