The motel itself is nice and decent and worth its price. I was afraid that the noise of airplanes would be disturbing. Happily it was not. King size bed is good, you can get a good sleep there. It is in the Korean Town, located in the city. Location is quite convenient. Hotel provides free parking space at ground floor. The staff is friendly. It's a good place to stay in LA.

A small hotel with no lift or elevator to go upstairs, so have to carry luggage to the second floor. The staff are very helpful and nice. Facilities are basic but neat. Breakfast is basic. A little bit expensive but the location worths it. It is quite good as a last stop to relax and walk around, or to drive to anywhere. Bus stops are available outside the hotel going to Santa Monica or Hollywood area too.

But if you can somehow sign up on the Internet to get a deal 60% of the real Sheraton, I wouldn't complain. it's close to the airport, with a nice shuttle service to LAX, but you have to be content with the Burger King nearby, because that is not only eating place within walking distance. I had dinner, and breakfast, and mostly the time i had the place to myself. Otherwise you need to shell pout 16 bucks for breakfast.

"Worth Every Penny!"
The parking was $15 but I already prepared to pay it because I read the comments from other who stayed at this hotel. There was plenty of parking available. The hotel was very clean, the furniture and decor was modern, our suite was roomy and very comfortable. The pool, patio area and gym were amazing! The front staff were very friendly and welcoming […] and accommodated our earlier arrival. The location was perfect and allowed me to leave my car parked in the lot and walk down to the local shopping areas. We will be staying here again and again. We will recommend this hotel to friends and family. I personally preferred to stay at this hotel and pay the small difference, opposed to the hotel across the street that is older and dated furniture. "Clean, nice staff, modern"
The hotel is in a great location near downtown Burbank, close to a mall, and lots of restaurants/theatres. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. My only complain was the AC was really loud and the "continental breakfast" was terrible, served on styrofoam plates with food that had just as much taste. "pay for parking what??"
Overall this is a great hotel! My only griefs are that you have to pay $15.00 dollarsfor parking park and its the hotels garage and parking lot. If I wouldn't have paid over a $100. This was a weekend trip with my grandson and husband. When we arrived , the staff was rude and unfriendly . The room was very clean and nice. Great beds and very comfortable. Stayed 6 nights to help daughter get settled in LA. The hotel is right beside major construction on the I 5 and fairly noisy during the day. The staff did put us on the quiet side to help mitigate the noisy conditions. We were within easy walking to many restaurants in downtown Burbank and the area was safe. The Hotel was very nice, like a home away from home and the complimentary buffet breakfast was amazing...but there are a few things they could do to make it better. the room only had basic cable, so you got 100 channels with nothing good to watch and you couldnt pay to see any on demand shows/movies. also, they couldnt supply a dvd player so if you […] had rented a movie, you couldnt see that either. lastly, you have to pay to park at the hotel. I think they should include the parking with the cost of the room and if parking is limited, then charge customers for additional vehicles (i parked down the street in a residential area). I stayed at this hotel for the first time with my family. I was surprised at how large the room was and well appointed. The kitchen is fully appointed and more than I had expected. The breakfast was pretty good too (though a little bit the same every day). The only negative I could mention was that the A/C was louder than I think it should have been […] for such a nice place. We stayed at this hotel for a family trip to Universal Studios. It was very clean. Our room smelled brand new. The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient. the room i got 219 seems to be or have some water pipes running constantly behind the walls where the bed is located., or maybe somehow,,the room cannot contain the sounds of vehicles on the freeway next to the hotel. overall.., the place is clean and very close to restaurant and movie theaters. "Would be brilliant if the noise wasn't an issue"

"Wonderful stay."
The hotel was very nice. The service was awful, the first desk clerk "Susan" gave me a handicap room at first, when I asked her was there any differences in the rooms she stated, "no". "Bad Experience with guests and pet fee"
