the room is a bit small but expected as it is in the midtown of NY. the location is quite convience as just 1-2 block from MTA #6 train.

"Great location!!!!!!"
Hotel rooms very small, the sheets on the bed had to be 50 thread. The sheets would not stay on the bed. With that being said, modern hotel and decor is excellent . Staff was great and accommodating. The breakfast was far above any free breakfast, so many things to choose from. Several Cooks waiting too cook to order. Some foods of course buffet style. […] Wait staff atenitive to all. Make your own waffles. Plenty of fruit and large selection of fruit juices, whole grains,egg whites, turkey sausage, something for every diet.Over all wonderful place to stay, and yes I'll stay again. "New York Visit"
The Hilton Hotel was great. It was in a convenient place to get to everything that I wanted to see and do. The food was good in the dinning area. The employees were pleasant and the stay was affordable.

Ill stay here again next time. Right next to a subway stop, Starbucks and just about anything you need. My wife and I both thought it was way more than we expected.

"great hotel, great location"
I stayed at this hotel for a week on business. They have a great gym, convenient breakfast and the rooms were nice also. Very clean and updated. The location could not have been better and the staff went above and beyond! I'll definetly go back.

Great Location.. right at Herald Square! just 10 blocks from Times square!! Subway is right under the hotel making commute within the city very easy! Though I only stayed one night I found the service and accommadations to be excellent. The room size was good and the shower was terrific. The bed was very comfortable. It had a sleep number adjustment on it!! I hope my company picks this Inn for me again in the near future. Oh and the surrounding area was great!

From the free cookies at check-in to the free coffee on the bar in the morning, this hotel has warm, friendly touches. Midtown isn't my favorite part of the city, but it certainly is convenient. The Hotel is vert well situated close to all major attractions. The room was quite small; otherwise, everything was good. Wi-Fi works perfectly and is free. Would recommend this hotel ; especially, if you stay for a short time and do not spend too much in the room.

Check in was fast and friendly and our room on the 16th floor was clean, comfortable, and not as small as we had expected (considering the great rate and all the reviews noting that the rooms were very small!). "Fantastic location"
I picked this hotel based on reviews and was not a bit disappointed. It couldn't have been a better location. Herald Square station is mere feet away from the door, and you can catch a train to anywhere in Manhattan. Felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. If we ever get back to NYC we will definitely stay here again.

Although the hotel's on a quiet little block, if we looked left (and up) out our window, we saw the Empire State Bldg one block away, and if we looked right, Macy's on Herald Square. The rooms are small but very clean and attractive; obviously recently updated and redecorated. It got pretty crowded in the equally small lobby those days after Christmas, […] but the staff handled it very graciously and were all very helpful. Our only complaint; the elevators were S-L-O-W. This was a reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Mannhatan. Except for the size of the room which was quite small, this hotel had all the amenities and was reasonably priced. The staff was efficient. Check in and check out were prompt.

"Great Hotel"
The hotel was great and very accomodating. We checked out at noon, but they held on to our suitcases until 5 pm. We also kept the car in the lot until 5 pm, and didn't have any trouble paying the one parking fee.

The rooms are very small and the elevators tend to get too crowded during the midday with checkouts and checkins. However, ther room was very clean, the bed was very good, no bedbugs, and the hotel's location was close to Times Square without the "seedy" problems that occur with neighborhoods on the West side of Times Square. "Great Hotel"
Everything from the staff to the location was great. Bartender in lounge was great and helpful. If I could say anything negative, it would be that the elevators took forever and were very small. Overall a nice place that I would stay again.

Hotels.com gave me a great rate on this hotel right after NYE. It's located super close to the subway, literally steps away from the Herald Square stop. The hotel staff was really nice and accommodating, they let me leave my bags since my flight arrived very early in the AM before check-in. We got a room with one king and the room wasn't very large, […] but the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and fairly new and there was a flat screen tv with cable when we wanted to relax at night. The bathroom was clean and all the fixtures/shower were pretty new looking and kept clean and in good condition. The only drawback was that our toilet required multiple flushes and no matter how many times we flushed, the toilet bowl water had a yellow-tinge to it, which was strange and a bit off putting, but we just kept the toilet seat cover down to avoid reminding us of it. The key cards are quite sensitive and I had to go downstairs and get new ones twice during our 5 night stay so that was a bit frustrating trying to get our keys to work, but the hotel staff was always really nice about it and gave me new keys right away. Location is a big plus for this hotel since it's right next to a subway entrance and a stop away from Times Square. I loved, loved, loved our hotel primarily for it's great location (it was SUCH a convenience) and the cleanliness/quality of hotel for the price I paid using hotels.com. But the hotel made me really feel like home--the desktop is very hostile and warm hearted, answer all my questions patiently, give suggestions for handling and help contact the airline. As to the hotel itself, location perfect and just oppisite to Macy's and only several steps to subway station. I would definitely recommend this place...its in a great locale...subway is right on the corner and Penn Station is only a couple blocks away. This place was clean and priced right. I will definitely stay here again! Everyone who works there is great and super friendly and helpful!
