We had to wait from 10:30 PM to 12 AM at the transit desk in the airport before they could show us to the shuttle bus stand where we had to wait half an hour more before the shuttle bus arrived. On arrival at the hotel only one single receptionist was able to process check-ins and since she didn't have a computer and her co-workers hadn't showed up […] for work we had to wait for 55 other rooms to be checked in before she could take us over to the "real" reception where her computer was located (and another 30-40 rooms where obviously waiting to check-in). Our 4 year old son had to sleep on the floor until 2:30 AM when we finally received our room. Room standard was horribel - dirty carpets, minimal furnishing, old blankets and towels, empty minibar, disconnected phone. Pictures on website did not match room at all. Dirty common areas with remains of room services orders in front of every room. Below 2 star motel standard. This was a complete disgrace to the Novotel brand. Читати далі

Pro is proximity to the airport Cons are highways around, far fom the city and bad transfer to the airport (small bus, that gets filled fast and you have o wait for another bus or 20-30 minutes)

Great hotel if you havent been to moscow before. Walking distance to SVO airport. Train to moscow metro is across street, Employes speak inglish and went out of there way to help me.

My stay was very pleasent and the staff were very helpfull espically Marina and Andrie with assistance, directions transportation advise and laungage barrier

Very common room, very high priced.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and a good place to stay if you are flying out the next day. We stayed overnight prior to boarding a cruise ship for a cruise from Moscow to St. Petersburg. The only negative is the extremely high cost of the breakfast buffet. After spending forty hours in airports this hotel was the best thing since sliced bread. As many Russians, the receptionist was very serious but checked us in quickly (at 2:00 am.Moscow time). The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated a family of four. An interesting experience. It is the only hotel in Moscow that allows in-transit without a Russian visa. However, being in-transit without a visa basically places you under house arrest: confined to quarters and meals in-room only; no use of facilities (Internet, pool, etc.) You are escorted through back doors in the airport and hotel, and a guard is […] on your hotel floor 24x7. Food in general is very expensive everywhere--we also found this at the Holiday Inn. For Novotel, using 30 rubles per US$ as the exchange rate, a cup of tea is $6 (180 roubles); soda $3; Evian water 330ml $5.50, 500ml $6.75, 1000ml $10.35; chicken Kiev $10; Greek salad $8.35; 1/2 a chicken $23.35; lamb chops $53.35; salmon steak $28.35! Better to bring your own sausage, bread, etc. along. Allow at least four hours overlap between flights at this snail-paced airport. Close to the airport with complimentary shuttle every 15 minutes. Room was small and expensive. Breakfast not included in price.

Transit の外国人が多く宿泊するので、言葉には問題ないと思っていたが、英語を話せる従業員が少ないのには困ったものです。　英語が少し話せても、人手が足りないせいか、不親切極まりない。　せめて、ダウンタウンへの行き方や地下鉄路線図で目的地までの説明や、イベント情報（例えばボリショイ劇場の演目スケジュールなど）を説明出来るだけの能力と言うか余力が欲しいものだ。　なにせまともなタクシーがないのだから、せめて地下鉄乗車方法など、宿泊客に親切に説明すべきでしょう。やはり、ソビエト時代の名残りで期待出来ないのでしょうか。

В отель заехали на несколько часов поспать из терминала D,аэропорта Шеремет. Удобно, что от терминала каждые 20 минут ходит бесплатный автобус до гостиницы и обратно. Ехать 5 минут. Гостиница показалась чистой,новой и уютной. Номер не малюсенький, включает все необходимое. Большой красивый лобби, там же ресторанчик. My husband and daughter (5 months) were transitting in Moscow Sheremetyevo for the first and last time. I've never had such horrible treatment - we were forced to wait four hours before allowed to go to the hotel, didn't get the room we were paying for, were not allowed to leave the room and did not receive any food, drink or information at any point […] during the 19 hours we were there. And at all times we were watched by Security Service, who were rude and did not speak any language but russian. Luckily my daughter was partially breastfed, because hotel service never bothered to help us heating bottles and food for her. There is nothing positive to say. I will never return, and I will highly discourage anyone from staying at the Novotel Hotel while transitting in Moscow. Читати далі

Excellentes prestation, amabilité du personnel

vivre l experience de la detention ,acceuille aimable comme une porte de prison , une foi dans l hotel on est consigner a un etage et l on en ressort que lorsqu il le desside avion ou pas avion

Ikke gratis WiFI Dyrt Lige ved siden af ligger et billigere, ikke ringere hotel, når det drejer sig om én nats overnatning

cool place if you need to be close to the airport

Hadde ett transit-døgn på dette flyplasshotellet, og det var en mildt sagt kjip opplevelse. Lang ventetid på å få sjekke inn, enda lenger på å få sjekke ut - og hele tiden uten å få noe informasjon fra hotellet. Ble nærmest "låst inne" på rommet - pga transit regler fikk vi ikke bevege oss fritt. Ikke en gang frokostsalen var tilgjengelig for oss, […] kun roomservice. Alt av personell snakket utrolig dårlig engelsk (eller latet som?) og var særdeles lite serviceinstilt. Skal det nevnes noe positivt så er det at rommet var greit (litt grå og triste), det var noen engelsk-språklige TV-kanaler og at sengene var helt OK Men reiser aldri tilbake hit Читати далі

Hormis les porteurs de bagages, ce Novotel a tous les attributs d'un 4 étoiles. En prime, une navette, avec départ toutes les 15-20 minutes à destination des terminaux de l'aéroport, situé juste à côté.

Очень хорошо расположена, относительно пребывания в ней транзитных пассажиров. Сервис, достойный уважения. Единственный вопрос, касается доставки пассажиров и клиентов гостиницы после прилета в различные терминалы. Не хватает доступной информации для понимания, как добраться до отеля. Но надеемся, что это временно.
