King size bed is good, you can get a good sleep there. It is in the Korean Town, located in the city. Location is quite convenient. Hotel provides free parking space at ground floor. The staff is friendly. It's a good place to stay in LA.

A small hotel with no lift or elevator to go upstairs, so have to carry luggage to the second floor. The staff are very helpful and nice. Facilities are basic but neat. Breakfast is basic. A little bit expensive but the location worths it. It is quite good as a last stop to relax and walk around, or to drive to anywhere. Bus stops are available outside the hotel going to Santa Monica or Hollywood area too.

A bed, a TV, a sink and a bath, no phone. Towels were old, rough and all with a slightly dark shadow of long use. Floors were filthy so don't go barefoot, your feet will end up black. Lacking the advertized hot pot for tea and a hair dryer. The proprieter is extremely unwelcoming and not accomodating in the least, despite your room lacking advertized […] amenities (when confronted about the lacking ammenities he claims you failed to choose a "deluxe room" despite what the Hotels.com advertizing clearly sold you on). You get what you pay for with this hotel. The service was cold and the rooms were subpar and not as advertised (no hairdryer, no coffee maker and the minifridge did not work. For what I paid for it was worth it I guess this is just a motel nothing romantic about it. The towels where dingy I had to buy my own the lights flickered the wifi was terrible. The hot water would go in and out at times and my toilet got clogged when I asked the guy for help he directed me to the plunger outside by the vending machine so I did it […] myself. From the pictures I thought this hotel would be decend enough to stay at but after arriving I could tell right away they advertised something completely different. Even the color of the buildings and signs were different!!! The sheets were at least ten years old and full of hair. The smell was like mold and rotted wood together. "Only a homeless person could enjoy this hotel."
The hotel advertised the following 1. Queen pillow top mattress, it was not only not pillow top but it felt like sleeping on a slab of cement. The pillows were hard as rocks. When I inspected the mattress it was obviously the mattresses that are rewrapped after being discarded by it's owner. 2. Refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. The refrigerator […] leaked water and looked like it had been rescued from the junk pile. There was no microwave or coffee maker. When the owner/manager was asked about them he curtly replied "there isn't any". 3.There was no advertised blow dryer. 4. Wired and wireless WiFi were nonexistent. Designer toiletries were the filthiest towels, which looked like they scrubbed the blacktop with. The toilet moved around like it was on rollerskates. 5. The breakfast advertised was nonexistent. The owner/manager was so rude from check-in to checkout. Although I paid for two nights I Checked out the next day with a backache and sore hips from tossing and turning all night long. I confronted him about his- false advertisement and his reply was "uh hum". I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "Quite and Friendly Motel"
I was here for 3 nights at the motel on business. Its a clean quite small little place. Rooms are nice and seem to be new. There is one way in and one way out so i felt safe knowing that anyone coming or going passes thru the front desk. We had a nice time at this motel and the staff was very nice. Seems like they have going thru some major changes […] after reading the past guest reviews we were not sure but gave it a shot and it worked out to be great. "Best Place in town! Clean new rooms!"
Nice clean place, love the decor of the room and the wood floors. They have huge LED TVs in the rooms and free bottled water everyday!!! We stayed here for 5 nights and it was awesome, could have not asked for a better experience while we were in Long Beach. We also met many people staying there from all around the world and they also liked the place. […] Next time we come to Long Beach we will not go to any other place but Carlton Motel. "convenient"

"Crappy Customer Service.."
This was a dreadful, man in the booth unwelcoming &rude. Tried to explain an issue with booking online but he chose to not listen &walk away.
