Our family room for four was very spacious, clean and modern. Pull out couch for the teenagers. Mattress on queen size bed was a little soft for our liking. Restaurant food was quite good and breakfast buffet was extensive. This is not the Hilton that you can walk to from the airport but a shuttle takes you to it.

We arrived in Rome close to midnight. The hotel sent the shuttle prompltly. Nice hotel, large clean rooms with lots of ammenities.

I would stay here anytime I had to stay in Rome overnight before or after a flight. Very modern and clean, comfortable room. Breakfast in the morning, which was included, was pretty much the best I have ever had at a hotel. There was free internet in the room, which worked well and consistently. The front desk was always friendly and accommodating. […] They helped me navigate a difficult combination of delays of friends coming in in the morning after my stay. The shuttle coming to the hotel was an hour wait. I had to call. The one in the morning going to the airport was exactly on time. Hey, it's free. The surrounding area is pretty much industrial, but I was there to just stay at the hotel. Evening meal was a bit expensive and you are trapped there. My favorite was the ice machines. of Leonardo Da Vinci Airport in Rome with a 'night before' stay at The Hilton Garden Inn. If you have an early morning flight ... an overnight at this hotel is a cure for the chaotic atmosphere of Fiumicino and trying to make your flight. Beautiful, clean rooms ... with big tubs ... incredibly helpful front desk (guided me point to point ... at night […] ... with directions to a gas station for a fill up ... prior to returning rental car to what is almost a 'secret location' ... prior to walking to location to take HGI shuttle bus back to the hotel!) A proper bar and a lovely, if not fancy, restaurant with better food than most hotels of this nature in the US. We stayed here to make it easier to catch a flight home the next day. The comfort of the room was great and the location was perfect for us. The hotel had a shuttle that ran back and forth to the airport about every half hour. If you plan on seeing any of the sights of Rome, this hotel is not for you. K

This is a great modern facility. Very clean and comfortable. Absolutely perfect for those that have an early FCO flight. The hotel shuttle runs every 45 minutes and drops you on terminal 3. A great breakfast is also included. Free internet access is also a plus.

Lovely clean hotel near FCO. Airport shuttle is free but difficult to find and a very very long walk to the shuttle bus area especially if you are tired and have heavy luggage.

This hotel, while close to the Rome Airport, is hard to find. We looked for a shuttle at the Rome Airport and not finding one, we walked quite a distance to another hotel in this chain of hotels. The desk staff was singularly unhelpful about helping us get to this hotel, and a taxi refused to take us. We were very impressed with how clean and quiet this hotel was. Prices for lunch/dinner in the restaurant were a bit high, but overall it is a very nice property.

We stayed at the hotel as a transit point. Our interest was to be near the airport and this hotel certainly provides that benefit. It also provides a free shuttle service which is far more convenient than the convenience of locating same service upon arrival at FCO. The hotel was very good, excellent actually -- staff were professional and pleasant, food was delicious if a little expensive, good internet connection, very comfortable hotel room, bed, bath, etc. One criticism only: the bus ride to and from the airport was OK, but the drivers were not friendly, communicative or helpful -- almost surly in their attitudes. […] I always give a tip to a shuttle bus driver -- I did not in either case here. They were not helpful with luggage, they avoided eye contact so they did not have to answer questions, they were actually unpleasant. Must be they are unhappy in their work and it showed. Also, it was not easy to find the bus to the Hilton Garden at the airport itself. I wish there were more signs clearly marked to help an international traveler find the bus stop which for me involved walking two terminals down to a general bus parking area with a named Hilton Garden parking spot. The room was fanastic the front of house staff were great, the kitchen had real problems with the nights meal that we had, the quality of the food was not worthy of the Hilton, more like a second rate food hall. But the breakfast made up some ground on this, overall I would give them the benfit of the doubt and stay threr again

It was very close to Rome airport but pricey...But overall happy...First time in Rome and was not sure if we want the place in the city or not...Just to want to place for one night and worked out great...

The shuttle service has improved....walk past terminal 3, near the parked buses (space #11). It runs from 6 to 10:30 am. The breakfast food was good and the rooms were very spacious. The hotel itself didn't disappoint, it was what I expected for the price. The only negative was that the free shuttle is a long way away from the airport 'arrivals' and also from the station and is not easy to find. I arrived there by train and as I was walking with a crutch and pulling a suicase, that was very difficult. No provsion was made for the […] fact that I was incapacitated. This hotel was clean and comfortable, but, for the price, its American roots and being in the land of baristas, the coffee was atocious. Also, because the rooms had no carpeting, one could hear every "high" heel step in the room on the floor directly above. The hotel was very nice for when you are leaving Rome to come back home. The shuttle was good but need to make sure you get off at the correct terminal. The Family rooms were very spacious.

The hotel employees were responsive and helpful all the time. the room was clean and the restaurant was good. Breakfast was particularly delightful.

Hotel is exxcellent. The problem is the airport pick-up and drop-off site. VERY inconvenient.

Great location for an overnight stay if moving on, however, surroundings let this hotel down if you would like to relax around a pool or go for a walk. Bus shuttle great.

We arrived at airport after an extremely long flight, 17 hrs. We asked security, information desks and finally any one that looked intelligent where the phones to the hotels were, no one knew. We knew there was a shuttle somewhere out there. We finally followed a sign with a bed on it and it took us to another Hilton. We asked how do we get to the Hilton […] Garden Inn. They told us to go outside and wait by the fountain. We waited about 10 minutes then 2 other couples joined us, they were lost too, they were in the same situation we were. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Hard to find the shuttle pickup location which is past Terminal 3 at the exit to the airport in what looks like a bus parking/ storage area under the upper drive way

We wanted to see Rome but also take advantage of simple transport to and from the airport, hotel, Rome and our cruise ship. All were right there so we were happy. The beds were great, but I'm not sure the select comfort dials really worked.

I stayed here 1 night with my girlfriend at the conclusion of our Italy trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable, HOWEVER, This place nickle & dimed me. Here is why. As you can see, this hotel is not cheap by any means, you pay a high price for a high quality place. The room was good. But after spending 10 euros in the coin operated washing machines, […] my clothes were still wet. After asking the front desk if they could help me out, they refused. So I spent another 5 euros to finish drying my clothes. If you have a rental car, be aware, there is a parking lot, but it is expensive. Was not aware of the parking rates until I checked in. I brought a bottle of wine in for us to enjoy, and they wouldn't even let me borrow 2 wine glasses. They were a little snooty towards me. Maybe thats because im a young adult who does not wear fancy expensive clothes. So, with that in mind. An airport hotel without bellmen is like having a bathroom without towels!

Shuttle is on time- exit Terminal 3 to right as far as you can go and you will see sign for hotel. Perfect transit hotel. Fast free internet, good business center, very good and generous hot and cold breakfast and clean modern and well airconditioned rooms. Shuttle back to airport or train station every half hour. Average services. If you don't speak Italian, it will be hard to find the location of the shuttle bus. The hotel is not in a walkable distance from the airport and taxi will refuse to ride for such a short distance. The buffet breakfast was good.

This hotel would be a great place to base one's self for seeing the sites in Rome. It is less expensive than downtown Rome hotels and is much nicer with great amenities. There is a shuttle bus that will take you to the airport.

we stayed here on our last night of a European vacation. our flight home was early the next morning. we rode the train from Rome to the airport then caught the shuttle to the hotel. we waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle. the room was very modern and bed was unique (Sleep Number). Breakfast was super nice and free!!

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we had a 6AM flight out. The shuttle was available at 4AM and we were at the airport in less than 5 minutes! They had just added pickups from Terminal 3 two days before we were there, so you can get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. You dont have to follow the signs for the long walk […] to the other Hilton Hotel. Not that it really mattered, but the hotel kept promoting their sleep number bed - even with information in the room. The only thing was - there was no sleep number bed! The Hilton Garden Inn Rome was a "rude awakening" in customer service. After arriving at the airport in a bus from a cruise, we waited for a shuttle. Spotting a mini bus with the Hotel name, we asked for a ride and we were told to wait for a large bus on the side of the terminal. After one hour - no large bus - we again asked the mini bus driver to […] take us when he came back, and he said "I told you to wait over there!" We ended up taking a cab, which overcharged us. perfect for an overnight before departing on a flight the next morning.

The hotel is very convenient for early flight departures. There is absolutely nothing around it so you must eat at the hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Finding the free shuttle was tricky but, if you ask at the tourist info booth, they are helpful.

Room is very small, after putting down the luggage (2 small-carryon suitecases) and a backpack, there is hardly any space to turn around. The bed is very comfortable and the firmness for each side of the bed is controllable. For short stay to catch the outbound flight early in the morning is fine.

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in on a two week trip which included four different hotels. One of the most impressive parts was the wonderful, huge breakfast (included). The rooms had all the modern conveniences you could ask for including sleep number beds, laundry, and very easy to use TV, especially when trying to find programs in your […] particular language. If you book here, attend to the directional signs inside the airport. They point to the alternative Hilton and after you get there, you have to take the HILTON GARDEN shuttle over to the other Hilton. I stayed overnight 2 times and even with a nice map to the shuttle park, I had trouble finding it from Terminal 3. More detailed instructions need to […] be written down for disoriented tourists. This hotel is not that close to the airport and shuttle service is not dependable...stopped at 10:40 pm, leaving my husband stranded after car rental return. In am, shuttle was full or didn't start til 6am...hard to figure, so we had to pay for cab.

While perhaps not the most romantic setting, this hotel's location very close to Rome's Leonardo da Vinci (Rome) Airport was just a few minutes travel time and was easily accomplished using the hotel's large - and free - shuttle bus. The staff was friendly and was able to answer all of our questions about the airport.

Our night here was the last of our 10 day stay in Italy. Finding the shuttle was a bit challenging, but if you follow the directions on the website it will not be a problem. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the food in the restaurant was good too. By far, this was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our 10 days in Italy.
