The Mansion staff is courteous and go above and beyond. Arrival: The staff met the vehicle where they unloaded the luggage, transported it, and brought the bags into the room. Meanwhile, telling all the offerings of the hotel from the music in the lounge, to the courtesy vehicle and even offered to get ice for the room prior to leaving. Room: The […] hotel has bathrobes and slippers for each guest, which is perfect after a long day of traveling when you just want to shower and relax. Speaking of relaxing the bed is AMAZINGLY comfortable. Thankfully, almost everything in the rooms can be purchased through a hotel website. Services: The courtesy vehicle that was offered will drop-off or pick-up within a certain radius of the hotel area. There is nothing nicer than realizing that even though you walked to the mall, the courtesy vehicle will bring you back to the hotel. The staff was able to give both walking and driving directions to restaurants that were accurate. When it was time to leave, a simple call to the front desk brought the vehicle to the front door and a bellhop to load and transport the luggage. Tipping is standard for these types of services but the staff never seemed to expect the tip. The Mansion is the only place I want to stay the next time I'm in the Atlanta area. Читати далі

I stayed at the Mansion on Peachtree for business. It felt like home. The service was amazing. The food was very good. The room was very well maintained. I was upgraded to a better room with a balcony and the views are nice. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

One of the the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in- the bathroom was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and they went out of their way to help us and make our stay enjoyable. Location is close to great shopping and downtown attractions. Well worth every dime!

I thought the place would be nice, but it beat out all my expectations. The service there was perfect. We ordered room service and the food was great too. Overall, I'd stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.

We traveled for the weekend to this hotel and stayed for 4 nights with 2 adults and 2 kids (2 and 9mths). Cribs were available and free for both kids which was nice. When we arrived at our hotel at about 9pm our room was turned down for the night and there was 1 crib and 1 pack and play (Travel Yard). They were both about the same in size, but the crib […] had a nicer mattress than the pack and play. We called to try and get a replacement for the pack and play, but they said they were all check out. Then next morning the outstanding hotel housekeeping staff left a message on our machine saying they had another crib now available and it was reserved for us. Because of our young kids, every time the hotel came for a turn down service we would have to go around and pick up the glasses and other items that the kids would get into. This was not so much a problem, just a notable thing we had to do each night. Overall, the hotel was very nice, staff was very helpful and the only bad experience we had was the quality/taste of our room service breakfast. total cost was about 40$ for 2 adults and 1 kid (silver dollar pancakes). I had a great experience here this past weekend. Rooms are large sized, incredible bathroom, turndown service was impeccable. The staff working at bar, valet, front desk and housekeeping were all friendly and attentive. This is the best of the 4 star hotels in Atlanta. Beautiful hotel, great food, incredible bathroom, nice staff. It's a little far from 1-75 which is my only "complaint". But I did enjoy driving through ritzy Buckhead neighborhood and looking at the beautiful houses!

Relaxing,special,and engaging. Thhis hotel has everything need for special occassions; weddings,honeymoons,birthday specials,a get away from the kids weekend. I recently stayed a night with my girlfriend at the Mansion. I have stayed at many luxury hotels around world and this is hand down one if the nicest hotels I've been to. I am so in love with this hotel! I have stayed in a lot of different hotels and never found anything so amazing before. The staff were unbelievable and made me feel like royalty. They would all greet meet and welcome me back by my name each time I entered the hotel, and went out of their way to do anything and everything for me. The staff was incredible and surrounding restaurants and public transportation was extremely convenient....the tub was heavenly but the beds were not very comfy and with all of the construction going on it made the pathways difficult to navigate in heels!! The maid service was amazing and we loved the bed turn down at night..we did get room service […] and were disappointed by the quality of deli meat...YUK! I originally wanted to stay at the W but it was full, it was a great treat to have such a nice hotel and staff. The spa and mens area was great too, room service was good and I liked that they gave you an actual time the food would be there instead of a window of time

This is one of the three top 5 star hotels in Buckhead. We booked a last minute stay over for our 34th anniversary, and we did not check in until almost 11 pm. When we went to the desk they informed us they were over sold (I geuss they gave our room away). I showed them our confirmation, and they offered us the Presidential Suite for the night. Needless […] to say, it was spectacular! Only problem was the bellman never told us the TV was hidden behind a painting, and we found it next morning. We got a good laugh out of it. Comforter was not clean and smelly!!!! Check bill for overcharges especially for parking

This was my second stay at the Mansion and it does not disappoint. Everything about this hotel is superb. This trip was for a girls getaway. The spa is everything you expect from a spa. You do not even feel like you are in a hotel especially in Atlanta. Rooms are magnificent and luxurious. This may be the only hotel I ever stay at when in Atlanta.

The only reason I scored it a 5 in each of the categories is because I could not rate it an 11. By far the finest hotel I have ever experienced. The service, the friendliness, the willingness to accommodate every need exceeded not only our expectations, but beyond what we could ever imagined. An absolute "must stay" when visiting Atlanta, Georgia.

This place is beautiful. The only reason I gave 4's instead of 5's is because there was noticeable dust in the room and the bathroom trash had tissue and a used cotton ball in it. Other than that everything was perfect. I must add that they do make you pay one hundred and fifty dollars per night you stay there. they didn't tell us this until we checked […] in. they want to hold it in your account just in case you order extra services and will release the funds after you leave. that's a lot of money for a surprise expense considering we stayed 4 days. Stopped for a romantic evening on our way to NC. Service was remarkable from the moment we drove up. Courtesy car/driver drove us to and from our new favorite steak house about 3 minutes away. Room was very nice. Killer bedding. Nice big shower and tub with TV in the bathroom. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect room, perfect hotel. I travel frequently for business and this is one of the best, if not THE best, hotels I've ever stayed in while visiting Atlanta. I can't stress how amazing the staff was - they remember your name! - and how luxurious the rooms were. Rooms are very spacious and have the largest bathrooms […] I've ever seen in a standard hotel room. The location is perfect, walking distance to Lenox and Phipps as well as MARTA. Lovely hotel. Great staff. Very comfortable. Awesome location. No negatives.

Everything about the Mansion on Peachtree was excellent. The staff was uniformly friendly, efficient, and helpful. The "King-size Deluxe" room was spacious with high quality furnishings, linens, bath facilities, etc. The Fitness & pool facilities were excellent (did not try the spa). Everything was well-maintained and clean. The location in Buckhead, […] near Phillips Place and Lenox Square, was very convenient unless you need to go to Downtown. It's expensive but a good value. Note that there is only one small (but refined) restaurant on site, with a small lounge. There is a car/driver to take you and pick you up within a 2 mile area, which covers a lot of shopping, restaurants, etc. We travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. This is the wrong place built at the wrong time. It is empty. Condos have not been sold and hotel is limping along. small garden in the middle with no real outdoor space for pool/sun. poor planning. St Regis down the road much better for high end travelers.

didn't use the whirlpool. wanted a whirlpool that my wife and I could enjoy together. found the separate facilities uninviting.

Stayed with my wife and we had wonderful time there. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is very clean and well-maintained. Design and decor of all the facilities and room are very sophisticated. Will stay there again for sure!!

My boyfriend and I had a great time during our stay at the Mansion. It was romantic and so relaxing and that's what we needed. Thank you so much for your service.

Unknown charge was made at the check out. $30.00 Vallet Parking Fee? even if my buddy dropped me off at the hotel... Not so great~Will file a dispute with my credit card company!!

I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay someplace special on the last night of our trip. The hotel way exceeded my expectations. Everything about the hotel is elegant and high class, from the moment we arrived. Service was exceptional. Our room was very large with lots of space around the king-sized bed. My husband and I would highly recommend The Mansion on Peach Tree in Atlanta. The service was outstanding in every area of the hotel. We felt welcomed the minute we stepped out of our car each time we returned to the hotel. The fitness facility and spa were top of the line. The next time we visit Atlanta The Mansion will be our choice hotel!!

We usually stay at another luxury hotel down the street, but decided to try the Mansion. It was everything I had expected and more. The staff knocked themselves out to please us. Having Craft right next door is perfect!

The hotel was a great experience. Amenities, rooms, service was all great. It's even located by the local train line(Marta) for cheap transportation. Taxi's are very expensive in Atlanta, and that's coming from someone who lives in Chicago.

Everything was perfect. Outstanding staff. 2nd stay in as many weeks.
