I had my worst experience of my Europe trip in this hotel. The hotel looked a bit old, made it rediculas to claim as a Four Star hotel. The hotel staff (the night shift guy) was horrible ! This hotel is small, a bit rustic but has old Italian charm. It is within walking distance of the Termini. The staff all spoke very good English and were most helpful! The airline had lost our luggage and the staff contacted the airline for us and arragned to have our luggage sent to the hotel in our next destination in Italy. We stayed here three nights and having stayed near termini station before, we knew the importance of being nearby. The staff was very helpful with meeting our needs. We were given the room closest to the front desk--great if you don't want to hike stairs, but an obvious downside since it is literally 3 feet from the front desk. Hello, My partner and I stayed for 3 nights in Sept. The hotel was nice. It was a bit smaller than expected for a 4 star but in fairness it was comfy. My partner was pregant at the time and the staff where fantasic, very helpful and friendly. The location is great....3-5min walk MAX from Tremin Station which is where we got our train from the airport […] too. In the mornings the tour bus arrives at 9.15am at the stations which was great. We walked to most of the sites direct from hotel which was nice to be able to do in such lovely weather. There are some nice places to eat near hotel including a fresh fruit shall and supermarket. The breakfast in hotel is basic. Ham, cheese, breads, fruits, coffee (not nice).....it is ok , it served us well. Would we stay there again....yes. Large, clean room near train station. Great value with free breakfast. Weird hair dryer, but I will definitely stay here if I return to Rome.

The Champagne Garden is overrated and overpriced. Definitively, it is not a 4-star hotel but an average quality bed and breakfast. They charge you for an Intenet connection that most of the time run really low (so, you can't make calls by Skype for example). The room was comfortable and clean but not a 4-star one at any extent: it had a safety box that […] didn't work, the TV (a very small size one) have just few channels and the bathroom ceiling came with a bad-looking hole (I suppouse for ventilation purposes). The breakfast was fine but not 4-star hotel quality... just a breakfast of ordinary quality. However, the location is great, being very close to Termini Station and just 10 minutes walk from the center but in very quiet neighbourhood. As a woman traveling alone, this hotel was convenient to the Termini Station, felt safe and was a very clean room. I had no Italian language skills and found the front desk staff was a great help, bilingual and provided valuable suggestions

It was not worth the money that we paid to stay in this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It was 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Termini Station in Rome. The room was really small and the bathroom was even smaller and the shower was one of the smallest that I have experienced in a so called 4 STAR (****) hotel. It was not worth the money. The internet and the telephone did not work in the room and the answers from the hotel clarks was that "we are pretty much out of luck". It was noisy at times, because they gave us a room right next (about 5 feet away) to the front desk. We did not eat breakfast (which was included), because we had to leave early to catch our flight. I was very apprehensive regarding the Hotel after reading some later reviews prior to travel and upon arrival in Rome my fears were unjustified. Very clean and well run Hotel in a location away from the noise of the City and they employ some very helpful reception staff who can talk english and man the desk area on a 24 7 basis. The hotel was very convenient, closed to Rona Terminal where metro is available as well. The room was clean and comfortable. Staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast was great.

Close to train station, good especially if you are staying for a short visit.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. I have stayed in 4 stars (and a lot more money) that were not as good as this Champagne Garden hotel. Also during my trip I also stayed at another 3 star on street away and it was terrible - nothing like the Champagne Garden hotel. Rooms are small but bed was extra large and nice firm pillows. Stay here for 4 nights in Sep 2009. The hotel is close to Termini station, about 4 blocks in a quiet & safe street. The room is decent size, but definitely not 4 stars. The bathroom's toilet position is strange where it's right next to the sink, i.e. you can hit your head to the sink while sitting. L'hotel est plutot bien place a cote de Termini et a proximite du metro A et B, donc access direct au Colisé ou au Vatican. L'hotel n'est pas de premiere jeunesse mais reste confortable. Les chambres ne sont pas tres grandes mais restent habitables. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage car trop tot dans la saison. Niveau bruit […] ca reste acceptable, la rue n'est pas trop passante. Le petit dejeuner est de moyen, le cafe n'est pas tres italien mais ca reste acceptable. 2 nætter på hotellet. Dejligt nemt til busser (100 m). God morgenmad og pænt og rent. Desværre ikke internet inkluderet. Vi havde værelse lige ved siden af receptionen, og der var en smule støj, især fra nogle tyske gæster der nærmest øvede strækmarch og meget hoj tale i receptionen.Personalet ver meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Værelset var ikke særligt […] stort; men dækkede absolut behovet for en weekend tur. Bodde där 6 nätter. Helt OK med tanke på pris och ett suveränt bra läge. Frukosten var ganska enkel, men det som fanns var gott. Väldigt bra och trevlig personal. Deras wifi var dock uselt, gick knappt att kolla mailen. Ganska sliten inredning, endast skönhetsfel dock, allt fungerade. Sängarna var toppen.

朝食が予想以上によく、よかったです。すぐ近くのサークルからバスも出ていますし、ターミナルが近いのが、とてもよかったです。インターネット環境が５ユーロと高く、無料で使えなかったのが、少し不便でした。部屋もある程度快適で良かったです。

Βολικο ξενοδοχειο για το κεντρο της ρωμης. Αρκετα παλιο αλλα σε σχετικα καλη κατασταση. στασεις μετρο αρκετα κοντα και σταση λεωφορειου ακριβως μπροστα. Πρωινο βασικο αλλα αξιοπρεπες. Μοκετα παλια και αρκετα βρομικη. Λογικη τιμη για κεντρο ρωμης.

Está muy bien situado, cerca de la estación "Termini", pero es bastante viejo y gastado. La atención ha sido buena pero no se puede decir que esté a la altura de su categoría (mas bien mediocre). El desayuno también muy flojito. En suma, para lo que ofrecen no es barato.

Service de l'hotel impeccable, personnels tres professionnels. L'hotel et à 5mn de marche de la Gare Termini, et bien situé par rapport aux monuments de Rome.

Hotel ist gleich in der Nähe des Banhofes Termini, in der Nähe des Hotels findet man relativ gut Parkmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto, was zentrumsnaher immer schwieriger wird. Vom Termini kann man mit öffentlichen Buslinien und den Opentourbussen ( Tip: 110open ist die günstigste Stadtrundahrts-Linie, weil diese zu den römischen Verkehrsbetrieben gehört) […] git starten, aber auch einfach weiter Richung Zentrum laufen. Die Angestellten sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sicher 4 Sterne sind übertrieben, aber die Lage des Hotels ist super, das Frühstücksbuffett gut und das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal für Stadtbesichtigungen, kommen gerne wieder :)

L'hotel non è un 4 stelle, ma un tre stelle scarso. Le finiture dei muri, fatte in polistirolo, se ne cadono letteralmente. La stanza è piccola, anche se silenziosa e pulita. Ett enkelt hotell, lite slitet och föråldrat men med bra läge, trevlig och hjälpsam personal samt en enkel frukost inkluderad i priset. I förhållande till priset så är det ett alldeles utämärkt hotell för några dagar i Rom.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται δίπλα στο Termini από όπου φεύγουν μετρό και λεωφορεία και ένα βήμα από την στάση λεωφορείων που σε πηγαίνουν σε όλα τα κυρίως αξιοθέατα. Δεν κουράζεσαι καθόλου να βρεις τρόπο ή να καθυστερήσεις για να πάς όπου θέλεις! Το δωμάτιο ήταν λίγο μικρό, αλλά πολύ καθαρό, υπερβολικά ζεστό, τα έπιπλα νεοκλασικά και σαν περιβάλλον, σου […] έδινε την εντύπωση ενός προσεγμένου ξενοδοχείου του κέντρου. Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό, δεν ήταν τεράστιος ο μπουφές, αλλά πόσο θα φας πια? Το λέω για κάποιους, που περιμένουν από ένα μικρό ξενοδοχείο, τεράστιους μπουφέδες, λες και πάνε σε γαμήλιο γλέντι! Η τιμή του ήταν πολύ καλή σε σχέση με τις τρελές τιμές που έβλεπα στο ιντερνετ για κέντρο και φυσικά είναι ένα αξιοπρεπές ξενοδοχείο που έχει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο σε κάθε δωμάτιο, κάτι που είναι δύσκολο να βρεις στο κέντρο και με χαμηλή τιμή!!! Ρωτήστε τον ρεσεψιονίστ, για διαδρομές και αριθμούς λεωφορείων που βολεύουν και μην πάρετε τα λεωφορεία που κάνουν ξεναγήσεις, γιατί η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι τέτοια, που δεν αξίζει τον κόπο να δώσετε λεφτά γιαυτό! Αξίζει να πάρετε ημερήσιο εισητήριο, όπου το χρησιμοποιείς μέχρι τα μεσάνυχτα και ανεβοκατεβαίνεις όσες φορές θέλεις σε μετρό και λεωφορείο. Absoluut vriendelijke mensen, maar het Hotel ziet er niet uit, achterstallig onderhoud +geluidsoverlast lokatie is op zich niet ver van het centraal station, 10 minuten lopen. er is geen bar in het hotel en het ondbijt is redelijk beperkt qua keuze. 2 sterren maximaal

Helt OK bra läge rent och snyggt trevlig personal, men 4-stjärnigt Är nog att ta i . Ganska små rum, frukostbuffen kunde man förvänta sig lite mer av.

hotel confortavel, limpo, proximo da estaçao termini e, proximo de muitos monumentos historicos (pode-se visitar a pe) mas, o melhor de tudo, que nao teve complicaçao nem uma com a reserva e, o diferencial ficou por conta do sr. DAVID, da recepçao, que nos atendeu maravilhosamente bem. RECOMENDO.

Ved ankomst ble vi tildelt 2 rom som nok ikke brukes til vanlig, forklaringen var at vi bestilte så sent som dagen før og ankom så sent som kl 1700!?!? Rommene var meget dårlige, ingen søvn å få, fikk nye neste dag, men det ble EKTE røykerom, røyker ikke. Frokosten var meget dårlig, måtte betale ekstra for å få en kaffe som ikke smakte vaskevann, så […] vi valgte en meget hyggelig nærliggende kafe. Det som reddet vårt Romaopphold var at vi følte en stor glede ved å forlate "hotellet". Grei beliggenhet nær Sentralstasjonen. Men der kunne vi jo ikke sove. Stanza singola piccolissima, con un letto comodo, ma stretto. Bagno micro. Arredamento della stanza stile antico. Buoni livelli di pulizia e cordialità e competenza alla reception.
