Perhaps the best thing about this hotel is that the hotel did not seem very full. The limited hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast is kind of an odd setup, seems like it would be easier to just to a free continental breakfast. Double room was large enough for a cot, where some hotels it is a squeeze.

This was everything that was promised. It was a good location and very safe. Hotel personnel were very helpful with service requests.

Styed one night at the Holiday Inn in February 2012. The hotel was in great shape and the room was huge. It also was clean and seemed like it had been recently upgraded. I've stayed all over Ann Arbor, and this is one of the best rooms I've had.

Most comfortable bed ever. Breakfast was delivered to room 10 minutes after ordering. Very fast service. Loved the jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Room was so clean. Wonderful,polite staff. I am a very picky person but for once I have no complaints. Overall my best hotel experience.

The room was very comfortable! We stayed this hotel since my son had to visit University of Michigan. Nice location.

Very conveniently located.

the hotel served our needs. Clean and convenient. also nice hot tub. Breakfast left something to be desired but overall functioned well. Beds comfortable too which is always a plus.

We really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn in Ann Arbor, kids loved the pool, room was nice. However, we recieved a breakfast voucher for up to $20.00 as a bonus. After waiting awile for a server I went to the bar and requested service. The server came over, got ur drinks and took our order. My son ordered the cinnimon french toast with bacon (2 slices) […] and loved it. My husband ordered the same thing but only he recieved i slice of bacon. My daughter ordered kids pancakes and bacon and did not recieve the meal until everyone else was almost done due to the server "messing up the order in the computer." I ordered the 2 eggs, bacon, potatos, and toast meal. When I got my meal there was no bacon. After about 10 minutes the server brought my daughters food and informed me "we are out of bacon, thats why you didnt get any." The food we did recieve was good, the service sucked and being told your out of something that is suppose to come with the meal as others at your table eat the very item is just stupid. Unfortunetly, that was the last thing we did at the hotel and it did leave me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Would recommend the hotel but not the bar/restaurant. Читати далі

Construction blocked access to the hotel from I-94. There was no signage redirecting us to a detour. When I called the hotel, the front desk did give me directions, but again there was no signage to help. The hotel itself was fine--no complaints. it was clean and staff were pleasant.

My two night stay here for my sons graduation was a very pleasant experience. Staff were very courtious and helpful the room was extremely clean, comfortable and modern. I gave it a 5 out of 5

The staff of the hotel were very nice, particularly the front desk (especially Sheila) and the housekeeping staff. However, you could feel the springs on the bed and the food was very poor. The staff at the restaurant was nice but very inexperienced.

Very clean and comfortable. Spent a little more than the surrounding hotels, but the comfort was worth it. We missed the info that breakfast wasn't included, and were very disappointed to see a mediocre (at best) buffet was $8.99/person. That made the stay maybe a little too expensive for what we received.

My husband and I went to Ann Arbor for a game weekend so hotels are always in demand. I wasn't sure what we were getting but was pleasantly surprised to find what seemed to be a brand spanking new property. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a small gym where I worked out each morning and had the space to myself both times. There […] is also a nice indoor pool area and whirlpool. Everything was very clean and well kept. Our room was very quiet at the end of the hall and overlooked a wooded area so more pleasant view than a parking lot. The front desk staff suggested we take the shuttle to the game and that proved to be a good option. The pick up is across the road at the Sheraton so very convenient. While it would have been convenient to be right in town we appreciated the quiet refuge of the hotel. The Briarwood Mall is nearby as others have mentioned and I helped the local economy with some shopping. We would definitely stay there again. Читати далі

Best I could find in the town, so I splurged and paid for a large suite room, which was quite nice. Room service decent. Little restuarant okay. Pool tiny, but nice, good exercise area. Decent internet speed. Bed and couch-bed type arrangement. Couch bed could feel the springs pushing through real hard, a bit uncomfortable. 2 TVs, remotes for each were […] present. Biggest concern was the bathroom, a few hairs present on the floor and the tub, kind of curly. Otherwise all in order, lovely view. Japanese/Korean next door, Wendy's across the street, Mall about .5 miles (not .2)away as they claimed. Several other hotels lined up next to this one. Seemed a bit short-staffed for the number of rooms at reception, but quite capable, didn't cause any difficulties. Читати далі

This hotel was great. I was in Michigan for business and chose to stay on night in Lansign and the other in Ann Arbor. I wish I would have stayed both nights at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was great. The service team was friendly and accomodating. We unfortunately were put in a double bed room, when we had specified that we wanted a king, but the room was clean and very nice. We also had great service at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel room was great but the bathroom shower curtain smelled like a combination of urine and sweat, it made the bathroom stink. The sink leaked from below causing water to accumulate and puddle by my feet. I did let the hotel managment know about the problem, but otherwise I liked my room.

In Ann Arbor for the Art Fair when every hotel books up early. The Holiday Inn and Suites is in a great location convenient to the shuttle stop to downtown and other locations in AA. We have stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions, and each time it is clean and comfortable. 米国留学に当たり、家族5人（子供3人）で宿泊するのにあたり、広めのホテルを探していたらここに当たりました。ベッドとリビングが分かれているため、快適に生活できました。朝食も種類は少ないですが、おいしかったです。

冷房の温度調節が出来ない部屋だったのがすこし残念でした。あとは清潔で、スタッフの方も親切なので満足です。

約２週間滞在させていただきました。とても快適に過ごせました。初めてのアメリカで緊張していましたが、スタッフの方もとても親切でした。部屋もきれいでした。バスタブの排水溝が閉まらなく、お湯をはれなかったのですが、お願いしたら新しいものと交換していただきました。バスタブにお湯をはった方が疲れが取れるのでとても助かりました。初日には冷蔵庫の中におにぎりを準備していただいており、感激しました。ホテルの近くにはスーパー、コンビニ、バス停があり、便利です。無料シャトルバスも準備されているおりこれも利用させてもらいました。今度行く時にも利用したいです。
