The Burasari is a nicely laid out hotel in a convenient location. The staff are all very friendly. The buffet breakfast is very good. We originally checked in to a room on the ground floor (3115) and unfortunately it was a small room with no view. A very nice cosy hotel in a great location. Best way to get to the hotel from the airport is to take a metered taxi. As you exit the arrival hall, turn right and walk to the far end. This hotel is located in the perfect location. It sets back a little from the main street so you don't get all the noise from the street. We stayed in this hôtel during 4 nights. We had a élite room with direct access to the swimming pool. So great... There is à bar you CAN have à drink but also bbq! Fantastic hotel! Staff fantastic as is the decor. Room was clean and tidy and very authentic and comfortable, with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Location is perfect. Food was great. Nice hotel close to everything in Patong. Rooms a little small and perhaps cleaning could have been a liitle better. Breakfast very good and staff very helpful. Pool access room was great. Overall good hotel, a little expensive but would stay there again.

This is the third resort that we have used in Phuket, for us it was equal to the best. Staff were so polite and helpful. A minor water problem on the first day resulted in an upgrade to pool view room. Much better that the old room. We would return to the Burasari again.

This hotel is walking distance to the beach, and shops. We had fun at the restaurants nearby. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel has spacious and well designed rooms with very comfortable beds but they hit you with a 1500 baht "guest" fee if you invite a friend to spend the night. Recently stayed in Burasari resort with husband and 2 adult children. This Hotel has a great location and is just near Holiday inn and the Marriott in a sidestreet off Beach Rd. You feel like you have found a little oasis when you enter .There are two pool areas the ground floor rooms having direct access. We had a faultless stay at this hotel, the staff and facilities where wonderful. I would stay here again we were central to everything and we only had to walk 10 steps to the beach and resurants.

The room had a horrible smell of sewage Huge amount of mosquitoes on the terrace

First time in Thailand, we did a lot of extensive research on hotels. Would recommend this hotel. Clean, quiet, safe...all the things I needed as I was traveling alone with my young daughter. Staff was lovely and food was great. Great location, near everything. 30 second walk to beach!

One of the nicer hotels in Patong. Good location close to the beach and bars. Nice touches are free minibar filled everyday, each evening will offer turndown service, and will always have a nice gift, chocolate, cookies, fruit. All in all very nice hotel. The one minor downside, bathroom was a little dated in the room I was in. Good free wifi.

We spend 10 nites and we had a great time. The time we were there Patong Beach had a huge carnaval on the street and it was a lot of fun. The noise was pretty loud so they moved us inside room by the pool and that made our vacation . Great hotel and plan to visit again soon

The staff and food are great but the bed and location leave a lot to be desired. We stay for a week and I did not sleep well, perhaps due to the synthetic doona. The location is a tourist hell hole but 20 min up the road at Kata beach seemed an ideal location.

We had a wonderful stay at Burasari, will defiantly go back. High recommend this hotel.

The showers and other bathtub accessories in this hotels are designed over Tub in such a way that the water spills over to the floor after a shower. I know this is a beach hotel in a humid climate but there were mosquitos and other creepy crawlies. There was a unsightful red/brown stain on the shower curtain that could be blood. The only good thing is that it is close to the beach and is as far away from the madness as you can get in Patong Beach. I loved this hotel. However it didn't have a gym, which it advertised that it did. And there is basically only one gym in town, which is about $8-9 a day, and a 10-15 min walk. So it is doable, but a pain in the butt. Especially when Burasari advertised a fitness room! So if you want a fitness room in Phuket, make sure your hotel has one!

I have to say I had a great experience there. The staff, mostly are friendly enough, however they can do more by offering help. I wanted to change flights back and there is a local Thai number to call. At the very least, the recep can offer to call and assist me because that's a Thai number with Thai speaking staff... I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and highly recommend it. We had a pool access room which was very handy and the drinks inside the mini bar were free and refilled once a day. The cleaners were efficient and every time I asked them to make the room, it was done by the time I got back, in some cases 30 minutes. The location is also right near the beach and everything we had booked showed up on time, for example mini buses to events or speed boat to Phi Phi Island pick up. Location is nice, just near by Pa Tong Beach. Buffet breakfast is delious, food quality is good. Finally they provided FREE wi-fi as well :-)

Room was so comfortable, didnt want to leave the room for sightseeing n shopping. breakfast was a spread, with lots of variety. Only complain was shower pressure of the water was too slow. But overall thumbs up and value for money. Not to forget the friendly Staffs whom always greet u n smile.

When I arrived at the hotel I upgraded to the new contracted part of it . The room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking on the swiming pool. I found the staff very Friendly , excellent position just 5 minutes walk to the heart of Pattong .Good value for money.

Would recommend Burasari as it is near to Patong beach, shopping area and restaurants. The hotel decor provides a relaxing atmosphere - esp. the private pool where guest can access through their balcony. The Burasari is a boutique type resort hotel. It has everything you need without the size of many other resorts in the area. It is very well maintained, the staff are friendly and competent and it is in a great location. If you want to stay in Patong, I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel. Good value for money.

The hotel looks ok it's two buildings one old and one new our room was in the old one. The bed is full of small bugs and when we woke up we were biten several times. The worst was when i was having a shawer a cockroache was on the wall yuk. If we leave the bugs aside the hotel is managed by a group of young girls and young bell boys there wasnt any […] manager or grown up, you dont feel your in a hotel the bell boy talks with the receptionests and when he toke us to our room he saw the cleaning lady and talked to her about us in their language. I just didnt feel respected or safe especially in using the safty box. I felt that it's not safe and there is no one old enough to manage the place. I read a coment in a reservation site the person said that they talked behind thier backs and i regret that i havent toke her advise. I recently stayed at the Burasari with 3 other friends for 4 nights, and we enjoyed it very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the trip. They provided recommendations for things to do, places to go, etc. The rooms were comfortable, the air-conditioning was very efficient, the complimentary bar was great (2 bottles of water, 5 […] soft drinks, a beer and some oreos - replenished daily). The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, but otherwise I had no other complaints about the room. The wi-fi is a bit slow, but functional. The buffet breakfast was great, with an omelette station, hot items (rice, noodles, bacon, sausages, beans, mushrooms, potatoes, etc), fruits, yoghurt, salad bar, cereals, pancakes, juices, etc. The beach is less than a minute's walk away from the hotel. Standing at the hotel entrance, you can see the Andaman Sea. There is also a 24-hr 7-11 next to the hotel, which was quite handy. This is nothing like the descriptions we read! We arrived in the early hours and were made to wait whilst someone attended to us, all of this whilst an extremely drunk and abusive guest swore about being locked out. The service was cold and uncaring and when we were shown to our room and found it dirty, run down with a balcony onto the road, we were […] made to feel as though we were exaggerating and were told that there were no other rooms and then after some pushing were given another room. This was better but still dirty. The bathroom was old and grubby, with broken taps, mouldy walls and towels that looked like they needed throwing away. We stayed one night and checked out the next day. Perhaps if you get a pool room, or upgrade then this hotel would be nice but standard rooms should be avoided! In summary - bad room, poor service. The air conditioning was not operating properly in the room which made the room very warm and uncomfortable, so we called and were told "maintenance will be there in 2 hours". We gave them 4 hours and they still did not show up and we called the front desk again... same response "...they'll be there in 2 hours". Now we are upset and explained that they […] had told us the same thing earlier in the morning. They apologized and our doorbell rang shortly after. Instead of fixing the A/C, or giving us another room they brought a portable fan. While this somewhat made it more comfortable, it was hard to believe that they could not do better on their solution for a simple A/C request. They ended up moving us to another room after we complained again that it was too hot in the room. Guess what? The air conditioning was broken in that room too! They told us, "Sorry, we are experiencing many rooms without air conditioning." Wow. This is in Phuket, Thailand and the weather is VERY HOT. They need to have functioning air conditioning units for the guests. Also, the overall service is sub-par at this hotel. Each time we came in, they could care less if we were staying at their hotel or not. Not even so much as a "Hello" or "How are you". This is surprising considering the level of service at similar hotels in the area, that jump at the opportunity to greet you. I will avoid this hotel if ever I go back to Patong Beach. Читати далі

Fantastic hotel if staying in Patong. You get the feeling of thailand in its appearance not the boring western style of many branded hotels.Breakfast was over the top and delecious, we never had any lunch as we ate so much breakfast. Room service was quick and the food perfect. The beach was a 60 sec walk and so was the shopping. and the famous Bang-la road nightlife was a 10 min walk. You only need transport to do the sightseeing stuff. Very central hotel but don't be worried that it might be too noisy or intrusive because it wasn't.
