We stayed at the Comfort Suites Hotel in N Sam Houston Pkwy E. Houston, Texas and it was good. There where two problems that we had with the Hotel; one was the airport shuttle was shut down at midnight and it would of been nice if they told us that when we ask about shuttle service. Two, we got in late that evening and when we did get up 8:30 or so, […] by the time we got down stairs for breakfast, they close the breakfast bar at 9am. way to early to close especially when one gets in after midnight! Absolutely enjoyed the stay, very clean, lots of space if your traveling with children. Excellent breakfast!!! I would recommend this hotel!!!! Nice friendly staff and housekeeper kept our room clean and fresh. I could really go on on and how wonderful the stay was.

"Great Place"
Great price. Very happy with hotel but needed some restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great. Overall very happy.

I booked a room for a wedding that was taking place two minutes from there. There is a back road you can use instead of going all the way around the frontage, so that is good. There are other hotels lined up next to this one. I chose this one for the kitchenette, they couldn't give me the room I requested because it wasn't ready, so I had to stay in […] a regular room. It had free breakfast, it's your typical breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, cereal, juice, pastries. It was alright. I had asked them to give me some milk for my daughter since they didn't sell any, and they did provide it complimentary and with no problems. The room was clean, it was average. I would have preferred to stay at another hotel that was next door, it looked nicer and it was the same price, but the kitchenette that I never received had made up my mind. It was an average hotel. The important part is that it was not dirty, the people were not rude, and there was free breakfast. The other hotel I was looking at did not have breakfast but it looked nicer, so you all can make up your mind on what to choose. I didn't get too far into the neighborhood, but I wouldn't drive around by myself in the night. But I wouldn't do so in the majority of Houston anyway. Читати далі

I arrived at the hotel a hour early and I was able to check in immediately upon arrival. The staff was friendly. I loved the amount of space in the room, it was clean and I felt very comfortable there. "Houston Getaway"
We stayed here during our weekend in Houston. The hotel is really well kept and the room was very comfy. I was happy they let us check in early because after a long drive we needed to rest. The hotel is right by the freeway but it is really quiet and we had no problems. They do offer a great breakfast with such a variety! At check in the personal seemed more interested in talking than getting me checked in. It took about 29 minutes to get checked in an I was the only one one to check in. Don't order pizza front dominoes. We ordered a pizza an it never came want down stairs an asked the front desk an they said that thy came an told them the wrong room number,but then […] they said I knew it had to be your pizza but they n't check with us, then one of the staff stepped around eating a slice of piZza just thought that was strange. "Hotel claims to be by airport but not!"
Hotel is a 20 minute drive from the airport and 50 minute drive from Downtown Houston. Not convenient to anything and significantly overpriced for location and receptionist. best part of stay was the shuttle driver.

the hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff are very respectful and kind. i would recommend this hotel and hotels. com as well for giving what the customers are really looking for.
"Airport shuttle"
It is important to know that you have to call the hotel when you arrive at the airport to get them to come to pick you up. They do not automatically come very so often as some shuttles do.

Staff very efficient and polite. Parked our vehicle in their parking lot and took their shuttle to and from the airport. Drivers were very polite and courteous and prompt! Very enjoyable experience.

This hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Also the room was very quiet eventhough it is next to a highway. The cost was very resonable. Their breakfast was great!
Great hotel for a short stay in Houston. Easy access to the airport for those early morning departures or late night arrivals.

regular breakfast, clean room, comfie room, nice staff, helpful staff ( I got lost, and I called them for directions)....I was taking a flight early morning, and I live 200 miles from houston. I think I got a good deal for what I paid.
We had an overnight layover in Houston and we were very impressed with the Comfort Suites. It was new, clean, modern and very reasonably priced. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and included an airport shuttle and a good continental breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

the TV only had about 20 channels and most of them consist of sports or channels I wasn't interested in. Everything else was great.

"Comfort Lover"
Easy access, nice room which was clean. The only thing I did not like is that the parking lot is small and crowded.
When checking in the hotel we find out it is under construction. We rented 3 rooms for a wedding event we had attended. 1 out of 3 rooms we had to continue moving from room to room. There was no hot water. In the other 2 rooms there was no cold water. We complained to front desk they were not able to do anything. "A Rip-off at Any Price"
When I got to the hotel it was late and the lobby was locked. I called and no one answered the phone. It took about twenty minutes before someone came to let me in. It was absolutely horrifying waiting outside. The sheets hadn't been changed. There was make-up and hair on the pillow. Do not stay here. My worst experience at a hotel ever.

Everything was honestly perfect except the computer in the business center had a little virus issue going on - pop-ups going mad and trouble navigating with the cursor. But otherwise, excellent stay.

All in all I had a good stay. I do wish the pool was open earlier. It opened at 10 am. With checkout at 12, it didnt allow much time to use the pool on checkout day, which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel...the pool. The staff at this hotel was very accomodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the full breakfast was an added bonus. Each shift at the front desk was friendly and eager to ensure that your stay was rewarding.

This was a new hotel that was about 2 miles from the airport. They did not have a shuttle as listed on their web site, but since I had a rental it was not a problem. Great room and quite with comfortable bed.
"Beware of faulty rooms"
While I hesitate to say no one should stay here as there were certain positive qualities: free hot breakfast, wifi in all the rooms, free parking, and close to the airport, there were significant problems. It took three tries to find a room with a functional air conditioner. The first two were completely inoperable, wouldn't even turn on. When we called […] down to the front desk, the response was "yes, I figured it was broken". What? And you still gave us the room in 90 degree heat? Second room had the SAME problem. Again, had to go down to the front desk. Asked if someone could check to see if the air worked in our third room before we lugged our things upstairs for the third time and was told that wasn't possible. In the morning, I went downstairs because the printers in the business center didn't appear to be working and we wanted to print boarding passes. Surprise, surprise, they don't work either. When checking out, I told the lady at the desk I wasn't sure of the room number since we'd had three altogether, and she instantly replied "Oh, you must've gotten the rooms without the air conditioner". So bottom line--multiple employees know about the problem, but they still give out the rooms, which meant that it took over an hour and three trips with our luggage to check in to a functional room and the business center was also nonfunctional. "Good Value For The Price"
Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Conveniently located. The only problem was that there was not enough linens for the sofabed but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel appeared quite new and in great condition. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The only negatives were that our room faced the interstate traffic noise. Also upon checking out the clerk at the front desk could not find any record of our stay! Therefore we had no receipt.
"VERY nice hotel"
Convenient to the airport. Quiet and classy. I would recommend stopping for dinner before you arrive as the traffic can be heavy and resturants are a drive. And who wants to go back out into heavy traffic when you are in such a comfortable place!

Si quieres dolores de cabeza hospedate a este hotel. 1. Demoraron 25 minutos para atendernos y yo era el unico que estaba esperando. 2. Reserve alli pues decian tenian transporte ida y vuelta y resulta que tienen pero no frecuentemente ni temprano. 3. La recepcion ni sabia donde estaba parada y no daba ningun tipo de informacion aduciendo que no sabia. 4. […] Nos dijeron que ayudarian a conseguirnos un taxi y nunca hicieron nada. 5. El tV no funcionaba y lo reporte, demoraron 25 minutos y nadie nos decia nada, llame de nuevo y nos cambiaron de habitacion, 6. el Hotel esta en remodelacion asi que es dificultuoso el manejo en las instalaciones Читати далі
