The room (102) we were allocated was near the garbage cans & bags which was strewn all over. There were no cushions on the wicker chairs, TV was small, fridge took up too much room,Had to move Microwave to nearest outlet, plug on microwave had been altered against regulations and a fire hazard. I know it was New Years Eve, but we didn't not get even an hour sleep, people surrounding us were very loud and noisy all night right up to 7am the next morning. There is a time when people should respect other people, especially after 11pm.. I don't have a complaint about anything else, but the noise.. Thank you

Upon arrival, we were so disgusted to see the condition of the office, it was dirty and smelly. Right away, we had a bad feeling of what the room would be like. The room we were assigned (non-smoking), the carpet was dirty and the adour stinking from cigarette smoke.!!! We were given a choice of 2 others, one we chose was somewhat better. The heat was […] turned off on the morning of the 2nd. day. When we arrived in the room at 04:20, so cold!! We informed the female person in the AM of Tues. checkout day, she told us, she was sorry, but it was only turned off for 1-2 HOURS.!!REDICULOUS!!! Pity, we couldn't have found something else, last minute. Another thing, initial disatisfaction, which in all honesty, was cleared up by the manager. We were billed in US funds, being Candian and booked from a Canadian home. We were told we should have specified how we wanted to be billed.!!! The foundation of the staircase leading up to the rooms are broken and the carpet in pieces with rusty areas. So DANGEROUS!!! I was not aware the juccuzi was not avaiable so it would be nice if I knew about it ahead of time! I had counted on that to be there. overall it was good. nice walking area to see the falls!

Firstly, I feel this hotel's location is very convenient to the falls. Secondly, this Inn is a small but the room's big. Thirdly, The room's rate is much lower than the other Inns. I am very satisfied with this inn.

My husband and I stayed at the Ritz in for a night out in the falls. I was slightly worried about staying at an inn - it's reviews were great - but I always worry about the cleanliness. This Inn gets a big thumbs up! The sheets and bathroom were fresh, clean and spotless! The room was cute and comfortable. Had everything we needed, including a fridge! […] The owners are very nice! This place was great! Excellent location, super cheap and had everything we needed. The amenities were great. Our room even had a full kitchen area and they let us keep our car there all day even after we checked out. I strongly recommend it if you are looking for a very affordable place to stay. OK was one of the cheapest rooms available. There were extra charges for everything including the Jacuzzi in the room. $ for bottled water. Will pay more money next time and get the extras for free. This hotel is very close to the falls - provided you are ready to spend 2.50 each way in the incline railway (less than 5 mins walk). If not, you need to walk all the way in the falls view blvd - a good 20 minutes walk to the falls. The hotel wireless was no where seen when inside the room. The check-in/check-out is easy as we were pre-paid. The room […] was clean and NOT smelly at all. The bed sheets looked old and some were torn. Absolute dive. I would have refused the room , but there was nothing else available in town. What is sad is that this was pretty much the lowest price in this outrageously priced city. I now know what Sleep Country does with the old mattresses they take away... They give them to the Ritz Inn.

The room was ok, for the price we paid, 2 out of the 3 lights in the bedroom didnt work!, and the toilet wasnt level it felt like you were sliding off when you sat on it. Other than that not too bad. Wouldnt stay there again I would pay a little extra and stay at the comfort inn!!!!

I cannot fault the staff as they were very friendly and polite and stored my bags for me past check out. However, the room smelled so much of smoke that my pyjamas ended up smelling smoky. I was looking for a good location, close to falls. It is walking distance to everywhere, that was perfect, because parking is expensive there. Motel is old fashion, but clean, in a room we had microwave, refrigerator, tv. It's perfect if you are staying for 1-2 nights,is cheap and in a great location.

I went on price, but I guess you get what you paid for. If you can spare an extra 20 to 30 dollars go ahead. The good thing about the hotel it's about two blocks from the falls. I stayed one night. It's outdated it has cinder blocks as walls. The good thing is that you can't hear your neighbor.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Inn. It looked as though new owners took over because an old canopy still stands reading "Aruora Motel" . Anyhow, if you are seeking 4 star, Ritz is not for you. There was a fridge, sink and microwave in our room. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and made the best of our stay. We just used the room to sleep in and prepare our breakfast and lunch while on tour, the fridge helps when you bring your own goodies. There is a small walk to catch the Incline railway, commercial restaurants are very close. Going West on Dunn st (away form the falls) there is plenty of "local" dinning establishments. We had our bicycles so a 5 min ride was no trouble (might save you some $$). We appriciated the outdoor chair and bistro table when we wanted to eat outside, I felt like i was in Niagara in the 1950's when the motels (like this one) made Niagara falls what it is today. These family run motels are a dying breed, due to the plethora of new high rise hotels going around Niagara. On our visit we noticed one of the motels on Lundy's lane reduced to a pile of ruble. You get what you pay for. great location and the rooms were clean. the outside looked a bit ghetto but overall it was a good call.

Good clean room, bed was not a sleep number as described in the information but overall a good place to stay

Great location for visiting and gambling. The hotel room had a musty smell, surprisingly the bathroom was very clean, people was arriving late and it was noisy. Administration very friendly and helpful. The place is great If you need a room to crash and leave your stuff while visiting the area. No kid friendly.

Don,t forget this is a MOTEL, comparing to that it was clean,at a good location (walking distance to major attraction) nice customer service,and that;s all I need it for 2 nights!

A basic, but clean and comfortable place to stay. Room had microwave and fridge...Tons of water pressure and the beds were comfortable. Approximately 3 blocks from the street overlooking the falls. Plenty of restraunts nearby. Would definately stay there again.

Insgesamt recht preiswerte Alternative und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Niagarafällen. Aber der Zustand der Zimmer ist doch recht altbacken. Dafür kann man kostenlos am Motel parken, auf Nachfrage auch nach dem Auschecken. Wer möchte: Heiraten ist auch möglich ...
