I was traveling on business and chose this hotel due to it's location and that it advertised wi-fi. The location was good but the wi-fi did NOT work during our entire stay. There was a washing machine in the room but it was not connected. They offered to take my clothes and to wash them for me, although this amounted to another inconvienence. The staff […] was un-helpful and I ended up needing to use a internet cafe for my needs. This was very inconvenient for me as well as costing me additional money. This hotel advertises ammenities that are simply not available. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that needs internet or has a problem with un-courteous staff. Читати далі

the ambience of the place was very depressing, not at all like in the pictures....maybe it was just my room. for the price ive paid per night, i could have stayed in a lower end 4 star....

the Partner Guest House is not a traditional hotel per say it is a collection of rooms/apartments in a collection of buildings 3 or 4. They have an office which acts as their reception/hotel check-in desk, and then they send you out to where your room may be. I believe this is operated more as longer term apartment rentals and also use the business […] as sort term hotel room bookings. The rooms at least the two I saw were very loudly decorated I would say they were garish and both were totally different in there deco no overall consistency to them. So if you are going for a longer term and know what your in for and your expectations are quite open this may work for you. But for most traditional travelers this probably is not your best option to see Kiev. Читати далі

good value like having your own place in town, felt more like a loft then a hotel...very cool

very nice studio

The apartment in general was good, though there were some inconveniences. The service is not the best one, and it has several faults. First of all the office of the company is situated in a modified apartment which makes it less presentable. The living apartments are situated not so far from the office though there is no direct public transportation […] there. The availability of driver saves a situation a bit despite waiting time. The rooms are quite nice, modern and renovated and include everything that is stated in the list. The only problems we had were connected to the bathroom. First, the number of towels is surprisingly small, for 2 people we had 2 big bath towels and 1 small for hands. In addition there were no hooks for hanging them. Availability of hygienic utilities like shower gel etc was also reduced to 1 small plastic bag. This is of course not so important and can be lived through. The biggest problem was with water in the bath: after certain amount of hot water for filling the tub it was becoming cold for at east half an hour. Otherwise the bathroom was nice and the floor heating is very useful especially in winter. But in overall we were satisfied despite these small faults. Читати далі

I found this hotel a very good place for those familiar with the workings of Ukraine/Russia. It has a great location, was safe, near the center. I understand for those used to traditional hotels this is a significant departure. But, for travelers like myself, I will certainly stay there again.

When we arrived in our apartment the cleaning personnel saw that we were 2 persons, but nevertheless left us with only one blanket and one shower towel. The missing items arrived slowly: after one day the blanket, and after two days – the towels. The apartment is newly renovated, comfortable and stylish, but the same lack of service spirit has appeared […] again. Not only kitchen towels were missing, but also a kitchen table and chairs… Oops, if you bring your computer – remember to bring a network cable, a log one. The hotel provides the router – not the cable. Did we say service?... The extravagantly large double bed was too big for the bed sheet, and the result is that you sleep on the bare mattress, finding there the hair of the previous guests. Our request for an appropriate bed sheet has been met with a wondering mumble on the other side of the line, as if our English was suddenly too complicated. Once again we have seen how when it comes to service – you can take a nation out of the Soviet Union, but taking the Soviet out of a nation is quite a different thing. We say this because at the end of the day most of our requests have been met, so you wonder why not providing them in advance in the first place, thus winning the added value of customer satisfaction. The apartment features a modern Jacuzzi tab; alas – the water heater is placed in a wrong position, thus producing hot water that hardly fills 5 centimeters in the tab. Another example of losing customer satisfaction. This hotel is usually over-priced in the weekends; week prices can be 50 euros per day, while the weekends can cost even 200 euros per night. This hotel is worth the money only when the prices are around the 60 euros per night or lower. Читати далі

Also, a positive point at the end is that you experience more the real life as you really get an apartment and I liked it very much. Comfort and facilities are very good but I could not cope with the cable TV installation. It was a separately located apartment sort of a studio on the ground floor with window bars. Place was very central with a 10 min walk from the nearest underground station and a supermarket close by. For those used to hotel atmosphere that place would seem to be […] desolate. The apartment was very nice with stylish decor and generally a great room. If i was being ultra picky and i mean picky.........the shower clip was broken so i had to rig the handle up with a carrier bag, the room never had a hob, and the broadband connection was lost every morning, which was very annoying. We booked a ‘small studio’, and got a nice room, in the building of the hotel office, in Baseina Street 19. It was equipped with everything needed, and free internet. The fridge and kitchen make it very comfortable. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but you don’t really want to get up early for hotel breakfast, when you can have every thing in the […] room. The kitchen, the bath and furniture were nice and modern. The location near the city center is very good. The room was offered for a reasonable rate, but during the online reservation it jumped by eight Euros per night. With the hiked price, the room was still a good value for the money, but it was annoying, since booking is a process of comparing and choosing. The mysterious taxes that had been added on top of the quoted price feel like a cheap trick from old days and strange countries. In our two days in that room, the water stopped once. It is recommended to ask the staff to tell you in advance when the water will stop. They don’t volunteer this information. We were not sure about our plans, so we booked in advance only two nights. When we decided to stay another five days in Kiev, we were disappointed to hear that our room was not available. We were offered a bigger studio, which costs more. We ended up in a room that was further from the center, with traffic noise, poorer furniture, and no balcony. An ugly plastic divider made it a ‘two rooms’ apartment, and was a cheap excuse to charge more. We understand that the hotel could not let us stay in the room that we liked, but we never understood why a room that is poorer in every category should cost more. Very friendly staff with good English skills. My apartment was in the same building as the office, which was convenient. There are three locations in total, so I cannot speak for the other two locations. Very nice apartment, with modern interior (bright red leather sofa group), and flat screen TV. Large comfortable bed, and all standard kitchen equipment. Also, […] the location is excellent, with just a five-minute walk to Kreshatyk Street. I will most certainly be coming back to this place on my next visit to Kiev! One drawback is the elevator, though. purtroppo in questo appartamento non funzionava il climatizzatore e nonostante mi avessaro garantito un intervento, non si e' visto nessuno... inoltre il cavo internet era rotto e la connessione non era sempre attiva. la pulizia della camera era sicuramente sotto la media.

日本で言えばウィークリーマンションです。受付専用事務所で鍵を受け取り、部屋を捜して入ります。私の部屋のあるビルは築30年位で通りの裏側の小さなドアが入り口でした。近所の人に聞かなければ入れませんでした。ビルの内部も古く、不安でしたが、部屋に入ると改装したばかりの清潔で快適な空間でした。TV、LAN、空調、キッチン、バス、トイレいずれも満足しました。また、少し歩くとショッピング街なので便利でした。

Jag är mycket nöjd. Trevlig personal. Nyrenoverat rent och snyggt och med ett mycket bra läge. Nära till allt.

Je me suis retrouvé dans un studio très bien aménagé, très confortable et bien insonorisé avec la rue. Les appartements sont à proximité du centre ville de Kiev, des commerces, des lieux de vie et de loisirs. Центр, очень хорошие аппартаменты

Aðkoman að hótelinu er fremur leiðinleg, þó eru stigauppgangar í fjölbýlishúsum sjaldan mun betri í Úkrainu. Móttakan var bara opin hluta af degi. Íbúðirnar sjálfar eru afar góðar, marmaragólf, margfallt gler og yfirbyggðar svalir, sem gerði það að verkum að alger kyrrð var í svefnherbergi, þótt útsýnið væri beint yfir hjarta borgarinnar með iðandi […] umferð. Dálítið heitt var í svefnherberginu, en hægt var að skrúfa niður ofninn og þá var þægilegt að sofa í herberginu. Nuddbaðker og hiti í gólfi á baðherbergi. Algert lúxusbæli! Nettenging var góð (þurfti þó að endurræsa búnaðinn) en mælst var til þess að fólk hlæði ekki niður kvikmyndum eða öðru afar plássfreku efni. Читати далі

Det som er minus er: Ligg litt langt enkelte attraksjonar. Trapperommet er slite og stygt. Tek tid før eg får hjelp med web, og ikkje interntnr til respsjonen som 9 eller 0. Det som gjer dette veldig bra er: Pris Bra hjelp til å fikse Internet, fekk og ekstern hjelp på telefon frå leverandør Rommet er kort og godt fantastisk! Kan fint anbefale dette "hotel" - det er ikke et hotel, men nærmest nogle værelser fordelt rundt omkring i Kiev. Vores pick-up i lufthavnen kom ½ time for sent, men de har jo også trafik i Kiev. Vi kom til gengæld 40 min for sent til vores retur til lufthavnen pga glemt tidsforskel, men de kørte os uden prob alligevel. Spa på værelset samt utallige […] TV kanaler. Vi är mycket nöjda med detta hotell. Enkelt men med alla funktioner. Rent, nyrenoverat och väldigt bra läge i Kiev. Nära till allt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Prisvärt. Vi tar garanterat detta igen vid nästa besök i Kiev.

Konaklamak zorunda kaldığım daire hiç de resimlerde göründüğü gibi değildi.Resimlerde çok daha modern ve bir otel odasını çağrıştıran konforlu bir görüntü varken bana tahsis edilen oda sıradan ve bir yıldızı bile haketmeyecek basitlikte bir oda idi.Bu nedenlerden ötürü memnun kalmadım.

Die Appartements, die zur Vorderseite des Hauses liegen, sind schon etwas lauter gelegen, da man den Straßenverkehr hört. Die Lage ist sehr schön zentral.

Mycket positivt överraskad. Rena och snyggt inredda lägenheter. Kom redan klockan nio på morgonen, men jag fick en lägenhet direkt ändå. Körde mig med taxi från kontoret till lägenheten. Allt gick mycket smidigt och servicen var perfekt.
