We had 4 people with 2 double rooms. One room is very small but the boss(I guess) promised us that he will adjust another bigger room for us because we will stay for 6 nights. Luckily we got it in the next day when we back to hotel. Everything in hotel seems not too far as we expected. Of course you can't treat it as a modern hotel but it's enough for us for what you paid in London. The location is great. It takes around 10 mins slow walk to Paddington train station/underground. Convenience is better than anything. The breakfast is also not bad but I strongly suggest don't order continental breakfast. English breakfast is good and the quantity is enough for us. Even though we asked more toast sometimes, they were willing to offer. Orchard hotel gave us 6 good sleeping nights during our stay in London. We are willing to recommend it to others if you have budget control.

Very nice hotel, convenient for eating and shopping, only 200m away from Paddington Station, I'll come to stay at this hotel again in my next trip to London.

Very nice atmoshere. Wonderful furniture. Excellent personnel. Good restaurant. My only observation, the swimming pool room was a little bit too cool, good for having a drink but not for swimming. On teh other hand the furniture and lights were outstanding. A very nice experience

From arrival to departure this hotel surpassed 5*! The staff couldn't do enough for you. The Hotel is exceptionally clean and the beds so comfortable. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough maybe not the cheapest, but well worth every penny. Try it!

It was a sort of family reunion and the hotal was selected due to the location, the fact they had a swimming pool and price. Its not the cheapest but its worth every penny. "The Haymarket London"
Bodde ett par nätter på The Haymarket för en kombinerad business-/nöjesresa till London. Är otroligt nöjd. Ett toppenhotell i alla avseenden. Fina rum; ett sorts uppdaterad klassisk engelsk design med modern känsla. Stora rymliga rum, alla med olika och underbart fin inredning. Härliga badrum med badkar. Lobby, bibliotek och konservtorie är större än […] vad man uppfattar av hotellets bilder - perfekta för att avnjuta deras härliga After Noon Tea i. Restaurangen är trevlig med bra varierad meny. Frukosten kändes lyxig med många val. Men det som verkligen gjorde skillnad var det fantastiska bemötandet från personalen. Enormt trevliga och serviceminded. Oavsett ärende får du hjälp direkt och med ett leende. Ett säkert val av hotell! Enda synpunkten man kan ha är möjligen priset. Men jag antar att man får vad man betalar för. Här får du mycket känsla, personlighet och service för pengarna. 友人との女2人旅で、ラグジュアリージュニアスイートに2泊しました。伝統的なホテルとで迷いましたが、こちらにして正解だったと実感しています！予約時からツインが選択出来たのは安心感がありました。センスの良いインテリアと、フレンドリー且つ質の高いサービスが心地良く、とても思い出に残る旅行になりました。ガイドブックには予約は不可と書かれていたアフタヌーンティーの予約や帰国便のWebチェックインなどもお願出来ました。税金・サービス料は別途必要でした。
