Lovely hotel. As pensioners, we did find the stairs to our room to be daunting, but worth it when we found it., The fact that the room was on two levels might be a problem for those who find stairs difficult. The dining room was difficult to find, but the staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

this place looks wonderful from the outside. Inside and outer buildings and not so nice. I expect the expensive suites are good but the atmosphere is awful. The reception staff couldn't care less when we complained that another family had let themselves into our room while my husband was sleeping in bed. Then when they had complained, we discovered […] that our door key had also been disabled. when we wne to reception to complain, the staff couldn't care less and were not remotely bothered that other people had walked in our room. We thought we had a good 'special' rate and discovered why when we found out our room was inbetween 3 doors which all banged continiously. When I asked a member of staff if they could adjust the dampers to make it close quieter they said something in a foreign language into the mobile radio and nothing happened about it. The leaflet in the room said no kids in the bar after 7pm but there were kids in there all night. The cleaners banged on our door at 9.30am when check-out is 11am, luckily we were getting dressed to go to breakfast otherwise they just let themselves in if you haven't locked it. this hotel looks wonderful but it tries too hard to be posher than it is leaving staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. While my husband had a sleep, I sat in the lobby and watched a family let themselves into our room. They then went to reception to complain and my card was also disabled. Also maybe as we had a cheap rate we also got the cheap room, right next to 3 doors which all banged loudly. We were very happy with everything, the grounds of the hotel are beautifully kept and in a lovely landscape. The staff were cheerful and helpful would stay again.

Lovely hotel but the breakfast in the morning was chaotic I had to get my own cutlery and clear the table I wasn't offered tea or coffee I waited for ten minutes before I had to do the above. In all I was there 25 minutes at my table and not one member of staff approached me which was very disappointing.

We were very pleased with the hotel: it is in lovely surroundings, very peaceful & quiet, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We got a fantastic welcome when we checked in. Late minute booking to this hotel & we couldn't have been happier. Great spot, excellent facilities and only 15 minute drive to return our hire car at Heathrow the next day. Only downside was our own limited time to enjoy all this complex has to offer.

Hotel is vast and takes a long time to get from your room to the bar. The bar itself, was very cold, and understaffed. The food was expensive and not very good. £14 for a burger which was overcooked and under seasoned. Not a good hotel.

Buildings stunning, gorgeous chapel, beautiful old trees outside, interesting paintings on the walls, loved all of that. However, key card repeatedly did not open external and internal doors, had to keep on getting them reset by reception which was a 10 minute from the room (hotel is very spread out) Other guests also had this problem. Booking desk […] did not pick up my call for 20 minutes when I needed to resolve a query on day of arrival, very frustrating as I kept on being bounced back to their automated phone menu. Only 1 person on the desk when we arrived, had to wait for 15 minutes to check in. Queues were ridiculously long for check out (there were 8 people in front of me) and even though the hotel literature stated that I could just sign a form and drop my key off into a box, this service was not available. Nobody seemed to have hold of the situation and the hotel's approach was very disorganised - they could have separated the queues into those with charges remaining to pay and those without. Great facility with much English charm and class. Clean, neat and well appointed room. Not large but adequate. Clean and bright bathroom. Dinner at the hotel was not good. Nouvelle cuisine used as an excuse for minuscule portion sizes; indifferent, overly casual waitstaff; meal presentation on a piece of black slate did not flatter the food. very nice hotel complex would definiately stay there again and recommend to others

Although very close to Windsor and Heathrow it is good to find a good hotel with all amenities in such great grounds.Disappointing though to find no fodd avaialble in the bar or lounge at lunch time.

The hotel is expansive and set within wonderful and charming grounds that are second to none. It was the second time my wife and I have stayed and we cant wait to return. Good access to Windsor town center and close to the main trunk roads back home. Would recomend to couples or families alike.

Stayed here before on several occasions. This was the worst. Room safe notvworking reported it , but still did not get fixed. Room service did not leave enough bath towels in room or milk for coffee. Took nearly 90 minutes for this to be corrected. Breakfast had little to offer a vegetarian who wanted a warm breakfast. Room too warm despite turning […] off heating, found it hard to sleep. lovely grounds and sitting rooms.only drawback is the heathrow flight path which closes at midnight so its not too bad

The hotel grounds were quite pleasant, quiet and very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good. Parking was easy no problems finding a space. The river Thames is about a 10 minute walk and it is a very pleasent walk walking along the Thames. Heathrow and Thorpe park are also close by and so the hotel is very convenient for both. Bathroom door handle […] fell off. Water pipes banged/hammered for some time when toilet flushed. A resident by accident or as a prank set off the fire alarm. Fire alarm in accommodation block did not sound like a fire alarm, no visual warning for hard of hearing. Staff pointed residence to the wrong area when asked where the assembly point was. Lack of signs outside accommodation block pointing to fire assembly point. Staff did not take care of residence and gathered in their own group, Returning to the building once the issue resolved but said nothing to residence. When asked if it was safe to return they could not be clear as to who had given the all clear. I think a fire exit sign is pointing in the wrong direction as it pointed away from a fire exit that’s only “20 feet” away. Some staff did not seem to understand the importance of communication about a fire alarm but I got to speak with a “manager” that seemed to fully take on board the seriousness of the afternoons events and the following day said they took measures the previous day to talk to staff. Hotel itself is really nice. However, our room was extremely hot with little ventilation and very poorly laid out! It had two floors and was not very well designed.

I only stayed 1 night at the Beaumont on business and booked it very last minute. The hotel is huge and very much geared up for conferences of which there where many going on that day. My room was around a 7 minute brisk walk from reception and all the corridors are well signed. The room was clean and cosy however you are in the heathrow flight path […] so take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. My only gripe is that on check out they charged me for the room rate when I had already paid this through hotels.com but they said if there was a problem to call them which I plan to do. I ate at the Tempus bar which was resonably priced and lovely food and breakfast was also lovely. Would definatley stay at this hotel again. Читати далі

Hotel was about a 30 min drive from Heathrow airport. The 5.5 mi distance they advertise is not driving distance but distance measured in a straight line. The hotel provided all meals free of charge for the four days that I stayed because of the flight cancelations due to weather. Food was good. I was satisfied with my experience at this hotel.

I checked into this hotel on an "emergency" basis when Heathrow Airport closed due to the snow the weekend of Dec 19, 2010. The place was a madhouse with stranded passengers but the staff secured me a clean, comfortable room. For the next five days I was fed and taken care of and enjoyed their excellent work out room. Very clean, great staff, reception very helpful with finding food after kitchen was closed at 10pm. Huge grounds, a bit tricky to find the main entrance. I would recommend this to anyone. The only draw back is that it is not close to public transport. Use Windsor Cabs, much cheaper than black cabs.

I found this hotel under duress after me (and thousands of other people) missed connections at Heathrow due to the weather. It is near the airport and a generally very good hotel. My only gripe is that I arrived at 11 pm and there was ABSOLUTELY no food available at that time (all of it shuts down at 10:45). Not even peanuts in the bar. We travel a lot, frequently attending medical conferences around the world. This is the first hotel where a conference check desk was in close proximity to the hotel check-in. We were given a photocopied letter explaining that a large conference was booked in for the weekend and they suggested we reserve a table for dinner. I tried 5 times to get someone […] to answer the phone in the restaurant, tried reception who just put me through to the unanswered line. We gave up and went to the lounge for dinner. We sat and were ignored by all staff who were very hassled & busy, trying to do their best. It was obvious no additional staff had been employed for this busy weekend. I then went to the business centre to book in online. The printer had no paper. When I went to reception to ask for paper I was told that it was the end of the month and there were no more supplies. I cannot comment on the food as we did not have supper there & went to the local town. We did not even consider breakfasting there for obvious reasons. I have never given a poor report of a hotel before but if a hotel cannot do both hotel services & conference services to a reasonable standard then they should make a choice which kind of hotel they want to be. The proximity to Heathrow is a bonus but we will not be returning nor will we suggest the hotel to others who require a local hotel. Читати далі

Restaurant foo absolutely excellent, couldn't fault it. Single room rather small but clean. Would go back for the food!

It is an excellent location for exploring Windsor and surrounding area, and has easy access. Hotel is fine, you may have to walk a little from one of the carparks to get to your room. Room was OK but TV remote didn't operate the TV which is very poor.

The most uncomfortable mattress i have ever lay on! It was as hard as a board and i didn't get a wink of sleep. Avoid room 277!!

Very, very disappointing stay and in no way worth the money nor worthy of its rating. The rooms are like a student hall of residence, cramped and uncomfortable with a tiny TV. The hotel was very clean and had lots of character in a wonderful setting and only minutes walk away from the river. However we arrived on a hot weekend and had to look in 5 different rooms before we found one that would be cool enough to sleep in. There is no air-conditioning and the windows had limited openings no doubt due to health and safety. […] We chose a room with two windows and were given a fan which made it bearable. Having said that the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to accomodate us. We found the gym surprisingly well equipped and found it quiet both days we used it. We also used the pool which again was nice and quiet. This hotel is absolutely vast which wasn't something I had appreciated when I booked so if you don't like walking then you will need to find somewhere more compact. Fortunately we do like walking and found the hotel to be excellent and somewhere we could spend more time. The conversion of an old Publuc School into the hotel (and the more upmarket adjoining […] White House Hotel) had been carried out very well and provided a dramatic building and grounds. We had a phot session round the grounds before we left the next day. The only meal we had in the hotel was breakfast which was only ok and just about adequate. Not a restaurant where I would go for a quiet, intimate meal but if you wanted that in the evening the restaurant of the White House Hotel down the corridor looked as though it would be good. Et virkelig godt hotel, vi fik virkelig noget for vores penge. Der er ikke langt til Windsor og slottet der i taxa, som de meget gerne ringer efter til dig og derfra tog til London. Utrolig venligt personale og helt gennemrenoveret.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
