We spent 4 nights in the apartment hotel and had a really good time. We found it really convenient for all the bars and shops and the beach was just a short walk away. We would definately go back there again and would recommend it to others too. The only downside was having to use the internet facility to book our next hotel as we were travelling around, […] and found that it was much more expensive than back home, being 6 euro for 1 hour or 1 euro for 10 minutes. We nick named this hotel Club Praia Da Rubbish.....! It is a complete dive, it is definately not a 3 star i'd give it a 2 and that's only because of the pool being large with a good kiddies slide. Food awful, rooms are very basic with safety concerns over electrical light fittings. The hotel needs some serious money spending on it to make it a 3 start. […] Luckily I only stayed their 2 nights but a couple I was with, moved hotels it was that bad. Lifts never work which is horrendous if on the 12th floor. This was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. The room was basic and dirty. We first got a room on the second floor that had such a bad smell to it that the cleaning crew had to leave all the windows open to try and air it out. We switched rooms to the 6th floor which smelled better and seemed cleaner. All of the rooms have only two single beds, no double. The hotel is in a good location near the beach but would recommend staying in the neighboring town if you are not familiar with the area. club praia da rocha was not what we expected at all we have stayed in many places in portugal over the years and this was the worse just couldnt believe they have no kettle in room or anything else you have to lease theese items from a games room manager the hotel do not have anything to do with this . We stayed there for ten days and our bed was changed […] once also the room never looked as though it had been cleaned by cleaners i think she just changed towels after five days overall the apartment was in bits nothing done to them in years stay well away from them would be my advice. The hotel staff were unfriendly and wasn't service-minded at all. If we asked for something, they just answered don't know. There was suppose to be a television in the room and there was, BUT if we wished to watch television we had to pay for every day we wished to use it. When we came we were wondering why there was so many guest sunbathing on the […] floor instead of using all the sunbeds. We stayed at club praia da rocha apartments on 15/5/10. Our stay was pleasant for most parts. We have 2 children (3 and 4) We brought our own safety latches for the patio doors( bedroom) and balcony door in kitchen. (We were on the 5th floor) It is highly recommend you bring these if you have young children as the balcony has footholds that assist little […] climbers!! The apartment is relatively clean. the pillows were very lumpy, though that may have been just our apartment. You rent the tv remote,kettle and toaster there were lots of channels to suit most people. The indoor pool was great although it was quite deep as outdoor water was quite cold. the weather was lovely, although some nights were breezy. The reception staff were excellent and helpful. There is abit of a hill up to the strip on either side of apartments. We ate in Hollywood twice, highly recommend it. Es algo viejo pero está muy bien de precio; tiene todo muy cerca: zona de bares y playa. La piscina está muy bien

Excellent hotel, avec tous les conforts d'un véritable petit appartement, proche de tout, plages, commerces (5 mns en voiture). L'environnement est très agréable, la piscine un plus. Juste dommage que tout le reste, meme la télé, soit en supplément. Je recommande en tout cas !

Nous étions d'accord pour un séjour fargnienté et fiesta entre filles, le confort et le luxe de l'appartement nous importait peut... (pour le peut de temps qu'on y a passé ^^) Nous avons trouvé l'appartement très spacieux et tout à fait correct, le minimum y est et le reste peux se louer à la salle de jeu (fer à repasser...) seul hic la vu !!! on se […] croirait dans des cité HLM!!! vu sur les voisin d'enface et un tout petit bout de mer... heureusement qu'on était au 13ème étage (coté piscine)... lol euh autre chose il fait chaud très chaud pas de clim donc fenêtre ouverte mais attention qu 'est ce que c'est bruyant entre le monde à la piscine entre 9 et 19 h et les matchs de foot si vous n'avez pas la télé c'est pas grave vous saurez dessuite qui joue qui gange qui perd et quand y'a des buts!! En tout cas mettons nous d'accord c'est pas familliale et c pas romantique ... mais pour une ambiance festive entre pote c'est parfait..; tout est à proximité... centre ville touristique super marché boutique resto pub bar boite plage.... ambiance festive tous les soirs assurés !! les gens sont sympa et chaleureux... la marina est pas loin et de super sortie en mer sont très accésible... Os Chuveiros das casas de banho poderiam ser mais práticos, pois os que hesitem fixos, não são cómodos para tomar banho, pois sai muita água para fora da banheira.

Nunca pensei encontrar um aparthotel de "supostamente" 3 estrelas tão mau. A limpeza é inexistente, as toalhas já foram brancas um dia, agora são quase amarelas e cheias de nodoas. A casa de banho estava imunda e os lençois cheios de cabelos. A cozinha não tinha sequer um microondas e a loiça era escassa e de má qualidade. Não tinha sequer chuveiro, […] incrível. Achei um ultraje pedirem pagamento diário para utilizar o comando da TV, porque sem ele ficamos sem televisão. Foi incrivelmente mau, sem o mínimo de conforto. Num estado bastante degradado devido aos anos e falta de manutenção. Televisão paga-se a parte 25 euros semana (+-) só se disponivel é que tem microondas, sofa da sala não dá para dormir partido ter em atenção se forem 4pessoas. Piscina um pouco degradada, pedra envolvente e azulejos partidos

Esta a necessitar de obras, bastante antigo

Só estivemos uma noite num dos apartamentos, Estava com medo confesso dada a antiguidade do edificio. Apartamento enorme, de construção e acabamentos dos anos 80/90, mas muito limpo. E por 15 euros uma noite achei optimo. Voltarei lá caso necessite, mas não recomendo para mais do que 1 ou 2 noites. Portimão é horrivel.

Hotelli oli lähellä rantaa mikä oli hyvä asia. Myös rantakatu pienineen kaupoineen lähellä. Portimaon keskusta mukavan lähellä. Ainut että lähellä ei ollut suurempia kauppoja joissa hinnat olisi olleet edullisemmat kuin lähikaupassa.

Hotellejligheden levede slet ikke op til vores forventninger. Sengene var elendige og køkkenet slet ikke udstyret til at man kunne lave mad. Der var ingen køkkengrej og komfuret kunne ikke engang varme en grydefuld vand så man kunne koge et æg. Vi vil bestemt ikke anbefale hotellet til vores bekendte.

Das Hotel ist nicht neu, aber die Appartments sind groß. Es gibt warmes Wasser ohne Ende und Handtücher werden alle 4 Tage gewechselt. Os apartamentos são uma boa combinação preço/serviço. o apartamento estava limpo e tem boas condições para 4 pessoas. A localização é muito boa, tanto para a zona marginal (praia) como para o centro da cidade.

Esteve dentro das nossas espectativas....dentro do preço .Esperava, visto ser um empreendimento avaliado 3 estrelas, ter uma limpeza mais exigente, nomeadamente nas casas de banho(toalhas que cheiravam a limpo mas muito sujas)paredes da sala sujas,candeeiros cheios de pó...televisão é necessário pagar para ver,visto não ter comando dísponível na sala.Os […] elevadores (em nº rezoável ) funcionavam muito mal...era melhor vir pelas escadas ,mas também à sua categoria de turismo ,avaliando a zona específicamente,....sendo tão visitada...e um simbolo do turismo algarvio.. no geral este empreendimento deveria ser mais cuidado! O Hotel é antigo e barato mas é barato porque não colocam todos os valores à vista do cliente: -Ter de se pagar um comando da TV! -Ter de se pagar um chapeu de sol à beira da Piscina! Quando estão a divulgar o hotel deveriam colocar o preço destes utensilios basicos que se tem de pagar, porque sendo assim o valor que paguei por noite não fica assim […] tão barato como parece. Optimo local para passar férias atendendo ao preço/qualidade. Apenas dois reparos: falta de vigilância na piscina, o funcionário apenas controla o uso das cadeiras; falta de educação por parte dos utilizadores da piscina. Resultado destes dois pontos: copos de plástico por todo o lado inclusive dentro de água, pior, alguns utilizadores despejavam restos […] de cerveja e outras bebidas para dentro da piscina. Tendo em conta preço/qualidade fiquei satisfeita, apesar dos elevadores estar só um a funcinar e ao barulho.

Os elevadores eram poucos e muito lentos para um edificio desta dimensão. A limpeza era muito pobre. Tinha de alugar o comando de televisão. Tinha pedido um berço que só me foi fornecido um dia depois da minha chegada e após muita insistência. Num dos dias duas das camas não foram feitas e noutro nem sequer entraram no quarto para o limpar. As toalhas […] só são trocadas de 4 em 4 dias e a varanda nunca foi limpa. Hotellet er et greit og rimelig boalternativ i Portimao-området. Store leiligheter og ok innredning. Servicen i resepsjonen var dårlig. Resepsjonistene var lite vennlige og til tider nedlatende. Vaskingen av leilighetene var middelmådig og virket meget tilfeldig. Vaskehjelpene kom inn på rommet selv om beboerne var i dusjen eller sov. Og de kom til […] "alle døgnets tider", enkelte dager tidlig andre etter klokken fem. Hotellets beliggenhet er bra, med kort avstand til butikker, utesteder og strand. Depois de ler alguns comentários, pensei que era muito pior, sobretudo no que se refere à limpeza, pois achei que estava razoavelmente limpo. A piscina foi uma agradável surpresa, pois era boa e bonita e muito apelativa para a minha filha (de 5 anos). Tudo se paga: espreguiçadeiras da piscina, aluguer de tv... Porém, mesmo assim sai barato, pelo que […] a relação qualidade/preço é boa (não tanto pela qualidade, mais pelo preço). O que menos gostei foi da quantidade de "chungas" barulhentos e mal-educados que lá estavam hospedados, mas suponho que isso também se deve ao baixo preço. É mesmo muito mal frequentado. Até houve uma cena de violência e gritos à entrada. Para voltar, só em caso de necessidade (falta de dinheiro). Читати далі
