"Hotel Dolce La Hulpe"
A fantastic hide away in the woods surrounding Brussels. Although ostensibly a business hotel, this hotel is perfect for a quiet get away with some fantastic facilities. We will certainly be back.
Hotel is nice, clean and in good location. Maintenance was the problem. The shower had very little pressure - they said it was hotel policy. The sink would not drain well - maintenance came and said they could not fix it. No offer to move me.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, rooms and hotel was in excellent condition, staff extremely helpul, breakfast was very nice. Very nice place to relax and is suitable for families with children. I would definitely be going back there.

We only stayed 1 night in this beautiful hotel with its scenic position in the heart of a forest. Very peaceful and quiet. While this is a very comfortable hotel in pleasant surrounding, it will prove to be a very impersonal experience. I stayed in the hotel for 5 days and I can't remember a more isolating experience. Amidst all its splendour, it lacks any real character or warmth. For this reason alone I would think long and hard about a return visit. One other thing that […] was a real disappointment was that their WiFi would not support Video Calls or Internet calls from my handheld devices and as a result I had to find a Wifi connection in the local village instead. When I tried to enquire at reception about possible solutions I was left waiting at reception for far too long while "one of my other colleagues will deal with you" also failed to show any interest. I truly regret that your perception of our staff service and associate’s attitude was negative and “robotic” and I wish to apologize for the apparent lack of warmth and personalized attention and follow up. After having inquired with our in-house IT expert related to your comments of poor Wi-Fi connection it would appear that our rather strict security firewall settings may have been the cause for your inability to connect to video and/or internet calls since most uncommon ports are restricted, filtered and not accessible. I trust this feedback will restore your confidence in Dolce la Hulpe Brussels and hope to welcome you back in the not too distant future.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times, and love it. It's very quiet, in the middle of the forest surrounding Brussels. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and I'm somewhat of a germophobe, with nice contemporary design. I love that it's close to some awesome running and walking trails and next time I go I want to check out […] their spa, it looks really nice. The only downside is that it's not easily accessible from the parking, you have to lug your bags a bit, including up and down stairs and over cobblestones, so if you have impaired mobility, are travelling alone with a small child or something like that there might be better choices, but then again I think there is a good chance that the friendly staff would help you out if you needed it. We already look forward welcoming you back to the hotel in the not too distant future, and as indicated, please book an appointment at our Spa Cinq Mondes (they tend to fill up fast). Since you enjoy the outdoors, you may wish to rent one of our bikes (mountain, electrical or classic models are available) for a tour of the various cycle paths available. In order to improve your arrival experience, I suggest that the next time you drive all the way to the front door (at the end of our 1 ½ Km drive way), drop-off your luggage, check-in and then park your car at our more conveniently located parking lot near to the conference building, adjacent to the lobby entrance. This entrance also provides all the infrastructure for the disabled and people with reduced mobility, including 6 exclusive parking spots, just for them. Indeed our associates will be more than pleased to assist with luggage, wheelchairs, children etc.

Hello, Just came back from a 5 days trip in Brusse in March 2011. Stayed at the Dolce La hulpe. It's a beautiful hotel. Used to be IBM offices so it's very specious and grand. The plus points Beautiful rooms Amazing room service Great restaurant and great breakfast buffet Beautiful SPA Really good food great restaurant staff Nice view from room Minus Far […] from brussel so if u don't drive it's 40€ a pop per taxi ride each way. We where going in town. They don't tell you that there is a bus that takes u to brussel then take a train from tehe The receptionnist staff can be a bit inexperience and rude. They don't tell u they will charge 400€ of ur card The rooms are smaller then they look on there website and we had the executive room The room maid can be a bit more careful on picking up all dirty items from room. Peaceful environment, not far from Brussels (10min by car). Would recommend it for corporate offsite, but not sure for a couple due to a lack of 'glamour', although rooms are very well designed. Acces to the sauna / hamam / swimming pool (not very large but quite enough), and spas is more than appreciated. Enjoy.

Over all forventning. Vi bodde på hotellet i 6 dager i påvente av at huset vårt skulle bli innflyttningsklart. Fine SPA fasiliteter, gode treningsforhold og et mangfold av muligheter i parken knyttet opp mot Chassau de la Hulp.

Excellent séjour. L'hotel est très propre et très calme, on s'y sent à l'aise. La piscine est agréable, les infrastructure de qualité et décoré avec gout. Il y a beaucoup de grands espaces. Il faut impérativement une voiture pour s'y rendre. Si on ne souhaite pas manger à l'hotel le soir, on peut diner a la hulpe, ou a waterloo qui ne sont pas loin. La […] plus grande des choses à améliorer est le guide aux nouveaux arrivants. Peut-etre est-ce un souhait de ne pas etre intrusif dans le séjour des clients, mais il n'y a aucune présentation des activités offertes. On sait qu'il ya un SPA, il y a des vélos en location dans l'entrée. Mais quel parcours ? Peut-on faire une randonnée pédestre rapide ? On était dans un bois et finalement, on n'en a pas profité du tout. Il parait qu'il y a des cours de Tennis. "Het Dolce hotel in La Hulpe bij Brussel"
Mooi groot hotel alleen jammer dat er nergens werd vermeld dat je het ontbijt apart moest betalen. En ook erg jammer dat ze vergeten waren onze kamer schoon te makenna de tweede nacht? Verder erg leuk voor de kinderen door zwembad en fitness ruimte. De omgeving en ligging is erg mooi.
Heel hartelijk bedankt voor uw commentaar n.a.v. uw recent verblijf te Dolce La Hulpe Brussels. Onze prijzen op de verschillende websites staan vermeld als exclusieif ontbijt (naar gelang de geslecteerde optie van prijs en/of kamer type), ik betreur het dat deze optie en details over het hoofd gezien zijn geweest. Het is voor mij niet te verklaren waarom de kamer niet schoon gemaakt zou zijn geweest en waarvoor bij deze mijn oprechte verontschuldiging. Ik hoop dat wij u zeer spoedig weder mogen verwelkomen in Dolce La Hulpe Brussels.

Very nice and clean hotel in the peaceful neighbourhood. Here you feel safe and still it is near to Brussels (a car almost a must). Our familyroom was perfect, with 1 big and 1 smaller bed. The building itself is huge, and feels a bit sterile. The breakfast is luxurious, but expensive.

Cet hotel est très design et très propre. Chambre vaste avec comme seul bémol des matelas un peu durs. Le petit déjeuner (servi jusqu'à 12H !!! la semaine où nous avons séjourné) est assez cher mais gratuit pour les enfants, ce qui est appréciable. Sinon le restaurant est très cher pour les déjeuners et diners. L'espace piscine + sauna + hammam est […] très agréable et ferme à 23H Facile d'accès à 20-25 minutes environs en voiture du centre de Bruxelles, de l'Atomium. Proche également de Walibi (20'). Notre petit-déjeuner, fort copieux, excellent et à volonté en plus des œufs faits sur demande et à la minute, reste effectivement ouvert jusqu’à midi durant les weekends, les jours fériés ainsi que les vacances scolaires. Les enfants profitent des gratuites ou encore des autres escomptes dans nos restaurants selon leurs âges (pour plus d’infos et détailles ;consultez notre site-web dolce.com). Notre restaurant offre également un buffet à volonté (lors de weekends en diner) pour seulement € 35. Comme déjà indiqué notre piscine est ouverte de 06h00 à 23h00 et la salle de sport est même accessible pour nos résidents 24h/24h. J’espère que la prochaine fois vous auriez également l’occasion de découvrir notre Spa Cinq Mondes pour encore un autre moment de détente inoubliable.

tres bel hotel, chambre superbe dans la nature, service soigne, spa tres agreable, tout y est parfait le seul point negatif les prix sont au peu eleves dans les chambres dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de necessaire de toilettes juste un distributeur de savon cela ne va pas avec le standing de l hotel
