以一間五星級的Hotel, 我已經選擇入住Deluxe room, 但竟然無Bath tube. 酒店話Superior 同 Deluxe Room 的分別, 只是多一個小露台. 更奇怪的是, 洗手盤是放在房中心, 而不是放在洗手間裡, 所以每次用完洗手盤, 地下就會濕濕地!

Just completed our third stay at the Millennium at Patong Beach in Phuket. It is located in the Jung Ceylon Shopping Centre at the end of Bangala Road. Although this hotel has a 5 star rating i was very disappointed in the service. the room i stayed in smelt of sewrage so i complained and ask to move which they then told me to pay another $3500 baht PER NIGHT for a jacquzzi room which i didn't do. later realised it was the ENTIRE HOTEL that had the smell. the hotel was full of old sleazy men and you […] could hear the people next doors conversations. the only good part of this hotel is the beauty salon. if anyone stays here ask for the lakeside not beachside as its much newer. We stayed in Beach Side of the Millennium Resort Patong. It's just about 5 minutes walk to the Patong beach and has many easy accessibilities for dining. Rest assured and book your stay in this hotel.

the service level of this hotel is very far from four, let alone five star standards. i would give maybe two or three stars for the service. upon arrival we had to wait in the very hot and crowded semi-outdoor lobby with our baby for nearly an hour for the room to be ready. and this was at two in the afternoon. after we got the keys to our room we […] were driven to another lobby in another wing of the hotel and just dropped off and we're left to find the room our selves. finally we found it after two different elevator rides and asking two different staff members directions. if the rooms are located so that they are quite hard to find, someone should atleast be available to show people to them? We had an unfortunate experience as the toilet in the assigned room was full of human excrement... a first for us in many years of travel. The floor in the bathroom was somewhat flooded. We were moved to two different rooms with very slow bellman service. The room that we stayed in for 4 nights was nicely furnished with a nice view of the pool. The […] lock on the balcony door was broken and the scale did not work. On a positive note the buffet breakfast was exceptional as were the pool and spa facilities. Excellent location hotel connected to Jungceylon Mall, centrally located, close to shopping/food & beverage outlets. Short walk to the beach. Room was very clean & bed comfortable. No complaints there.

This was a great hotel and staff were accomodating with all of our requests. Breakfast was included and above satisfactory. Close to markets, shops and beach. I would definitely stay here on return rather than risk trying somewhere else.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. My wife and me booked a room at the Lakeside Wing. Although a deluxe room, it was spacious and there's even a balcony facing the Jungceylon shopping mall. The breakfast was superb given lots of varieties to choose from. Location was great, easy access to the mall and Patong beach. I felt that the hotel offered everything one needed due to the extensive shopping center which is just steps away from your room. The only issue I had with the hotel was that the restaurant prices were significantly higher than those outside of the hotel, which seemed to have left the restaurant and bar empty most of the time. We went in a big group with kids. We stayed at the Beachside wing, 4th floor. The pros are 1) room is spacious 2) same floor as the pool and very convenient for kids 3) linked to shopping mall and close to several eating places. Cons are 1) when we arrive, we do not know whether we were allocated Beachside wing or Lakeside wing rooms and we had to stop […] at Beachside wing reception to confirm. Otherwise, we have to check in at Lakeside wing instead 2) Similar to most hotel reviews that I read before I went, the Beachside wing was terribly noisy until past midnight as there were many night activities going on. Several of us could not sleep well. If you prefer a more peaceful stay, this is not for you. 3) Wi fi connection is extremely poor. We had to practically stand near the hotel room door to get the reception. There was no reception at other parts of the room. The hotel is still a good hotel for Patong. It has, however gone down since our stay last year. These things are all cosmetic and probably due to the economy. In my opinion, it is part of a chain that claims excellence and therefore should spend the necessary capital for upkeep. I'd bring it down a half of a star if I were considering it today.

Breakfast no good.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I am looking forward to the next time. The location is perfect and the hotel and staff are beyond reproach

Here is the 3rd time we visited this hotel as it is convenient, next to Jang sea Lon shopping center and just 5 mins walk to the beach. Hotel location is perfect. Staid for one week in hotel and can highly recommend it. Very convenient for shopping or nightlife.

This hotel got a perfect location for some one want to be in the center of all the shops, restaurants and bars. Very convenient ! Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can even get changes for your big cash notes at front desk. Breakfast is not bad as well. Did not use swimmer pool , can not comment. great room, great location, no complaints ! pretty pool, in the main area but about 10 min walk to the beach was was dirty anyway

This hotel was very nice due to it's location in the Jungceylon shopping complex, and a very short walk to Bangla Street and Patong Beach. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the staff very friendly. A little on the expensive side, but worth the extra money for the discerning traveller, will definately stay again.

Excellent location for tourists who enjoyed shopping a little more than the beaches of Phuket. Smack right in the middle of the largest shopping mall in Phuket. Families with small children will find the place a bless. Unfortunately not for those seeking more privacy and peace. Very nice hotel, and very friendly staff/concierge. Be aware that the map for its location is a bit deceiving, this hotel is about 1/2 mile from the beach. An easy walk down BangLa Street gets you there, but I was under the impression it was right on the beach. If you like vibrance, millennium hotel is located at a very good spot. It's just beside the biggest mall jungceylon, near to many eateries, massage parlors, fashion shops, bars, and is walking distance to the busiest street in phuket, bangla road and patong beach. The Millenium , Phuket is all the way best in all aspects. Firstly, excellent location as just opposite to Bangla street, secondly direct access to Jungceylon Mall, and walking distance from the beach and most important for Indians , there are atleast 4 to 5 good Indian restaurants in surroundings. Being a pure vegetarian family , we never worried for anything else. Well furnished rooms , excellent toilets, large SOFA , very friendly and polite staff. My children really enjoyed long Tuk Tuk ride provided by hotel complimentary and they also enjoyed large brillianttly designed pool. Very convient location to Patong beach and Bangla Road. Pleasant and happy greetings always from hotel staffs. Even remember that which table my wife and me sat for the past few morning breakfast. Great hotel, 2 minute walk to Bangla Rd. 10 minute walk to O-Top markets and 7 minute walk to the beach. Delicious breakfast and all round good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

There are actually two buildings. We stayed in the "Lakeside" which was a bit farther away from the action than the main building. Please note that while the map on Hotels.com shows this hotel on the beach, IT IS NOT. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Rooms were ok, a bit musty. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Pool is huge and quite nice.

The beach wing and lake wing are separated by the mall. We stayed at the beach wing and find it strategically located as it is conveniently close to patong's shopping areas, fastfood, starbucks, burger king, mcdonalds, pharmarcy and it's just across the street from Soi Bangla. The in-house spa should not be missed. The rooms are clean and quiet even […] though we're close to the main street as the double door to the balcony blocks the noises from outside. It was a pleasant stay in Millenium Hotel. Starting off with a very helpful staff which help us in arranging additional necessity for additional guest for our room. nice rooms, good service, good food and good location for Mall shopping and local nightlife but bad if you want the beach

Stayed for 6 nights and loved the hotel. It is located on the second road right by all the nightlife of Soi Bangla. The Jungceylon mall is attached to the hotel so everything from shopping to banks, restaurants and nightclubs are next door to the hotel. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach.

These hotel has two different buildings at each side of the shopping centre. The Beachside looks older and it's very hot/humid since there's no ventilation. Rooms are noisy and pool is very small. The Lakeside is nicer but there's a nightclub above McDonalds and the noise won't stop till 3am. Not sure how they can call this a 5 start hotel when the […] location is so bad. After the first night people requests to be changed to a quieter room, unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't change. The hotel must have some sort of promotions going on since it seems that the it was fully booked during the week I was there by large groups of cheap tourists. Not a good experience with all the noise around. My husband and I stayed 3x nights at the Millennium Resort. We recieved a welcome drink at check in and staff were very friendly. Overall hotel lovely, great location, room clean and modern. Good international selection at breakfast buffet. Huge swimming pool and very relaxed chilled atmosphere. I would recommend a friend to stay at this hotel.
