here for business...don't have maid service at home so no big deal with not having at hotel but probably won't do next time. NO AMENITIES....so thankfully store was nearby to pick up shampoo. Kitchenette was handy.

The hotel is in a resort area near the ocean and very convenient to my headquarter office. The lobby wasn't the nicest, so registered and went to the room. It was filthy, rumpled. It was a one night stay before cruising. The hotel was very convenient to the cruise port and within walking distance to many restaurants. The staff were friendly, it was clean and comfortable. A larger foyer would be helpful. Our only complaint was the shuttle offered to the cruise port. The 12:15pm shuttle was overbooked so people had to stay behind […] which meant our 1:15pm shuttle was overbooked. We asked for our $8.00 back for the shuttle and flagged a cab down off the street as the hotel couldn't even get through to the cab companies to call for a cab. We stayed here for a night prior to a cruise. It was a convenient location to the cruise terminal and local shops to buy liquor for our trip. As for the hotel itself, the room smelled funny but the sheets and bed were decent and the room was very clean. the hotel was closed to airport and cruise ports about no more than 5 miles we stayed at the hotel before our cruise and after. the best thing about the room was it had a kitchenette all equpt. room was not fancy but very comfortable.It also had free Wi-Fi. will stay next time we go to ft Lauderdale.

It was perfect for what I needed for a two-day business trip. Great location with easy to both my office and airport, clean, safe and comfortable place to shower and sleep. I have alreday recommended it to friends.

Clean and close to several restaurants and stores; Breakfast very light (cereal, oranges, instant oatmeal, packaged muffins, granola bars) but free. Small charge for transport to cruise terminal, free quick transfer to/from airport. Would stay there again.

Look...it's not a 5-star. Or even a 4-star. It's for "extended stays". But for the price, and the amazing location just down from FLL airport, and it's proximity to Port Everglade, you must consider this hotel. Front desk service was excellent. Room was fine. Very good for someone who wanted a kitchen. Barroom had noisy fan. We got last room in house on busy night and did not worry about it.

A friend and I checked in while at a conference in south beach. The hotel was away from the south beach noise! we were able to purchase some goodies to cook in the room. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. My only regret was no view of the water at least not my room. We stayed at this location prior to a cruise and for 2 days we realized we were in the perfect location. Plenty of great restaurants, shopping, reasonable transportation and entertainment combined. We felt safe and had a great time with the staff.

Prior to arrival, I contacted the hotel to make arrangement for cruise port pick up as stated in their description. I was informed the hotel was simply not able to provide this service because of the large number of people coming off the cruise ships. When I persisted because of the description provided that the cruise port pickup was stated to be complimentary, […] the hotel manager finally offered to reimburse me for taxi fare which he honored. However, over the next couple days, I heard many other people at the desk complaining about the same misinformation. I think the hotel description should be amended to state the correct information. We were offered and received airport shuttle service. The hotel had at least two vans available for shuttle services, I do not know why cruise port pick up was such a major inconvenience to them. It was definitely not worth the money. The bathroom was missing caulk and there were large stains on the counter tops. The towels were extremely rough and the room was very musty. Would not stay there again.

Room was clean but no hot water, no water pressure, could not shower or bathe. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged. Told them of problem and all they said was you had to let the water run a long time to get it warm. If you don't need to to wash, shower or take a bath this is the place for you

Good location, hospitable staff and clean room. However the bathroom needs serious plumbing. Hot water did not come on and the water pressure was weak when it came on. Plus the flush ran continuously and needs to be repaired.

It's one of the most convenient place if you cruise. Just a few minutes from the port and about 15 minutes from the airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle to both places. Even when you arrive at the airport, you can call and ask for the shuttle to come and pick you up for free as long as you arrive during the hours that the shuttle is available. There […] is no maid service under 7 days but was not a problem even if I was there for 3 days. You can go to the reception desk to get fresh towels and shampoo. You have a big refrigerator in you room with a small stove and a microwawe oven which can be very convenient. You also have a coffee maker and toaster and everything you need to eat in you room if you want. The free breakfast in the morning is not very elaborated but the coffee is good and you can get a muffin and a fruit to get you going.... Personnel is very nice and always ready to help you. You may not have all the services you get in a big hotel but compare the price with the other hotels and you will be glad to pay almost half the price and for the other hotels where you pay much more, you don't get a free shuttle. Good location. Room was a bit dull and shabby. I missed having shampoo and lotion-only had soap. Perhaps due to extended stay rather than regular hotel. Shuttle service was really great. Lots of restuarant and shopping options within walking distance.

The overall experience was ok - except for the main lobby - only 1 staff at check-in and check-out - very busy motel - the main lobby needs to be expanded - larger physical space - and there needs to be more staff in place to receive guests and for check out purposes.

The hotel was clean, comfortable but not plush. The staff was exceptional, good advice on directions, food, places to see, etc. Great location, close to airport, food, trolleys, water taxi, beach & cruise terminal. Transportation from airport to hotel & from hotel to cruise terminal was free. For the price - a great bargin!

Clean and adequate - we were staying there the night before we were going on a cruise. Just wish they had told us that shuttle reservations needed to be made in advance along with our room reservation as there were no shuttle departure times left on our arrival the night before. We had to make other arrangements for transportation to the dock.

My husband and I stayed here for one night before a cruise, and even after calling the hotel directly 3 months prior to reserve shuttle seats at specific times from the airport and to the cruiseport the next day, there was nothing recorded, (and even if they took reservations, there is no room in the shuttle for more than 1-2 small families, so they […] have limited reservations anyway)and we could not be accommodated either way--how awful--especially when planned out and pre-reserved. So, we paid $40 out of pocket for their advertised "Free Shuttle Service" by taking cabs because of no other option. The room was dingy and dated. I called the hotel desk several times before I got to the hotel on several days trying to verifu the shuttle to the airport. When I checked into the hotel and asked what time the shuttle would be there they told me repeatedly that the driver reported to duty and 8 am and that I could get to the airport by my check in time at 8:30. Well, I get down to […] ck out and the shuttle was already at the cruise port and that it wouldn't be back until after awhile. So I had to go running down to the main street and hail a taxi cab and got to the airport for an international flight. Well, had it not been for the bag checker that took my bags into the ck in counter and ck in and then escorted me through customs would I have made it on my flight. Therefore, the employees at the desk are very incompetent. You do need to order the daily "refresh" at $5 per day to have a level of stay you might be used to. Only one day did housekeeping miss cues. Elevators were slow. No bathrooms in lobby..had to use employees bathroom in back of front desk area. Shuttle service to cruise port but no pick up after cruise. Thought parking for week was free but was charged $10 daily. No breakfast area..just quick items to grab and go.

Room is awesome in general, bathroom floor is full of hair though. Kitchen equipped with cook tops and microwave. Ironing board in the room, hairdryer, free internet, can't ask for more.
