I really enjoyed my stay! The atmosphere was great, the hotel was clean and everyone was nice - I would definitely stay there again.

The facility was quite nice. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. It seemed like it was designed for the younger crowd to stay at but they made me feel quite at home.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Aloft in Ontario, Ca, and we were very satisfied. The pictures on the website looked fantastic, but I know from previous experiences this isn't always the case, so I knew to keep my standards low. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The hotel decorum is very contemporary and trendy, fully equipped with […] a fairly stylish bar. The staff were remarkably friendly and helpful, something that seems to be rare in this day and age. They definitely made us feel at home. I was especially impressed by the fact that they not only allow pets, but there was no fee required (it is usually quite difficult to find a hotel that doesn't charge for a pet, but nearly impossible to find one so stylish and modern). There doesn't seem to be much to do immediately around the hotel, but if you travel just a mile or two down 4th St, you will quickly hit the Ontario Mills Mall, which we found out has EVERYTHING. So if you need more stimulation outside of the bar, the swimming pool, or gym, you can make a small trip to the mall. So I arrive at the front desk an hour past normal check in time, and the guy tells me that I have to wait 30-45 minutes because the hotel is sold out, without even asking when/where I booked. I had already booked the hotel a few days in advance. Very unpleasant service. The only way I knew the guy was wrong was when someone else came to the front desk […] and a lady was able to check them in about 10 minutes after we were waiting. Upon arriving in the room, there were no towels, and the pillows were missing. I have stayed here before and the first time was not bad. Because of this second trip, I will never come here again. I was extremely surprised by the quality of this hotel! I would definitely stay here again! I did get a great deal from Hotels.com, but this hotel still has GREAT LOW RATES and is very modern! PROS: The […] feel for modern art abounds! The staff is very professional, prompt, and courteous. Extremely fast check in/out service with kiosks. The full bar in the lobby was excellent and created a relaxing atmosphere. There was a constant aroma in the air, which i found very appeasing. The rooms are good and allow plenty of space. Complimentary Bottled water in the rooms (daily). Evey inch of the room was very contemporary. Green-friendly Shampoo and Body wash dispensers in the showers. Free Internet access (Ethernet and wireless). The cons: Not much to say, however, I did find one thing a bit annoying. The room doesn't have an "open" feeling when guest are there. The layout of the room is not meant for that. There is a couch-like seat, but it is located directly beneath the 42" LCD TV. The only chair available was for the desk and not too comfortable. VERY NICE, DID NOT LIKE THE BROWN WOOD IT SHOULD OF BEEN MOCA OR EXPRESSO..OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS NICE

I travel frequently for work and love to stay in Alofts. The only complaint would be that the beds are a little too hard and the pillows are tiny. Other than that, this is one of my favorite hotels. Customer service is always great and I love the products used in the rooms (bliss products, free water)

I like hotel and the atmosphere but, a lobby full of 21 year olds partying. Oh and the party in the room across the hall till 4am. NOT A Good Night.

Noise equipment room for elevator. I stayed on the 2nd floor next to the elevator lobby and could not sleep well cause I'm a light sleeper, I had my room changed the next day, it was very quite then.

great hotel... pillows were not so great... lcd tv was frozen at times... the grab and go breakfast was not good but overall good place to be for the money.

Great hotel Sunday - Thursday. Horrible for weekends. They literally have a dj in the lobby and I had to call at 1am two nights in a row to ask someone to stop the party in the hall outside my room. everything was perfect, nice staff, great deall awesome rooms, we will be back in a few days we liked it so much...

Nice room and clean. Some design flaws with privacy of bathroom and use of closet/storage space for clothes and suitcase. There is limited reachable shelf space. Small fridge convenient but seem to be an afterthought by placing under sink and in open area so in the middle of the night you could hear it running. Very nice staff but seemed to be inexperienced […] and not up to par with what is normal compared to my stays at various W hotels. Nice gym. Comfortable bed. Free wi-fi a plus along with being able to hook your devices to the tv. This wasn't the "W" but a nice alternative to 2-3 star hotels. Very cozy room...a little dusty...but otherwise very well maintained property. The front desk staff was very helpful and our boys were made to feel welcome.

It was very Comfortable and homey I will come back n recommend family and friends I travel to Ontario twice a month and will always stay there thank you!

clean room pleasant staff, great location for my stay, 5 mins from Ontario Airport. Only complaint is that the 42 inch TV has very few HD channels and watching analog on a HD TV is hard to do, worse than old school tube. Other than that great stay, and good price, will stay again this is my fourth stay her in 6 months.

Close to airport, room had bad smell, the water had bad smell and was not clear coming out of the tap. The pool was too cold, even on hot day. The bed was uncomfortable, not enough seating in room.

I was expecting my stay at Alfot Hotel to be just like any other hotel. I was sadly mistaken!!! I normally have a hard time sleeping in hotels and uncomfortable beds. Aloft's beds are very comfortable and I got a great nights sleep. The TV is great and your all in one digital hook up station is great. I love the fact that you can come out of your room […] and get a midnight snack or hit the bar for a ice cold beer! Also, you can enjoy some good music at the club on the weekends. Ok stayed at the Aloft rarely do they provide discounts so I figured the service would be above par. However service was acceptable at best. I requested a corner room during a Tuesday that's NOT very busy, never got it. The only thing you can sit on for all practical purposes is the bed. We had no control of room tepurature. Not enough towels. The WORST room Neighbors!!!!! Very loud PARTYING until after 4:00am. We should have called the desk. We were too tired to call or move our room. We gave up at ~ 6;00am, got up showered and left!!!!

First time in the Aloft Chain (3 night stay). Room was clean and staff was helpful. While everything in the room was well thought out, the Loft design in a new building felt a little 'forced'. However, it did not detract from the stay or the service. One note to all, lobby is active (and noisy) at night. My room was not directly over the Lobby, but […] I was on the second floor. When you walked in the hall over the lobby area, you could hear the music, etc. from downstairs. If you value a quiet room make sure you are not directly over the lobby area. I love this place. I live nearby but for any special occasion I prefer to stay here with a few good friends and enjoy the lounge. The rooms are very nice and modern. The atmosphere is very inviting and makes it very easy to have a good time.

I was just staying there so that I would be close to friends that were living in the surrounding area. The comfort was great. The bar downstairs was nice, and reasonably priced. The only thing that I would say was a little mediocre was the internet, it was kind of slow. But other than that my stay was great.

Staff were great. Room was clean, nice and cold, great view, nice area, reception area, ecoustical guitar player at night. Love the colors and pool table in the lobby. Upon a recent visit, I order a drink from xyz bar area in the hotel, a vodka tonic w/lime, they were out of tonic, next night SAME ANSWER... Please 2 days in a row!! Next morning went downstairs to get a cup of coffeee, NO CREAMER.
