We had 4 people with 2 double rooms. One room is very small but the boss(I guess) promised us that he will adjust another bigger room for us because we will stay for 6 nights. Luckily we got it in the next day when we back to hotel. Everything in hotel seems not too far as we expected. Of course you can't treat it as a modern hotel but it's enough for us for what you paid in London. The location is great. It takes around 10 mins slow walk to Paddington train station/underground. Convenience is better than anything. The breakfast is also not bad but I strongly suggest don't order continental breakfast. English breakfast is good and the quantity is enough for us. Even though we asked more toast sometimes, they were willing to offer. Orchard hotel gave us 6 good sleeping nights during our stay in London. We are willing to recommend it to others if you have budget control.

Very nice hotel, convenient for eating and shopping, only 200m away from Paddington Station, I'll come to stay at this hotel again in my next trip to London.

"Staff unwilling to help"
I stayed here for one night with my husband and 3 children. We were given a double bed, sofa bed and a travel cot for my youngest daugter (4years old) so my children were forced to sleep together in the double bed and my husband and i on a sofa bed....worse nights sleep EVER!!! My yougest daughter is allergic to milk, when we arrived i asked the staff […] to let me know what breakfast items didnt contain milk so i could help my daughter choose a safe breakfast....the staff explained they would check. "Holiday Inn Express Epsom"
We use this hotel in preference to hotels in Sutton. It is in a very pleasant location just by Epsom Racecourse and has an excellent pub across the road for dinner or lunch. The hotel bar has snacks in the evening. A good stay with a good breakfast always included.

Stayed only one night to attend a party close by. I think it must be a new hotel as it was spotless. It was opposite the Epsom Racecourse grandstand, very convenient for us and if you like horse racing very convenient. Room very good, but no bath, only a shower. Free newspapers in the foyer next morning. Breakfast fine - have had better but at the price […] we booked at I am surprised we got breakfast. "What a view!"
My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The room was extremely clean and we had a beautiful view over Epsom Downs. The management staff were very helpful. The breakfast is plentiful.
"Better than expected"
for a 2 star hotel. Rooms fairly compact, euro style, but everything you need for an overnight stay. No restaurant but the pub over the road was great.
We stayed here after our visit to Chessington world of Adventures. We understood that it was hard to find but if you follow the signs for the race course it,s right by it by taking the last exit off the roundabout and turning left at the lights. We found the hotel and room very clean and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was ok and suited us. […] Overall would recommend this hotel and if visiting this area again would stay. Читати далі

Free Breakfast is available, as long as you don't want Weetabix, Tomato Juice, Fruit Salad ( except pineapple rings ) Yogurt. Buffet staff are unempowered drones who avoid eye contact, and when approached take no responsibility the situation.

"Perfect location"
We stayed for two nights and were very impressed. The location is great right next to the racecourse and only two minutes drive from Epsom. Room was large and the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast buffet was busy but managed well by the staff who were polite and helpful. Plenty of parking. Would definitly go back.

superbe hotel placé juste en face de l'hyppodrome d'epsom. Très calme tres bien entretenu. le cadre est super et le parc de l'hyppodrome permet de jolis balade le petit déjeuner est tres copieux.

Et ok hotel, men personalet virkede meget uengageret, hvilket ikke efterlod det bedste indtryk. Morgenmad ok, men ikke på samme niveau som de andre hoteller vi har besøgt.
