"Holiday Inn Express - West Cincy"
Very pleasant stay. 15 minutes to Perfect North & 15 minutes the other direction to Dave & Buster's. Large dining area for hot breakfast. Flat TV, mini-fridge, & microwave in standard double queen room. Comfy beds. Only gripe is the awkward entrance to the parking lot.
"No Rest - high price"
The rooms facing the parking lot are treated to the sounds of slamming doors, and beeping horns as people lock their vehicles with remote keys all through the night, and early morning hours. The surrounding terrain is hilly, so 18 wheelers engines strain noisily to climb the grades. There is constant noise from I- 74. The windows do not provide soundproofing […] as do other hotels. "Holiday Inn Express--West Cincinnati"
The hotel staff was first rate. The free breakfast included hot pancakes served at the touch of a button. I had to see it to believe it. Would definitely stay here in the future.
What a wonderful place to stay! Walked in the door and there were warm chocolate chip cookies in the lobby just waiting to be eaten. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and inviting. "only one problem"
The only real problems we encountered were that I was unable to get the stopper in the tub to hold so I could take a bath. Also, the ac was acting strangely and cycled on and off but not really cooling well throughout the night... It was not set on auto so should have stayed on... "OK alternative to downtown"
It's only about 15-20 min. from the ballpark, but is $100 cheaper than the downtown hotels. Easy access to I-74 & lots of restaurants nearby. On the down side, the room was VERY dusty. I picked up the telephone book from the nightstand & raised a cloud of dust! The bathroom smelled very musty but seemed clean otherwise. Only negative was rather long wait at check in and we were especially annoyed by being asked if we could be called back instead of being helped immediately when we tried to make reservation. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. Had some issue with my key card but everything else was good. The hotel was easy to find and in a nice neighborhood. Breakfast was hot and fresh no matter what time you woke up.

"GREAT holiday inn express"
The service was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Flat Screen TVs. Breakfast room was beautiful. Hotel on a hillside that looks over the area which has many restaurants and stores including a Mega Supermarket. A little far (10min) from cincy but an easy drive on interstate

"Comfotable beds, good value"
We stayed here the night before going to the Cincinnati Zoo. It is only 15 minutes away and we saved money over hotels that were closer to the zoo. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very nice, even our 7 year old comented on how nice it was compared to the room from the night before at another city. This hotel was alright, not great. The decor was nice and clean. The staff was nice enough. The bathroom is painfully small and the bathroom door would not latch, so it would not stay shut. I had to stuff a towel in front of it while I showered or it would swing open. The door to the room on the other hand was very heavy and difficult to push open and […] it would slam very loudly. This must be typical for all the rooms because we heard a lot of doors slamming throughout our stay. The pool was "outdoor seasonal" which I did not realize meant that they did not open until after Memorial Day. We were very dissappointed to have chosen a hotel without a pool to swim in. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The "Great Room" or breakfst area is nice, spacious with wonderful windows, fireplace and flatscreen TV. It did not seem to be open except for breakfast time, but was accessable all the time. When we were leaving to go out for dinner, the receptionist gave us a coupon key to get a discount and she had a batch of fresh cookies baking so that when we returned we could indulge in those. "Nice place to stay for the money, comfortable"
We stayed here to visit the Newport Aquarium. Right off the highway then a drive to anything as it is surrounded by an onramp. Still the pool was nice, the internet signal was strong and they had an especially nice free breakfast, something for everybody.

What an awesome feature. I was relocating out of state, and had a small dog with me. He was welcomed just as a guest, and I was allowed to have him stay in my hotel room with me. My dog is well behaved, and potty trained, and he did quite well. It really made my experience more pleasant and stress free, knowing he was allowed to stay with me. "Good value for the money"
For a new hotel, it smelled like old, damp cigarettes upon entering the halls. The room was pleasant to the sight, but was damp to the touch (carpet, sheets, bedspread, even the pillows) due to humid day and the air conditioner being set on fan only...no cool. "Good room for the $$$"
The staff was very friendly the breakfast was very good the bed was very comfy. The only complaint that I have is I could hear people walking on the floor above me this was somewhat annoying. Overall it was a very good stay.
