no phone no hot water not even luke warm, no remote for tv . i have bigger tea towels the ones in the bathroom not that you could shower.

"not refunded money"
The presidential has not returned my security deposit of $100.00 dollars even though they said it would be returned after 3 days!!!! It has been over ONE MONTH.... This is not very good service.

The hotel is near the niagara falls,just 10 minutes to walk here from hotel.The condition of room is ok .One thing I am not satisfied is the book in time is delayed to PM4:00 (the normal book in is PM 3:00).

The bed was posted on cement blocks. The towels given were hand towels and no wash clothes and it was just nasty.

"Needs Improvement on service and room as well."
The hotel stinks and was dirty when we got there. They have not cleaned it during our stay. There was no garbage can I had to go to the reception desk to get it. Room service does not exist! After 5pm nobody is there at the reception. We run out of the toilet tissue in the evening and had to wait to next morning to get it. When we left the room in the […] morning they had fixed the bed, but did not clean the room and did not bother to provide the missing toilet tissue. I had to go again to the reception to get it my self. Thanks god we came before they left!!! Bathroom was in terrible condition and needs lots of improvements. Room is dirty and stinks. There is a very old TV with basic 12 channels and no remote control. I took some pictures of the dead bugs and spider webs. My kids were extremely unhappy with this hotel and we travel a lot. Kids are honest and if they don’t like it must be bad. We were leaving they tried to get me to pay for the parking but I paid through the hotels.com for everything. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. We had very bad experience. It is worth to pay a little extra and get something better. Читати далі
