Lovely hotel and setting, lots of investment being made whilst we were there, dissapointing location, fairly isolated, nowhere within walking distance, although a free daily shuttle is offered to both Karon and Patong beaches. Lovely views over Karon bay and beach from the resturant. Resturant very nice, good environment, food and service.

Overall is good but be prepare to walk up steep slope daily. I mean super steep slope that kind of kills the mood. Therefore choose a room on top of the hill is my advice.

Not satisfied with the service..location is not good. Not near to any beach or any Market . Not well maintained also. Service is also not good.

Resort outlook and location is romantic and quiet but a bit worn out on the condition and maintenance of most things. Eg: door, basin, shower head, tv, etc. Still acceptable though, but not for the fussy couples. Staffs are somehow friendlier than management level people. I'll still visit.

The front desk and most other staff are far from thr friendlt Thailand I know. They are all very grumpy except for the guy who took us to our room. I got charged 1000 Bhat to check out at 2PM being told was a late check out, when my booking indicated that check out was at 2PM.This hotel is far from any activities in Phuket. Don't use it

If you want to live in the jungle among animals it is perfect for you. We had 3 geckos in our room and the hotelstaff did not offer to take them away. They are harmless bbut make loud noises non stop, especially during the night. The hotel is far from the beach and "downtown" part of Karon. Secret Cliff was a very nice experience for my husband and my self, we spent about 4 days (part of our honeymoon). The place is BEAUTIFUL with amazing views. I came 2 years ago to this hotel and it was great I loved it, but after 2 years this hotel completed changed!! The hotel looks not looked after, I don't know if management changed. I had sea view room: Bad maintenance, furniture missing, paint gone on furniture and walls, leaking airco water from ceiling, water on the floor slippery. Dirty towels and […] bed sheets. I killed 3 cockroaches and full of ants, not very clean...Loose floortiles in the room. I also send a email with reservation before arriving asked if the could reserve a motorbike and if I could have a latecheckout on my departure date my flight was at 22pm, as written it's possible with extra payment on the hotelwebsite. But never had reply, and on my arrival ask for motorbike and they did'nt have one, only 3 for all clients and not possible have late checkout because they told me they were fully booked on 2 February, but before they had told me in February they had many rooms available...?Reception personal not very nice it looks like they don't like tourist, only hotel driver older men is very nice and funny. "I feel like being in a prison here..." my wife honestly said, which made me very sad. We stayed in a "superior garden view" room with price similar to other 3.5 to 4 stars Phuket hotels we used in the same trip. However, the quality of the hotel was by far the worst and we will never come back. First, the location was poor. The hotel recently developed […] a new area, which is across a busy road and distinctly separated from the main property. In the new area, there are a large open-air boxing gym and modest houses of boxers and locals. Among them, new bungalows, called "superior rooms", were built. Hence I felt no "Resort" atmosphere at all. The bungalows faces the busy road and ugly electric lines, in addition to ocean view. The road is very steep and heavy traffic goes with terrible noise of acceleration. I could barely sleep in the night. Second, facility is poor. The bungalow was very basic.The floor is just unfinished concrete with no paint nor tiles, which made us very depressing. The bathroom has no shower curtain, ventilation and electric outlet. It was so small, and toilet was drenched when I took shower. There was no hook to hang a towel or place to put it inside the bath room. Third, hospitality was poor. There was no phone to ask for any service!! There was no booklet to explain hotel service and to provide instruction for emergencies. I stayed at this resort while in Phuket. The place is apprx 2 kms away from Karon Beach and 4 kms away from Patong. The best thing about this place is its location and view from the restaurant. I selected this resort after checking its pictures on hotels.com/their website and paid extra to stay in an ocean view room. However, on check in i found out […] that the view from the room was blocked by a huge tree. I asked the reception to move us to a different room but the other room also had the same issue. It felt as if we were staying in the garden view room even after paying for the ocean view room. After sometime we found out that the air conditioning in the room was not working properly and complained to the reception again. They sent a janitor to fix it but he was unable to find the problem. Yet again, they refused to change the room. The service staff tries to be helpful but their they just take too long to resolve issues. Stayed here for 6 days/5nights in the first week of November. Room - We booked an Ocean View Room..Room was OK...Dated and needs updating...The view was not impressive and we could barely see the ocean..2 out of 5 Bathroom doesnt have shower curtains and it gets wet all over the bathroom. Also bizarre that they ask you not to flush toilet paper and […] throw it in the bin instead.. 2 out of 5 Breakfast - We have had better spreads in smaller and cheaper hotels than what was on offer here...2 out of 5 Location - About a 15 min moped ride from Patong or Karon...Definitely not walkable from either place...They have a shuttle once during the day to either place.. You could rent a moped from the reception if they have any available otherwise a taxi or tuk tuk ride will set you back by a lot of money each way...3 out of 5 Phone and Cable TV didnt work on the last day and the reception said they will charge us for calls we make from the reception in spite of the fact that the phone lines were out of service... Secret Cliff was a GEM! We found our resort on Expedia for at least $15 dollars less per night than what the hotel quoted us, so that was a bonus. The views from the resort's restaurant are fabulous, as was the view from our Ocean-view deluxe room. I would recommend being on the second floor (the views are better). We loved the location - right in […] between Karon and Patong Beaches, because it was quiet and private. The pool was beautiful and we watched the sunset while swimming. The hotel staff were all very pleasant, polite, and accommodating. The room itself was absolutely lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing we didn't love was the shower which was a little strange to get used to. 我們訂的是海景家庭房，看到大海真不錯。只是臨走時，說不見了一條毛巾，硬是要我們賠了100b，誰圖他一條小方巾吖眞是的!!不過酒店的泳池很漂亮。

Hotellet har två delar, ovanför och nedanför vägen, vi bodde i den nedre delen. Vi hade tur och blev uppgraderade till Ocean view. Klart värt extra slantar då Garden view rummen ligger nära vägen. Gott om plats och härlig utsikt över solnedgången. Servicen var helt ok men inte särskilt proffsig. Det är inte långt till Karon beach men den smala vägen […] gör att man måste hyra moppe. Hotellet kan ordna taxi men en enkelresa kostar mer än en dagshyra för en moppe. Ingen strand i anslutning i hotellet men det finns pool. Frukosten var oväntat bra, de lagade pannkakor och omelett på beställning bland annat. Sammanfattningsvis: rekommenderas, hyr en billig moppe i Karon för hela vistelsen och åk söderut till fina stränder. Читати далі

Ottima e tranquilla posizione con splendita vista sulla baia di Karon. Camera veramente bella, ampia e pulita. Struttura immersa in un bel giardino. Colazione abbondante e di qualità con vista eccezionale. Unico neo la scomodità alle spiagge ed occorre servirsi quindi di taxi o tuk-tuk, non proprio a buon mercato rispetto al resto della Thailandia. L'albergo […] fornisce peraltro una navetta giornaliera per Karon (ore 10) e per Patong (ore 11 e 17) di sola andata. Manca quindi per il viaggio di ritorno e gli orari serali. Karon Beachへ行くには車で5分程度。200THBくらいが目安です。 ホテルのスタッフにタクシーを呼んでもらうと割り増しで請求されます。高台にあるホテルなので見晴らしも良く部屋のテラスやレストランからの長めが最高です。落ち着いて滞在したい方におすすめのホテルです。 ほとんどのスタッフがあまり英語が通じないなので不便な事もありましたが 快適に過ごせるホテルですし、スパやプールまであって総合するととても素敵なホテルだと思います。

Nydelig hotell i herlige omgivelser! Nydelig utsikt fra restaurant og basseng, samt rom hvis du er heldig. Eneste minuset er at palmer og tær hindrer i å få perfekt utsikt fra endel rom, selv med "havutsikt" i romkategorien. Vi bodde på rom 128 som er en suite-kategori og den hadde knallfin utsikt. Secret er lidt slidt. Men ikke mere end vi vil vælge det igen, når turen går til Phuket. Det er som at bo og spise i naturen, der er masser af fred og ro, men også mange dyre lyde, en frø gående i gemmen deres udendørs restaurant og mange firben løbende rundt. super udsigt over Karon strand. Delvis hav udsigt fra værelserne, da der er mange træér. Personalet […] er meget hjælpsomme og der bliver kørt 2 gange dagligt til både Karon og Patong. De har den bedste Thaimad på Phuket. Hotellet er aldeles ikke egnet for gangbesværede. Der er trapper og store stigninger da hotellet ligger i et meget kuperet område...faktisk på en klippeskrænt. Vi fik ikke havudsigt da min mand ikke kunne gå ned til værelset pga stejle trapper uden gelænder. Både poolen og restauranten kræver at man kan gå på trapper uden gelænder..... Cette hotel est tres jolie par sa nature ,les chambres sont propre et le personnelle est tres aceuilable Seul petit inconveniant il faut prendre le taxi ou le tuk tuk pour aller dans la ville (patong beach ou bien karon) il faut compter 200 a 300 bahts pour un aller, ou bien louer un scoter a 200 bahts la journee note globale 4,9 sur 5 :)

Ingen samordning, personalen säger olika saker. Som oftast i thailand fullt med personal, dock knappt någon som kunde engelska. De ska bara höra med chefen, men återkommer inte. Långt ifrån stranden och du får ordna egen transport till stranden. Fin utsikt, fin trädgård och bra städning men små ödlor på rummet kan förekomma...

普吉岛的秘密悬崖酒店整体感觉都还不错，风景很好，房间干净，就是水压不稳定洗澡水忽冷忽热的。酒店周围没有餐饮，交通相对不便。

静かで景色が良いです。 ただ、坂がとても急なので昇り降りが大変です。 レンタルバイクがないとかなりここでステイをするのは厳しいかと思います。 また、wifiを1時間150バーツとかバカなことを平気で言ってきます。 レセプション横のPCはネットが繋がって無料です。 ですが、ラップトップを持って行ってLANを繋ごうとすると注意されます。（何が違うのか分かりませんｗ） 近くのネット設備へ行くのにも相当に時間がかかります。 ネット環境がどうしても必要な方はここはパスしたほうがいいです。 ここでステイすると主にカタビーチかカロンビーチで遊ぶのが良いかと思います。 パトンは雑踏がひどいので。

Underbart rum med glasdörrar ut till en terass med både solstolar och stolar och bord där man kan ta en drink med utsikt över solnedgången.
