Very convenient location close to railway / bus station and a short walk into the old town. Good restaurant and reasonable prices.

"Very nice and great location"
The kids enjoyed the pool area, we enjoyed the rest. Nice room, location to stroll the city during evening and morning. Freiburg by the way is a cosy city, had a meal in a place where the beer was brewed in-house.

Hello, Pros We recently had a family visit of 5 x people staying in this hotel. The staff were excellent, the prices were very reasonable and the distance to the centre of the city was perfect. The breakfast bar was well stocked. Great Sauna. Pool was small but fun for the kids. Cons The WiFi was not free. There were not any channels on the TV / Movie […] in English. "Excellent value for money in Freiburg"
Very nice rooms, spacious and comfortable, modern - great beds - hotel is central with a choice of restaurants within a few hundred metres - only 200 m to the station, but no problems with train noise - highly recommendable

"Novotel Freiburg am Konzerthaus"
really good hotel, just a 5 minute walk to the center of freiburg, and a short distance drive to most parts of the black forest. very comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel.
Hotel located directly across the train station and since Freiburg does not have an airport, you usually arrive by train from Frankfurt. Even thoug it is on a street with a lot of traffic, you do not hear any noise. Breakfast is expensive, but convenient if you get up early and need your coffee.

"A great hotel in a fab city"
We had a great stay in the hotel and the city has a lovely relaxed vibe. Our room was huge, plenty space for the travel cot and the extra bed. The staff were very kind and the breakfast had a huge choice.
Hotel is in a wonderful location -- across from the train station and within walking distance from restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff!. Our children loved the hotel -- they were given little backpacks with crayons and a coloring book and bottle of water. They used the backpacks for the duration of our trip! A nice modern, bright, spacious room in this well located hotel. Included an excellent breakfast. Only downside was lack of free internet (which I believe should be a standard inclusion in all hotels).

The hotel was a short walk from the train station, as well as to the "downtown" area. Needless to say, we felt everything was conveniently located. "Novotel Hotel Freiburg close to the old town"
Very clean hotel. Large room with good sized bathroom. Friendly staff. Only downside is the air conditioning does not work. We had a room at the back which was quiet so we could open the windows. We stayed at the end of September but I would not like it in Summer. Very close to the train station (5 mins walk) and about 10 to the old Town. Myself and my daughter had to find lodging for her year out in Freiburg and used the hotel as a base. "Quarto não fumante estava poluído de cigarro..."
Fiquei neste hotel e nosso quarto para não fumante estava impregnado pelo outro hóspede... hotel não deu alternativa ou upgrade e pela hora acabamos ficando por lá... do resto, restaurante muito bom e localização é excelente.

"Gute Lage aber sehr anonymes Ambiente"
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt am Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind ok, allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ziemlich klein. Der Poolbereich hat mich nicht überzeugt da das Ambiente sehr kühl war und der ganze Bereich nicht wirklich modern. "Für ein Top Hotel unbedingt renovierungsbedürftig"
Ich hatte mir das Novotel Freiburg, als eines der besseren Häuser in Freiburg, durchaus moderner und weniger "miefig" vorgestellt. comfort etc. alles ok, aber einfach alles schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig

sehr zentrale Lage, direkter Zugang zur Fussgängerzone, super köstliches Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.
Das Hotel ist in sämtlichen Belangen, wie ich Hotels bewohne, sehr gut. Sehr gute Lage, praktisch von der Lage her (Tiefgarage oder Bahnhof gleich nebenan) ruhig und unkompliziert. Gute Infrastruktur, preislich in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, einzig der Safe fehlte. Die Lage ist insbesondere für Zugreisende ideal, da direkt am Bahnhof gelegen. Das Zentrum ist bequem zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Sonntags tolles Frühstücksbuffet bis um 13:00 Uhr.

Kann ich für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehlen,ruhige Zimmer trotz nähe Bahnhof. Altstadt und Warenhäuser in 5-10 Minuten im Spaziergang zu erreichen.

Anstelle des gebuchten "Queen-Size-Bettes" erhielten wir ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Versehen?
