great place for the money

Our room was very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchenette. We even used the full-sized grill on the patio.

The hotel was clean, but no assistance was provided or offered to get my suitcase and book bag to my room, when I obviously had trouble walking. The bed was a little too soft for my liking and people were heard running down the halls and slamming doors all through the night. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, but no breakfast was provided for […] convenience. I felt the it was a little too pricey but I hadn't any other choice. I found this hotel incredibly affordable. My husband and I stayed here with my step son over the weekend whle visiting family. Although the parking lot was full, we were disturbed by neighboring visitors. The gym didn't have a whole lot of equipment, but the hotel is partnered with a local gym for those that like to work out. I wasn't expecting the […] full fridge, microwave, stove top and dish washer. It made it nice that we could prepare our own meals in the hotel room if we needed too (breakfast, specifically). I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will book again in the future. Very clean rooms and common areas. Very friendly staff, as well. Читати далі

I was in a bit of a bind with timing and my stay, and the manager did not work withme at all. Very disappointed in their Customer Service.

I loved the hotel. It was like staying in a mini apartment. It was clean and everything in the room was laid out great. The one thing that bothered me is that you had to be 21 to check in. Hotels.com says check-in age is 18, the hotels site says its 18, but when i went to check in. It was apparently 21. I'm 20, so they said close enough, but we won't […] allow it again. Asked for room with 2 beds instead of one and the staff was not accommodating at all. Asked for roll away beds, again told they were unavailable. Wall were not very sound proof and could hear person in the adjacent room snoring all night.

Very clean and quiet. Near the expressway. Tons of food choices nearby. The room had anything you might need and the lobby had a nice selection in their "food pantry". The pool looked clean, but was way too cold to go into. Very good service. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied with all aspects.

The room was very modern and clean. I found the beds comfortable, the room spacious and the bathroom very clean and well-kept. The stove and full sized refrigerator were modern and efficent. However, I found it disappointing that there was no maintanence on Sundays. I fully prepared steaks only to find that the grill had run out off propane, had no […] extra container and there was no maintenance on staff to supply or connect a new bottle. The fact that this hotel had avaliable grills was one of the main reasons I choose it and I was very disappointed to find that, not only did the grill not work, but there was no way to fix the problem. The free wi-fi was very fast and the code provided security but I found it annoying that I had to walk outside my room to connect. Though I could return to my room after connecting to the internet, it still became a hassle to have to leave my room each time to reconnect the internet after I had not used it for some time. The town itself shuts completely down on Sundays, so staying at the hotel became the only option. It was a very nice room, had a very nice TV and, though small, its fitness room and pool were nice additions to the new hotel. My only complaints are that no matinance could be provided for the grill and the fact that my wi-fi often became a hassle to receive. Читати далі

Shannon the Manager was amazing. Can't say enough great things. Will definitely stay there again. My new favorite hotel in Lafayette!

Great room, but the pool was tiny. Very clean, nice sized room, comfortable beds, nice linens, thirsty towels, kitchenette was very nice, roomy bathroom. My kids were terribly disappointed in the pool, especially since I had specifically asked how big it was and was told it was a full sized pool. The deep end was only 5' deep.

First off, the term "suite" is loosely used here. I along with most consider a suite, 2 or more rooms, and these are just larger than normal hotels room honestly. Secondyly the hotel rates that double due to a home football game are absolutely ridiculous. I get the event pricing, but I didn't not recieve anything from the hotel that I would have gotten […] any other weekend. There is not any included breakfast, which I get at hotels that cost much much less. Then, the photos that show a couch in the room are not always correct. I traveled with my small children and had planned to have them sleep on the couch and my wife and I stay in the bed were extremely upset that the couch was not in our room, just a lazy boy recliner. My girls love to swim at hotel pools and it something nice for us as well since we don't have to go out and find entertainment, but unfortunately the pool was so cold that my kids didn't even want to get in, and I find this absolutely unacceptable. This would be why I saw noone in the pool at any time over the weekend. I said something to the desk and got the "nothing we can do about it" answer. Members of my family stayed and a much cheaper and older hotel in a farther away location and got a breakfast, clean room, and a pool that could be used. I would not recommend this hotel or its chain to anyone that needs to have more than one person stay in the room or any kids. It was a very disappointing part of an otherwise fantastic trip. nice hotel, somewhat small rooms, however very well outfitted for a longer stay with full size fridge, and everything required to cook and eat in.
